“Service was fast and professional . New battery was installed at my residence within 3 hours. Price was good as well. I would use this service again.”

“The technician arrived in a timely manner and installed the battery quickly and efficiently. The only concern that I have is that the price was $10 more by calling over the phone versus ordering online which is why I removed one star. The website was not working properly so I was not able to submit my order online or I definitely would have paid that route and saved that $10.”

“Overall a good experience. The original arrival time (between 3 & 5pm) was way off. Eddie didn't arrive until after 7:30, but when I called they said he was servicing all of Dallas/Fort Worth! You might want to hire more people! That being said Eddie was professional & courteous & got my new battery secured in a short amount of time.”

“Excellent service! My Cadillac CTS battery was completely dead in my garage. I called 1800battery and within 45 minutes they were at my house! A new battery was installed. No signature was required. 1800battery.com took care of everything! I’m extremely impressed!”

“Order #22660, appointment date March 4, 2022. Technician was 1/2 hour late and unable to change the battery. I have emailed a request for a refund, with no reply. I have called and spoken to your operators Bianca and Alec, both were apologetic and Alec said he would take it to the company President. I am still waiting for a refund. Due to the aggravation that started with your technician I request a full refund of $268.17.”
