The eta of my service order was horrible. The eta’s I received went from 1:30 to 2:30 to 3:30 to 4:30 to 6:30 to 7:30 and finally showed up at 8:00. When he arrived, the Tech (Eric) was great. I was told all kinds of things as to why they were delayed such as two flat tires, gps not working and problems at the warehouse.

I would give you no stars if I could. I spoke with rep and told him I needed a battery delivered and installed because I needed a memory saver used on my vehicle, he acknowledged they had them and it would be brought to my location with the battery. So 3 1/2 hours late the installer shows up to install battery , he has no memory saver says there is nothing on the work order about it. He calls his rep they say hook a battery jumper to my terminals I say if it blows up my ECM will they put that in writing they will fix my vehicle. He says no I refuse the service then they still bill me 449 dollars for battery service. I call they say maybe we will take it off but we will charge you $99 for service call nope so now I put in a complaint with my cc company! No no no no do not use this company no service no customer relations

Don't waste your time. After ordering a battery and not getting any notification of delivery, I reached out and was informed that they couldn't find the battery for my car, but if I spent an additional $50 they had a "better battery". Classic upcharge scheme. Additionally the picture of the battery on their website (in my case) was not the one they promised to deliver. Terrible service and time wasted. I drove one mile to Advanced Auto Parts where they had the battery I wanted for a better price, in stock and installed it for free. Another example of a good idea ruined by poor execution.

I had a bad experience with 1-800-Battery. I booked the 11-1 pm time slot for a replacement battery at about 10:45 am. I waited but did not receive any calls or messages saying that they would be late. I called at 1 pm and they said the technician would be there in 45 mins. After 45 mins I called back and they didn't know where he was. He finally arrived at 2:45 pm but did NOT apologize or mention anything about the fact that he was 1 hour and 45 mins late. If I had known that they wouldn't be able to make it in the time slot I had booked I would have called another service because I had to leave for work at 3. Also, it wasn't great to get hit with an extra $25 travel fee right before checkout.

I worked for this company for 3 months, was never paid for milage which you are supposed to be paid for (20+ miles away). Was not paid for over half the jobs I completed, with receipts and screen shots of proof. Never a complaint from customers actually was tipped a couple times. Have reached out to everyone possible only to be ignored. Needless to say I never even made the money back for the equipment I purchased. Had to make a claim to Michigan Department of Labor. Total ripoff..

The order never was fulfilled in the time slot I selected. No communication about being delayed or anything. Unreliable service. Very unfortunate because I was stuck with a car needing a battery and had no way to pick one up myself. Was really excited to be able to have one delivered so I could get driving again, but it's shameful that they would provide a service and not follow through or communicate delays. So glad I at least waited in the comfort of my home vs. the side of the road.

ok here is my purchase in a nutshell. They did nothing they said they would do. The installer was 4 hours late and he brought his very young daughter with him who was the one who installed my battery. A child installed my battery. They did not test my old battery or the new one. I paid over $300. for this terrible service. i have put in for a refund but so far they have ignored me on there chat site. I will be taking them to court if i don't get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Ended up waiting an hour and a half after scheduled time. Was told verbally twice and through website that tech was going to be on time. Tech made another stop and then got lost after online verification of arrival time.

Terrible customer service. I set up an appointment for a 10am-12pm window. At 11 I chatted with someone on their website to check in, since I couldn't view my order status myself because the forgot password link does not work. I was then told that a technician now wouldn't be able to come till after 3 and they were checking to see if they could find a different tech. At 2 I reached back out again to see if they had any luck and their response was "I'll reach out to the tech". I was under the impression they were already doing that. We then settled on them coming out after 5 pm. No call no show all night. We called the next morning and their response was they could not get ahold of the tech so they don't know when he will be out. Absolutely terrible communication. We canceled immediately. Very unprofessional company in my opinion. Would not recommend.

