“Wow! No idea that this option existed. It's Sunday morning Thanksgiving weekend. I left my lights on and the battery went dead. 1-800-Battery responded within 2 hours of initial contact. Courteous, knowledgable driver delivered & installed new battery. I'm back up and running! No trip to the dealer. No delay. Less than I expected to pay.”

“Unfortunately, it took 24 hours to get the service I needed, not 2 hours as promised. The technician was great. He changed the battery and started the car, but later on, the car did not start again. Apparently, the key needed to be programmed. I had to call another expert to do that. and cost me 250 $ extra.”

“Second time in a few months that we have needed -1800-Battery. Once again, we were not disappointed. The delivery and installation were prompt and as promised. The technician that serves our area is knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and informative. He answers all my questions and explains things. He is very reassuring and makes sure everything is in good working order before leaving. Although it is a little more costly, the convenience is worth it. Thanks 1-899-Battery for a great service.”

“AWFUL experience! According to the website I was to get a new car battery delivered and installed within "69 minutes". Granted it was Thanksgiving Day, but that is what they stated as I placed my order. They were happy to charge my credit card and that is where communication stopped. NO COMMUNICATION at all. Given it was Friday morning and I had still heard NOTHING I canceled the order - which was also VERY difficult to do because of their terrible website. I'm still not sure if I was refunded my payment - I'm expecting a hassle given how terrible the rest of their service has been.”

“This was a perfect experience. I found the web site. Ordered my battery, on a Sunday, had car not useable in garage, mechanic arrived after I returned from work, professional knowledgeable and replaced my battery and got me back on the road. 5 star review 👍”
