“Terrible service. I ordered a DieHard Gold and 24 hours later ("ASAP service") the tech showed up with a no-name battery. I was unable to get any documentation of the battery warranty, and even after extensive dialogue with the company representative was unable to get the battery I ordered. A bait and switch operation, will never use again and will warn my friends to avoid this company.”

“I was stressed about my dead battery and the hassle to replace it. I'm a senior now!! I didn't know about you but when I searched and found your company the ratings were impressive. Brandon came out the next day and was the most friendly, helpful young man! He completed the replacement and I was totally stress free! The price was well worth all the complications you helped me avoid! Excellent Company and Employees!”

“I was in Omaha from California for an unfortunate family situation and to pick up a vehicle that had been sitting for an extended period. Unfortunately the battery was completely dead. I called 1-800-BATTERY and with-in a couple hours the battery was delivered and installed. I’m so grateful for the fast and quick action. The installation was not easy, but they made it look easy. I definitely recommend.”

“Battery installed one day later than promised leaving us overnight without an operating vehicle. Not a good plan in case of emergency Further, in the past, we always got a warranty from the battery manufacturer in case the battery life was short of warranty time.”

“— ZERO STARS — 0️⃣👌 That’s a zero from me to them, zero stars , zero service , ZERO !!!!!! I RECEIVED ZERO I’m giving them zero I was charged right away $321.74 for zero people to come out and put zero auxiliary batteries in , Okay initial time will be 8:30 A.M —— 9:30 I call , “ Oh Sorry tech is running late it will be 11:00 “ 2:00 P.M 5 and a half hours later from original time given “ Tech is on his way , I said forget it cancel my service , they now want to charge me $99 , for what? for canceling . I didn’t cancel !! nobody ever showed up you’re not charging me not one penny .”
