“Service was super! We were informed the entire way of the status of the on-site technician and he diagnosed the problem when he arrived and installed the new battery without any issues”

“My technician was awesome and quick. The service was delayed a day because there wasn't a battery available which I understand because Covid has hurt availability in all sectors. I took it off a star because I didn't hear from 1800battery 45 minutes after they mentioned they would contact me. In all I only had to actively wait 2 hours at my own home and didn't have to go to a store. I would use the service again, but only under certain circumstances.”

“couldn't have been happier. He arrived when he said he would, he was polite and helpful and very nice. I would have been stuck with a dead battery and no other way to get a new one and also not knowing how to install one. Absolute life saver.”

“My battery died and would not hold a charge. A technician met me at my house and did a fantastic job. The technician made sure it was just the battery and nothing major (alternator) and installed the new battery. Whole process took about 15 min. To the technician who came to my house, im sorry i dont remember your name but you were very professional and did your job. Kudos to you bud. I would definately reccommend this company if you are stuck!”

“This company bent over backwards to help me during a terrible winter storm we had here in middle TN last month! The technicians initially brought the wrong battery, but true to their word came back, at 9pm I might say with the correct one. Customer service during this time was excellent. Cannot say enough good things here... Call them and do not hesitate!”

“was very satisfied with the timing of item purchased and installed. Mechanic Nemer kept me aprised of his arrival time once onsite got straight to work and gave me info while installing and why my battery died so quickly after purchasing vehicle back in Dec. 2020. Was very happy didn"t have to sit for days waiting on service. djdunaway”

“Great service, ordered a new battery late in the day and got to choose an install time for the next morning. He arrived 10 minutes early and was done within 25 minutes. Thanks for the help!!”
