“Battery arrived much quicker than expected and associate was very helpful and new right away what had drained my Battery and told me what to tell my mechanic what to look for. My battery was getting pretty old and though I might not have needed just yet it was just a matter of time before I did. Excellent service.”

“The installer did a good job overall. However, I did not receive a written warrenty in which the installer stated that I should receive it by email. As of today, I have not received it.”

“The serviceman was wonderful it is just the company does not have enough workers and the wait was over 5 hours. Fortunately, it was not an emergency for me but I would not be happy if time was of the essence.”

“1. You were 3 hours late. 2. Tried to up charge me on the type of battery I required, 3. Did not give me a core discount. 4. Took the core. I think your service sucks and next time I am stranded like this I will call a mobile mechanic and not get charged like this. I would not recommend your services to anyone.”

“After trying to get battery service for weeks through AAA I gave up with them and contacted 1-800-battery. They came right out and quickly changed my battery. I would definitely use them again.”

“My battery died and I was told it would be a 3 hour eta. When the technician got there he said he didn’t have the right tool, gave me the battery a hotshot and said someone else would need to come put. Luckily I was able to get in touch with Walter in customer service who was my guardian angel. I just moved here 3 weeks ago and don’t no anyone in the area. I was afraid once I got him I wouldn’t have a charge again. He called me back at least 3 times with updates on when he could get someone back out. I made it home but the car died again. Walter told me he would have someone out first thing in the morning. He was so comforting Bc I’ve had the exact opposite experience with my movers. I’ve been here 3 weeks and still don’t have my belongings. A new technician came out at 9:30 am ( Solomon) this morning. He was great and got the battery in pretty quickly and I’m set to go. I just wanted to say special thank you to Walter for all his help. Kathy Larkin”

“Called at 9:36am; tech came before 3pm the same day. Tech was friendly, knew what he was doing and fixed things in about 20 mins. Would use again.”
