“This was amazingly easy to set up online. The contracted provider contacted me immediately. He arrived exactly on time for our arranged appointment. He was polite and efficient. I had my battery replaced and the whole transaction took only 20 minutes. He even had me drive around the block while he waited to make sure everything was good. This was 100 times better than my experience with AAA in the past. I was very impressed and would recommend 1-800-Battery!”

“Was putting off the inevitable but decided it was time to stop using my NOCO jump starter and just buy a new battery for my classic car. Didn't want the hassle of waiting at my mechanic shop so thought I would give Battery.com a try instead. Online ordering could not have been easier and the nice man arrived right on time and installed it fast. Like some services, I hope I won't nee to do this again, BUT, if I do, Battery.com will be my go-to battery place. THANK YOU!!!”

“The delivery and installation was perfect. Great guy. Very nice and polite. Installed quickly. Nothing bad to say about him. Not happy about the price change. Placed order Saturday and it was 275.00. Went to the site on Sunday and same battery plus install was 250. I don’t know why there is such a big difference from one day to the next for the same battery and service.”

“It was like magic!! I was out of state visiting my elderly mother and I discovered that I had a completely dead battery. I went onto the 1-800-Battery website and in no time, 1 1/3hours, a very polite and wonderful fellow arrived at the house and put my new battery in my car. Another fellow arrived with an employee-in-training and together we finished the task as well as the paperwork. All of these three wonderful men were efficient, polite and extremely personable. I had a fantastic experience with them and I would most certainly use 1-800-Battery again and I will tell my family and friends about the service. I am an extremely satisfied customer!!”
