“I ordered the battery at 1pm and it was installed by 4.30pm! The installer, Manny, was friendly and efficient and the battery was installed in less than 15 mins. Excellent service”

“I would have given him a 5 star review, but as I drove today, my truck’s electrical system shorted out and the truck stalled right in traffic. I could not restart it. It turns out he failed to tighten one of the terminal wires causing the problem. Needless to say, I was not happy!”

“Once 1-800Battery asign the service to a provider everything goes fine, but this company need to work on customer services, to keep clients happy. There is not feedback, it does not explain how the service work.”

“My battery was delivered quickly. It was not the battery I originally selected as that one was out of stock. Sortly After I place the order they told me the the order battery was out of stock. I requested the change the order to the my first selection and I would pay the difference. They did not respond to my request. However the managed to get my battery quickly and the delivery guy was very helpful . He but the battery in my garage near where it needed to be installed. I'm handicapped and that would have be very difficult for me to do.”

“The technician, Khalil, was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. He was very considerate and careful while working with a difficult battery to find/replace. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience given that other outlets for battery servicing have been such a headache! (A small suggestion, the VIN option on the website didn’t work and it didn’t populate my car information in my order so the rep had to call and ask. The website could use a little fixing)”

“Amazing service. Ordered Saturday afternoon and site said by 3pm Sunday and thought that was very good. But they over delivered and had a new battery delivered and installed 2 hours later. Though I hope to never need emergency service like that again I will never use or recommend any other service. Great job easy to use site. Highly recommended to anyone”

“Watch out for this business...my service was prompt and convenient but the battery failed after only 4 months and there warranty is awful. You cant have your car repaired, have to keep the battery in for the technician to check and they charge you another $125.”
