“Placed an order at 8:30 paid for the battery. Waited all morning for them to show up to arrive in their window time which is 12 to 2. They called me at 12:55 saying they couldn’t find a technician to come out and fix my car. I would not use them ever again!”

“Don’t use this company ordered on 3/27/2022 said it would be from 8 to 10 am on the 28th it’s now 12:46 and still no service called said had only one tech for all of the area and they would come sometime later today I cancelled and requested refund will see what happens paid in full on the 27th thank god I used a credit card.”

“The convenience was great, the price was OK, but the battery that was delivered was not the DieHard I ordered. When I complained I was told that the website warns that you will not necessarily receive the battery you think you've paid for, since 1-800-BATTTERY relies on the inventory of their third-party installers. If that warning is there it's pretty hard to see!”

“The gentleman was very professional and knew exactly What he was doing. The battery removal requires taking several metal braces out before removing old and Putting in the new. Great service would definitely use again.”

“Pricing was great and customer service reps were very professional and helpful- I had a battery installed and it was not installed properly and I was stranded less than 30 minutes after service- took 2 hours for technician to come and tighten down connections properly- nice guy and he apologized for the issue - I know nobody is perfect and they were professional but 2 hours stranded is a long time”
