“I’m very pleased with the service I received. When the service individual arrived he was efficient and got my battery replaced and got me on my way. The process in getting there was clunky. It wasn’t clear if I had paid for the service of someone coming to replace my battery for me or if they were shipping it to my house. I panicked when I thought it might be the latter. It took almost 2 hours before I heard from someone that they were on the way. That part of the process was unclear to me. I hope you improve that part of the process.”

“The battery delivery work is scheduled easily over the phone or email. Be sure if you're paying from one address and the work is being done at a different place, that you are clear - write that in the order notes. The gentleman that shows up to do the work, Eddie Davis, is a pro - efficient & knowledgeable. He gets it done right and quickly.”

“Ryan tested the battery to make sure it needed replacing, and it did He was quick and friendly, got me up and running much quicker than I thought he could and the price is right.”

“I purchased on line a Die Hard battery to be installed, when they came I was given an Exide battery and was told thats all they had. Since I needed a battery I had no real choice but to except it. Installer was efficient and nice enough.”

“I have a Fiat E.AAA would not honor the service they were going to tow my car to a repair facility! So finding battery was not easy.After some phone calls and research online i found 1800 battery.I did it over the phone to make sure i ordered the right Battery .Even then the technician arrived with the wrong one but it was really easy to contact customer service and the technician was back in no time with the right one all this in the right time window”

“ETA was listed as 2 hours. Tech didn't arrive for 2 days, after multiple calls and promises that he was "on the way". Once he finally got here the installation was very quick and everything works fine.”
