“I would give you no stars if I could. I spoke with rep and told him I needed a battery delivered and installed because I needed a memory saver used on my vehicle, he acknowledged they had them and it would be brought to my location with the battery. So 3 1/2 hours late the installer shows up to install battery , he has no memory saver says there is nothing on the work order about it. He calls his rep they say hook a battery jumper to my terminals I say if it blows up my ECM will they put that in writing they will fix my vehicle. He says no I refuse the service then they still bill me 449 dollars for battery service. I call they say maybe we will take it off but we will charge you $99 for service call nope so now I put in a complaint with my cc company! No no no no do not use this company no service no customer relations”

“Bad news , the guy was hour late, told him my car battery would not start at all, apparently He did not test my battery before he replaced it because that was not issue it still would not start .. now I have to chase Down a tow and out my money so I’ll have to call credit card company to try to get refund …. Nightmare”

“Worth the wait. My 9+ year old battery gave out at a gas station. Robert S. arrived with his jumper cable in 2 hours instead of the 1 hour estimated, but he treated me and my car with respect and gave instructions so my battery would hang on until it could be replaced. When he replaced the battery, he explained what he was doing and gave me tips on maintaining its life. Requesting and paying for service online was very easy.”

“Don't waste your time. After ordering a battery and not getting any notification of delivery, I reached out and was informed that they couldn't find the battery for my car, but if I spent an additional $50 they had a "better battery". Classic upcharge scheme. Additionally the picture of the battery on their website (in my case) was not the one they promised to deliver. Terrible service and time wasted. I drove one mile to Advanced Auto Parts where they had the battery I wanted for a better price, in stock and installed it for free. Another example of a good idea ruined by poor execution.”

“The technician came to our house on time and checked our dead battery, confirmed that it needed to be replaced, checked the alternator and determined it was fine, installed the new battery and took away the old one. The technician was cordial and competent and quick. Problem solved.”

“My battery died last night, tried jumping it, no dice. Scheduled a replacement with 1-800-Battery, the process online was easy, the local agent called to make sure I placed the correct order for my vehicle, appointment was scheduled for between 9-11AM, Mike M. arrived, replaced the battery, was very professional, friendly and courteous and got me going within 15 minutes. I have no hesitation recommending 1-800-Battery from start to completion the process was amazing!”

“I had a bad experience with 1-800-Battery. I booked the 11-1 pm time slot for a replacement battery at about 10:45 am. I waited but did not receive any calls or messages saying that they would be late. I called at 1 pm and they said the technician would be there in 45 mins. After 45 mins I called back and they didn't know where he was. He finally arrived at 2:45 pm but did NOT apologize or mention anything about the fact that he was 1 hour and 45 mins late. If I had known that they wouldn't be able to make it in the time slot I had booked I would have called another service because I had to leave for work at 3. Also, it wasn't great to get hit with an extra $25 travel fee right before checkout.”

“Our battery went out on a Sunday before my wife and I were individually traveling the next day. My wife found 1800Battery.com and we gave it a try. Competitively priced, they came to the house and replaced the battery. Not easy to do on a 2019 Cadillac XTS, as we found out. Their tech was friendly and determined to resolve the issue. He was successful and the car was back in working order that day. Thanks for a great service.”
