“The installation was delayed until the next day and I had to miss a day of work. The guy that came almost messed up my car but thankfully I supervised and helped him replace my battery. I might as well have just done it myself. My car still didn’t turn on after the battery replacement.”

“Within 2 hrs of my initial call to have a battery replaced at my residency I received confirmation they would be out within 1-1/2 hrs. The Tech that came out was extremly polite and professional. My battery was replaced and they checked the charging system to ensure there were no other issues. This is a great service !!!!”

“I went through carbattery.com. not 1800battery. But they are all affiliated probably. Anyway. I thought it might be a scam. They do know how your battery is put in by difficulty. Contract roadside assistance companies near you, and hire them. We'll I didn't see good reviews about it. Did it anyway. I am glad I did. When I put in my request it was 5pm on a normal fay”

“Person who installed the battery was fast and efficient. Communication prior to his arrival was non existent. I ordered the battery around 3pm but didn't get it until 9am the following day. Hardly the three hours claimed on the webiste”
