“Having my car battery replaced by Battery.com was a very pleasant, easy experience! I made an appointment on a Sunday evening, and they were here at 10:am Monday morning to deliver and install my new battery. John was very nice and extremely helpful, and the battery was replaced sooo quickly! I would highly recommend Battery.com for car battery replacement!”

“The service I received was better than expected. Customer service was proactive and helped me avoid ordering the incorrect item and kept me informed along the way. Corey who installed my battery was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that I can’t use this service for all of my car repair needs.”

“Shady company that trying to scam customers. Delivered battery was lower specifications than ordered originally. They didn’t call or notify that ordered battery was not available but ordered different battery. Customer service representative tried to claim that new battery is better quality, but it was clearly not.”
