“Awesome service! They came within an hour & 1/2! Approximately $100 dollars over the cost of the battery at an auto parts store; & Allstate gives me $100 for battery change; so really only cost me the cost of the 🔋 battery! Tech was professional & polite!”

“My app't was for 8-10 on Friday. I had an important meeting at 12:00. Tech arrived at 12:15. That was inexcusable. Why set a time when it means nothing? It ruined my whole day, and I completely missed the important meeting. I will not use or recommend this service. Period.”

“Very easy site to navigate. Ordered a battery in early am, it was installed by 11:00 am. Only recommendation is that they include the warranty for the battery in an email. I did not receive any warranty information.”

“My battery was on the verge of completely dying, and jumps, while working, were having to happen every time I went somewhere. I desperately needed a new battery but I'm in the middle of a move and an insanely busy schedule. Although my tech wasn't there at the allotted appointment time, the entire experience from purchase to installation was very amazing. I have a 2013 Ford Escape that is still out here being amazing, but the darn battery requires removing other stuff to get to it, so it isn't a simple change. Borys said it would take him an hour but he did it in under an hour, and even made sure to double check my windshield wipers were all set after having to remove them to get to the battery. This was my first experience with 1800 Battery and I absolutely would use them again. Thank you!”
