“Total waste of time!!! My battery went dead in my garage and I called my normal mechanic who said that they didn't have the battery in stock but could order it. I looked at the 1(800)Battery website and they gave me an ETA of 3 hours. Even though they were $30 more than my regular guy, it sounded more time efficient to me so I booked the apointment. My card was charged immediately and then I waited until they were about an hour late before I called. I was put on hold for a long time so I used the chat feature. It took three times to get an answer (the first two people "accidentally" disconnected when they put me on hold to check with the technician). Finally, the technician showed up 5 hours late with NO communication from the company (with the exception of the one time I got through to someone). Terrible customer service!!!”

“I was extremely pleased with how easy it was to purchase a new battery and have the installation done so quickly. The installer, Ben, was at my home within an hour of purchase and was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of batteries and what was best for my truck. I would definitely recommend using this company.”

“They got out to me in about 5-6hrs and did what they said they was gonna do. Tow Truck Driver was knowledgeable about cars and assisted at top quality. The company rep was respectful of the situation. Sucks when it turns out not to be the battery I know ppl may put bad reviews because of that but its nothing they can do about that. Just waiting on the refund its been a week. Was expecting service to be the $25 not $99 but it is what it is people still gotta get paid.”

“This was a life saver. Woke up to a dead battery. Was working on figureing out plan to jump car, and where to go when I came across 1 800 Battery. Price was competitiv. Service was awesome. People were friendly. I never had to leave the house, and in the same day got a new battery. Highly recommended.”
