“This was the first time using your service. As an elderly retired woman, I was pleased with the professionalism of the young man on the phone when I made the appointment. The next day another young man came to my home and went right to work changing my car battery. He was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. For someone who drives very little but still needs her car to get her mail and drop off her garbage once or twice a week, this service was a godsend. So very thankful.”

“1 out of 5 stars. I ordered my car battery on a Monday morning, I was suppose to receive it within 4 hours. Needless to say, I didn’t receive it until Tuesday night, yes Tuesday night. Worst part was, I never received an update until I called Monday afternoon. Here comes the fun part, the person at customer service was no better. Clearly didn’t care that I had wasted my day waiting all for this person to never show up that Monday. All I got told was that someone would call me and show up before noon. Tuesday 1pm comes and I have not received a call nor an update. I call and guess what, they’re running late so they’ll be there around 4-5pm. It 6pm, I call again, they’re still running late so around 8pm. I almost gave up when I received a call at 9:15pm. The mechanic was swift and friendly, but that was the only good experience about all this. Everything else I would rate it 0 out of 5 stars.”

“1-800-Battery is amazing, they came out same day, kept constant communication on when the service tech would arrive with live gps tracking, and got my car up and running on a holiday when other alternatives were closed. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a battery replaced in their vehicle!”

“I was very pleased with the service. I think I waited on hold longer than it took for the gentlemen to come out to service my car. The call center told me 2-3 hours and I got a call back within 15 minutes saying he was on his way in 45 minutes. He was a very nice person that took care of it within 15 minutes. I cannot say enough how happy I was with the service.”

“This is a great service! I was able to get my battery changed in no time and the mechanic was even able to reset the computer on my Audi. (even Autozone cant do this!) I highly recommend this service. The mechanic was very nice, too!”

“What a great experience! The team was on time and performed the battery replacement in about 5 minutes, and took the old battery for recycling. I would definitely use the service again if I ever need it.”

“The installer was helpful! He let me know I had purchased a battery for a gas engine, but I needed one for diesel, saying sometimes the online catalog was a wee bit hard to follow. He had the right battery with him and I was up in running in a few minutes on a frigid wisconsin morning.”

“Eric was super nice and friendly. Did a thorough job, was great about explaining the whole process to me since I was curious. Showed me why and how the old battery was bad. Timely and professional. Gave me tips for what to look for if I think I have future issues with car starting.”
