“Eddie Davis was the person who replaced the new battery on Sunday. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the process even though it was on Sunday. He was explaining beyond what I asked to help me be informed for my decision. It's pricy to get your battery replaced via 1800battery but considering all factors it was worth it. I'd highly recommend Eddie for your roadside help and his knowledge of the batteries.”

“When my car battery died I scheduled an appointment to have it replaced. The technician who came, Maverick, explained to me that the battery currently in my car was under warranty. He got the car started for me. I returned the battery to where I bought it and he was correct, it was under warranty and I received a new battery. Thank you Maverick for your help and the good advice.”

“Original ETA was 9 AM Sunday. No show! I was on hold with customer service for nearly 2 hours and hung up. Additionally, I texted got a reply “ should arrive at your location in 30 to 45 minutes” ; 6 hours later I sent a message via text stating to cancel my order. I even to make other arrangements. I quickly got a phone call telling me that I could not cancel or I’ll be charged $100. I got charged $126 for your company’s poor service.”

“I get that I am not super close to a major metropolitan area, however if you are going to accept my order the very least you can do is keep me updated and let me know that you are unable to locate a technician to assist me and don't leave me hanging for 3 hours before I call and you let me know the bad news. Thankfully Uber and Autozone Order Online took care of me just fine (and I saved $150 to boot). So, I guess thanks for cancelling my order when I called to see how long it might actually be to get my battery replaced. Your 3.5 hour estimate took me about 60 minutes start to finish to do myself.”

“Fantastic service!! I ordered around lunch time on a Saturday, and by 2:30 the technician was there, had tested and replaced my battery. Talk about easy. Soooooo much better than spending a few days in dead battery danger zone waiting to get my vehicle into the shop only for them to keep it for 1 to 2 days because they're so backed up. I will absolutely use this service again in the future.”

“The order process was easy. Scheduling installation format provided convenient times per my schedule. The installer arrived on time. Installation was completed in less than 15 minutes. Unit tested and process completed. The installer was courteous and professional.”

“I was informed by text when the technician was on his way and when he arrived. The technician arrived on time. We needed the battery in our Ford Escape replaced and the job was professionally done to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the installation.”

“This was excellent service. The technician messaged prior to his arrival, confirmed where to meet me, and then took care of everything efficiently. Definitely worth scheduling your appointment to minimize any hassle or concerns. He had me test the battery twice before taking off. Eldreek Whitaker in Alexandria, VA was considerate, friendly, and made it look simple. Can’t say enough about the on-ground interaction, he was just a consummate professional!”

“Excellent prices (I compared multiple sources), and technician was excellent. My only complaint is wishing there had been more updates throughout the process: I ordered a battery to be delivered and installed on site, and after placing the order, there was no further communication until five minutes before the technician arrived. The time estimated for delivery (when placing the order) was within two hours, and instead it was over four hours later. Not a problem, and things happen to delay scheduled things all the time - that I understand. Just wish, if there was a delay, that I’d been updated so I could plan to accommodate it, instead of hearing nothing for hours and then scrambling my schedule with ten minutes’ notice. Still, overall a good experience (the technician especially was pleasant, professional, and very detail-oriented). And given that my battery died in a parking lot, I do feel lucky to have found a local service that could respond - especially with competitive prices on the battery itself and on the remote fee for install. Have to recommend.”

“After not hearing from anyone until right before my appt. was supposed to be done, I panicked. They said the battery I ordered would not be available till the next morning and they'd be at my house at 7:30am. After that time came and went I called again and was told no notations were made on my account. Irritated already, they sent someone out who told me my total which was more than half of what I paid then he said "oops you went through 1800battery, oh okay well you're all set." $128 vs $340 for the same service...I wouldn't recommend”
