I was told 5-5.5 hours. Coming up on 21 hours could use an answer on when this is going to happen.

I was quoted a 70 minute ASAP service. I received a text with a link to an alleged video explaining the delivery but instead it took me to an expired GoDaddy link. After three hours I called and was told every technician was having “truck issues” but the person agrees to keep my updated. A few hours later they texted and said they were still looking for someone to help me. About seven hours after I arranged for the service I gave up and got a refund. I asked a friend for help and saved $100.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I requested a car battery replacement because my car had a dead battery, leaving me unable to properly close the window. I placed the request yesterday morning at 8:00 and waited the entire day with no updates. The website didn’t provide any status, the chat had no responses, and customer service couldn’t even locate the mechanic. By 6:00 PM, the service was completely canceled, and I’m still waiting for a refund to my credit card. Meanwhile, my car is sitting in the driveway covered in plastic during a snowstorm in Maryland. I will never use this service again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I ended up waiting two days for the delivery of my battery. Stuck at home, couldn't go anywhere. First they told me that they couldn't find a driver. Then they told me that the battery wasn't in stock. My wife orders from DoorDash all the time, and has for the past couple of years. They have never had a problem finding a driver to bring our food. Feels like someone lied to me.

When was placed and credit card info given, was approved. When went to website to check my order, I received a google message advising me your site had been hacked and hackers were trying to get my info(credit info) I called my bank(wells fargo) to cancel payment to your company and they immediately canceled my card. The reason:(possible fraud). All was done the date of online purchase( 1/8/25). Also, on your order confirmation, there was no phone number I could call, just email addresses.

Amazingly imcompetent company. I had a 12-2pm appointment... no one came. I contacted them, they said someone would be there in 90 mins (4pm.) That came and went. I contacted them again, @7pm I was told no one was coming and if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. No apoligy, and I lost an entire day where I could I have used another company if they would have actually let me know that no one could come.

Went through the website on Sunday for an appointment. They called me and said they would be here between 9:00 and 11:00 on Monday. At 18:45, I went back to their website and started a "chat." They told me they were behind due to the weather, and they would be here at 9:00 Tuesday. They called me around 16:00 Tuesday and said they would be here at 9:00 on Wednesday. At 18:00 Wednesday, I canceled the order. A few hours late due to weather I can understand, but there's no excuse for being more than two days late. Poor communication, poor planning, poor management. Do not use.

Ordered a new battery with home install in Arlington VA for my Mercedes ML350 on a Thursday to be installed on Saturday. Technician showed up at 10 and by 1pm he still was unable to get the old battery out. He was asking my teenage son for help. He then leaves the car without a battery hooked up, car was running prior to the technician showing up, battery area tore up and car no longer able to run. I had been in touch with customer service during the visit who assured me that they would have another technician out the following day. The following morning I called at opening and they are very sorry but they don't have a technician in my area until Monday. Unacceptable to leave me with a car that no longer works thanks to a technician that had no idea what he was doing. I cancelled the order and got another company out that day to fix their mess. DO NOT CHOOSE 1-800 Battery.

The battery was delivered and installed in a timely fashion, but when I restarted my car the check engine light came on. It is not a reset issue either, but has remained on. Something was not done right.

Had my battery replaced in 2021, that died by July of 2023. A technician came out and replaced the battery and told me it would be covered under warranty. I was then changed full price for the battery, still fighting to get a refund. I decided to give the company a second chance while waiting for a refund which turned out to be a huge mistake! The technician showed up with the wrong battery (I put my vin number and license plate number on the site as they suggest to find the correct battery). The technician told me that he would still be able to put the battery in for the day and would be back tomorrow to replace with the correct one. They charged me again full price for the battery and the technician never came back today.

The battery that they installed was dead, car would not start the next day, had to Tow it to the garage where they tested the battery and it was negative. Not Înalt did we pay for the battery replacement with 1800battery but we also paid the tow truck to bring it to the garage. Requesting refund for both

I do not recommend them. I requested a battery change for my cayenne. They said they have to send a specialist. The guy was 3-4 hours late than the initial scheduled appointment. They claimed (through text) that this is because they had to wait for their specialist. Finally the guy arrives. He panicked not knowing where the battery was located in the car. He said he was not a specialist and he just got the call for this service. He made a phone call, someone else told him what to do, then my car’s alarm went off, he panicked and started behaving agitated. I tried to talk to him, but he was acting weird, like the way I have seen during my clinical rotations in psych department. So, I tried to avoid him and walked back inside, he was pacing back and forth cross the street (we have all this on security camera). Finally I got a hold of my own shop, and they told me what to do, so I asked this 1-800 battery guy to leave. Later, I called the customer service to get refunds or compensation for incomplete service, but they said they need to have a manager to do that. They claimed they never said they will send specialist, but we have this evidence on the text-chat from their number. Overall, I give them (negative) -20 stars! 1. Sending unprofessional people. 2. Not having a set staff or reliable people. 3. Using random shops to send out to women (this could be very dangerous specially if you are in the middle of nowhere). 4. No manager ever called back. They seem to not have one. 5. I tried to complain on BBB. The BBB said this company is not BBB accredited. So, I should not use them. Therefore, I recommend you to not use their services, and walk away while you can.

price was high. technicands not trained. demand payment upfront and no future contact. tech sent was untrained and brought wrong battery. stay away from the company

While 1-800-Battery finally showed up a day late, it failed to show up for the day it initially confirmed in writing and when I expected. Yet, it still tried to charge my credit card. I responded to the CEO's reachout asking for my opinion, but, if course, no one, including him, has ever responded. So, interest in actual customer opinions does not matter. No one will respond to this review. Prove me wrong!!

I am deeply frustrated with the lack of communication you've demonstrated during this service call. Last evening, at approximately 5:40pm I was advised that your technician would not be able to get to my home to perform service. I further advised that a technician would be available between 9am and 11am today. It wasn't until I reached out to you via phone that I was told that you did not have a technician available who could meet the timeline YOU specified. I would have appreciated any sort of communication providing me with this information so that I did not sit around the better part of my morning waiting on a technician that you knew would not arrive. I expect that you will make every effort to communicate delays and issue you may have in servicing customers, so that they are not held hostage by your inability to be transparent. It is now 11am EST. The person with whom I spoke at about 10:48am today advised that your technician was running approximately two hours behind schedule. I expect that you will communicate any further delays or disruptions so that I may adjust accordingly.
