i work for 1800battery and i did services for them about a month ago and have not got paid for them i emailed them i called them i text them and they don't answer mr but they alreardy got paid from the customer and i have not got paid that id not fair tome when i went in the cold to install battries and not got paid

I really don't know if what I'm writing is going to be read or not... but I feel really scammed. I bought a battery for a BNW with a total cost of 465 dollars and they sent me another one of lower quality and when talking to the seller He told me that if I didn't want it I had to pay 90 dollars to send the technician, he didn't give any solution, unfortunately my urgency made him accept the battery, I think it's all a big scam and manipulation so that the customer is forced to Accept, I will never buy again, much less recommend to anyone, very bad job.

I ordered a battery to be delivered and installed in my vehicle in March 2023; I am mid-60s and a single woman and can not do it myself. They did not show up, and at the end of the day sent me a cancellation email. No problem, I'll buy it somewhere else. BUT, they did NOT refund my $325. I have called and emailed 4 times over the last 10 months and they all say the same thing - "someone will call you back within 24 hrs". No one ever calls back. I filed a report at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov because I am tired of chasing them. Be very very careful about giving these people your money - they are dishonest and apparently enjoy taking advantage of seniors who live alone.

Extremely dissatisfied with my first (and last) experience with 1-800-battery. Was overcharged $69 in what is a classic "bait and switch". Paid $354, including taxes and installation but received a different, inferior battery that was listed on the 1-800-battery website for $264 along with a shorter warranty. 1-800-battery refused to refund the difference and their customer service was a rude chat session that they refused to provide a transcript of. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and posting warnings on my social media accounts to avoid doing business with 1-800-battery.

Terriblle serivce, avoid at all costs. I stupidly made the mistake of looking online for a moblile battery install for my car and 1800battery popped up. Sounded like a good plan so i went ahead with it. THings went downhill the moment i gave them my payment info. They send you repeated emails saying your order has been updated and you need to create an account to view your order status on their website. I assume this i s just fishing for my contact information, but who knows. My order was confirmed and i recieved multiple emails comfirming my installation time. After waiting around for 3 hours ( the install window was two hours) i had to leave to go to work. An hour and a half after the install window had passed i recieved a call from a tech saying he was 20 minutes away. I told him that wouldn't work, he had missed his window by an hour and a half and he was a complete asshole in telling me he didn't work on thier scheulde he worked on his owm. I conacted 1800battery and the customer service was a joke. They told me " it looks like he's getting close to you for the install" even after i told them they had missed their window. Requested a refund from them and 8 days later i was hit with a $100 dollar random charger from them on my car. Absouletly avoid doing business with them unless you have an entire day to wait around and enjoy dealing with douchebages in customer service.

I was supposed to recieve an email confirmation of my refund and a refund and neither ever arrived after sending out an employee who couldnt swap my battery because of corrosion, an obviously common occurance with battery failure

First I was charged $40 over the price of the battery and when I confronted Customer service they made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about-then 2 months after that my battery died (was told something drained it) so I was told to pay $100 and if is the battery I would be refunded $50 back-still nothing!! BUT they sent me an email saying refund was sent will take 1-3 business days!! One month later still no refund!! I will never ever use you again

Worked for this company for about 6 months and always did good job. However,when it comes time to get paid it’s late, missing wages and now it’s been over a week and no pay and no response. So, I will be making call to Texas labor board and whatever else I have to do.

Very poor service . Got out of giving a battery that was still under warranty. Your policy of only 1 warranty visit is bogus ploy. I will never use you again

This place is a complete joke and waste of time. I chose 1800battery for time and convenience and it was neither. Ordered Monday morning and got the run around for two days and canceled. What a clown show

Extremely disappointed! You installed and UNCHARGED battery into my car and then told me it was probably another part of my car that was broken. I had to have my car towed to repair shop that told me NOTHING was wrong except an UNCHARGED BATTERY … HORRIBLE

The service technician was great, but that was the only thing good about my experience. I did not end up needing the battery so the $359 invoice was changed to $99. I am STILL waiting for a refund from 12/22/23 and am getting absolutely no response from your company. As of right now I would not recommend you or post a positive review of your service. It may not matter to some people, but I can not afford to waste that much money for nothing. I really wanted to put up a good review for the tech, but do not feel I can do that after losing $260.

Had a battery installed on 11/26. $400.00 it was cracked when installed. Had to replace it today. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. they will knowingly install damaged batteries. Avoid this company at all costs. I would give zero stars if i could. This company does not value your safety.

Placed an order - selected appointment time and date. Nobody showed up. I spent 6 hours trying to get ahold of someone from the company and no one ever responded. DO NOT TRUST

These 4 and 5 star reviews have got to be fake!! I had a poor installation of my battery and was promised a $50 refund. Not only did they never issue the refund but never had any intentions of doing so. I kept hearing billing doesn’t come in until noon. Customers can never speak with them. It’s bs!!! They type in the background like their contacting them but it’s all for show. Don’t do business with this company, you’ll regret it.

Technician was great but the website failed to notify me (the user) that the company was closed on the date ordered and instead gave me a delivery window of "3 hours 3 minutes". There was no afterhours call service, no recorded message and no indication on the website of the closing. Unacceptable in this day and age.

Dont even think of using this company. ordered an asap install(2-3 hours). After 4.5 hours called and after 45 min wait on phone(no answer), text option(no response), then online chat someone will be right with you(no response). I cancelled now I get 5-7 business days for a refund(will see).
