“The technician was quick and efficient. The time told by the customer service rep was not accurate. If you could communicate a little bit better so we can have an expectation of the time. Especially in situations where time is important. Overall a tremendous experience from beginning to end”

“I am happy I found them on the internet. I thought it wouldn't be until Monday that they would be able to come. But they scheduled it for the same day on Saturday and it was all done. I will use them from now on.”

“Very good service and easy to use. The tech that came out wasn't very friendly but I guess that's not that important. He did do the job quickly though. I had tried to use other companies before I found you but they all had excuses why they would not be able to help me that day. The price was fair too. Over all it was very good. Thanks”

“i was very happy with the service the process was very simple and they were always there to give me answers when i called the tech who showed up tp put in my battery was very knowledgeable and had my battery in at my job site in a half hour i would definitely recommend this service”

“The website is very easy to use. The technician who delivered and installed the battery was right on time, did a great job it was very easy to work with. The price was a little high but I needed my car up and running in the morning and they were able to fit my time need. The one strange thing was I spent a lot of time back-and-forth with Customer Service trying to get a copy ( either hard or soft) of my warranty and the company was unable to provide one.”

“I called for a battery replacement. He was here within 1 hour and installed the new battery!! It cost as much as the battery i priced at Autozone they don’t charge for installation. Auto Zone cannot change my infinity because of the wrench. My car was so dead the door wouldn’t open with the key. He was able to open the door!!!”

“I called to order 2 batteries and made an appointment for them to come to me at 8am the next morning. No one showed up. No phone call, text or email. Just a no show. Took 3 hours to reach a customer service rep. Unbelievable!”
