The installer was helpful! He let me know I had purchased a battery for a gas engine, but I needed one for diesel, saying sometimes the online catalog was a wee bit hard to follow. He had the right battery with him and I was up in running in a few minutes on a frigid wisconsin morning.

Eric was super nice and friendly. Did a thorough job, was great about explaining the whole process to me since I was curious. Showed me why and how the old battery was bad. Timely and professional. Gave me tips for what to look for if I think I have future issues with car starting.

Great price and service (coming out to you). However, I experienced an overnight delay in servicing, which was mildly annoying. That said, the staff were all super friendly and professional. I would absolutely reach out again if the need came up. I would just appreciate a better / more accurate servicing window follow-through.

It took a while for him to get to me . He did come in the end on a very cold day . So if you don’t need to go anywhere,it’s the way to go

Was told the ETA was going to be 2-3hrs. Only took 1.5. Tech was well prepared, job only took 15 minutes. Not cheap, but well worth it for me! Thank you!

The tech dispatched to change the (2) Batteries in my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was scheduled to arrive at 9am. He actually arrived at 2pm. No phone call or notice he would be 5 hours late. I was told he couldn’t find the smaller Autostart battery and that was why he was late, announcing he THINKS the one he found will work. Upon driving the Jeep the next day I found a dashboard alert stating the Autostart feature was disabled. To my surprise the Autostart system was completely inoperable, the primary reason for having the battery changed out. The Service Manuel states that the right fender needs to be removed to access the Autostart battery, he did not do this! Likely part of the reason for a failed installation. I re-contacted 1-800-Battery today. The individual I spoke with seemed willing to schedule a new tech to remedy the poor first effort. I’m told this tech will come from LA about an hour away. We’ll see how they respond to the poor and unsuccessful visit. More to follow Soon.

Scheduled for 11am installer arrived at 4pm installation only took 10 min. Don’t really know why he was so late but it messed up my schedule for the day. New battery is in and car starts that really all that counts.

Did not receive a receipt for my $230 battery purchase! Installer arrived ~6 hr late without a replacement battery. He had to purchase one at the local Auto Tract store but left without providing any of the paperwork (i.e. battery warrantee, cost, etc). Where is the documentation for this transaction and how do I get it?

The technician Eddie was very knowledgeable and his customer service was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was up and running. The wait time from when I put in the appointment to when he got there was about 4 hours but luckily I was at home and didn't necessarily have to be anywhere but it was very much worth the wait. I highly recommend.

I received help in the chat feature from someone who gave me all necessary information and answered all questions I had. He then set up my appointment with a local participating garage and within a relatively short time, my new battery was installed in my car outside my house. Car running, convenience great.

So disappointed to pay for a battery and installation, confirmed for a 2-hour time slot. At the third hour, with no communication whatsoever, I started trying to reach a human being. The following morning, same thing- two hours on the phone on hold, hoping for communication. Then about 10:00 am someone shows up with a battery. Install took less than 5 minutes, and the installer was quick and courteous. If the schedulers could learn from the installers, you might have a great service.

If I could give less stars I would. Never showed the first day they said they would be here. I called and they said the next morning. When they arrived they had the WRONG battery. I canceled the order and they only wanted to refund half the money thankfully I called my credit card company and they settled it. Run away