I placed an order for a car battery replacement and installation yesterday at my home. On their website I selected the 10 am to Noon time slot. 1800Battery called me before 10 am and asked to reschedule the appointment to 4 pm to 5 pm yesterday. I agreed. Unfortunately, no call and no show by 5:15 pm. I chatted with someone through their website and was told neither of their two mechanics could make it to my location. We rescheduled the appointment for this morning 9 am to 11 am. Again, no call and no show this morning. I chatted with someone on their website again and they asked if I wished to cancel the order. I asked if there was any charge to cancel and they assured me there would be no charge. They advised I would be refunded the full amount and should see it in 3 to 5 days. Will wait to see if the hold they placed on my credit card is processed as a transaction or if the hold will just fall off. Great idea for a business, sorry it didn't work for me!

At first they were great, they were over 3 hours late for time slot which was fine since I was home, the technician was great changed battery, 2 weeks later it was bad, they charge 100.00 to come back to replace it and refund it if it’s a bad battery, it was a bad battery, and I’ve had to now call 3 x for refund and still have not received. That ruined what was a decent experience

I called today 6/19/2023 to have a battery installed. My wait time would be 2hrs. after waiting over two hours I called and was told the battery was being picked up from the warehouse and the guy should be here by 3:40pm. At 3:30pm I got a call that no one was coming and could I wait until tomorrow morning for the install, leaving me to get to work by other means. Which was unacceptable and would cost me extra money to travel to and from my job. I am skeptical now that some will show up between 8am and 9am on 6/20/2023 as my daughter has a doctor's appointment for 10am. I choose this company based on their reviews, hope I will not be disappointed tomorrow as I will cancel this order and want use this company again. JCarter

Never showed up, yet they billed my daughter. Won’t refund our money! Not sure how this company gets a 4.3 rating with reviews.io, when the Texas Better Business Bureau has a grade F and 1.21/5. Facebook also has lots of bad reviews. Don’t give them your card until service is complete and verified!

I appreciated the timeliness and updates of the technician. He spent a few hours here, distracted on phone calls for much of it, but did get the battery replaced and had me make sure the car starts, which it did. Warning lights were on about battery discharges but he assured that they would clear and when I asked him about programming, he said there was no need to as he'd keep the charge while swapping. I have now used the car for a couple of days and looked in the trunk and noticed several issues. * The plugs were removed but not replaced (and I could not find them in the trunk to put back). The first photo is the other side as it should be and the others show the battery side with the holes and no plugs. * From my research, everything points to battery programming being required for my make and model - for instance, https://www.bimmer-tech.net/blog/item/115-bmw-battery-replacement-and-registration * Every time I start the car, the date and time are not set and need to be reset. * A battery discharge warning comes up every time I start the car. There are no accessories plugged in. I have contacted the company 3 times and they are not responsive to fix the issues.

I drive a BMW 328i, before purchasing I contacted customer service and asked specifically if the technicians will register my new battery to my cars system. Customer service assured me that the technicians were well trained on BMW and that they would register the battery so that way my new battery wouldn't be over charged and the IBS system wouldn't screw with my car. All makes and models from BMW after 2002 NEED to have a new battery registered to the cars computer system with a BMW Scanner or ODMII Scanner (some ODMII Scanners don't even do the battery registration so it has to be certain models) The technician came out a day late, with a 10 minute warning changed my battery and DID NOT REGISTER IT. Did not test it before hand. Did not test it after wards. Told me to try and start it and see what happens. Hooked ZERO scanners to my ODM or the battery. Did not use even a memory saver like customer service tried to tell me they use to bypass having to register the battery (which is just a lie anyways because memory savers do not bypass having to register the battery) I contacted customer service immediately by chat, phone call, and text and didn't receive any type of answer until hours later. When I finally received a text back after waiting on hold for hours the customer service agent told me that the first customer service agent I talked to who guaranteed to me that they registered the battery "didn't know what he was talking about." After going back and forth for an hour I was told my order would be sent to the claims department for either a partial refund or a new technician to come out and to stand by my phone for news, I said Thank You and that was the end of our conversation. It's been well over 24hr and I have heard NOTHING. $500 for someone to come out, screw up your car, and for you to have to take it to the shop anyways. Zero stars if I could leave it. ZERO.

Battery died 2 weeks after installation. Customer svc seems to be only via email so I'm basically stuck with a dead battery until they respond. I was impressed with the speed of delivery and install, but if it doesnt last....
