Always so quick to respond and same day battery changes! They are so quick and friendly she only took 15 minutes of my time and made sure everything was working appropriately. Very, very happy with the customer service I received. Plus, they give you 3 tier options of the batteries, and they include warranties!

The technician who came to my home to install the new battery was wonderful; they were professional, laid back, and got right to it. They had the battery installed in under 10 minutes. He did a wonderful job and made sure everything was working before leaving. The shopping and checkout process was simple and knowing that a technician would be out the same day is why I chose 1-800-Battery. And the cost of the battery and installation wasn’t anymore or much more than if I had it done at a shop or done it myself. If I ever need service like this again I’ll definitely be coming back. Let’s just hope I don’t need it! But if I do, I know which vendor I’m going with. Please, don’t change for the worse! Get better and do whatever you can to make sure the techs and other employees are taken care of. You’re incredible now - keep that momentum going to set a standard for this industry. 10 out of 5 stars.

Richard, CEO your service is less established and I can take that into account. Your service indicated your technician would have the tools to check my existing battery to determine the charge. He did not have the tools to check it. Your technician was working in an area that typically has two technicians with an expected arrival time between 10-12. Since there was one technician absent the technician was working double calls and arrived at 230PM. I understand your technicians are independant contractors but providing them adequate resources reflects on the quality of the work and service. The mark-up on the batteries is a little high too. I was notified on the day of my scheduled service that my battery wasn't available and would have to reschedule my service to the following day. Which we did, that being said, service was professional, took less than an hour and was relatively within the time frame quoted. Price was compareable and actually a bit cheaper, thanks to a coupon code, to other quotes I received before getting in touch with 1800Battery.

Easy, quick and much more reasonably-priced alternative to taking my Mercedes Benz to a dealership for a simple battery replacement. The service technician arrived the same day and replaced my battery in a matter of minutes. I would definitely use 1-800-Battery or recommend the company to my friends.

Process from start to finish was straight forward and simple. Had the battery ordered and paid for by 9am. The technician arrived and had it replaced by noon; he was friendly and efficient. Would have been less expensive to replace myself but that morning I needed fast and convenient. Overall, please with the service, was great in a pinch.

I initially purchased a battery for my 2002 Chevy Tahoe from 1-800 Battery.com on November 13, 2023. That battery subsequently failed on September 10, 2024. That same day, September 10th, I requested a replacement battery from 1-800 Battery. The company subsequently replaced the failed original battery but, almost immediately, the replacement battery failed to start my vehicle on several occasions after September 10th causing me to miss work. Additionally, the dashboard lights flash on and off erratically as I'm driving.... a symptom of a bad battery. On September 21, 2024, I took my 2002 Chevy Tahoe to two auto parts stores, Advance Auto Parts and O'Reilly Auto Parts. Both technicians ran a test on the battery and the alternator and both corroborated that the battery was undersized for my vehicle and that it was only cranking at 643 amps but should be at 700 to 875 cranking amps. They both confirmed that the alternator was properly charging the battery. I relayed this information to 1-800 Battery via email on September 19, 2024. On September 23, 2024, 1-800 Battery responded with the following, "We have reviewed your order and the vehicle information you provided was for a CHEVROLET TAHOE 2002 V8 4.8L 294cid. On both installs the battery that was installed was compatible for the vehicle type." In its response, no mention was made of the battery failures and, the batteries they replaced my car with were undersized for my vehicle which is a 2002 Chevy Tahoe 5.3L V8, not a 4.8L V8. I asked for a full refund of my costs, $315.11 for the first purchase on November 13, 2023, and the replacement trip cost of $50, for a total refund of $365.11 which appears was declined.

Dead battery in my car. Went online found 1800 battery. Sounded great. I provided all info. Made an appointment for 9am folowimg mourng. At 1130 no word. I called and was told they don't service my area. If that was the case why confirm appointment and accept payment? I warn everyone to stay away

I was very pleased with the ease of the process. Very stressful when your car battery just dies but 1-800-Battery made it easy. Kept updating the status of my order and Walter the technician was wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and I didn't have to leave home.

Service was great, fast once he arrived the installer was friendly, knowledgeable and worked fast. Only complaint is I had an 8-10 arrival window and he arrived around 11:30 which messed with my workday. Having it done at home was to avoid disrupting my workday.

Not intirely impressed with results as it turns out service tech didnt know were battery was in my BMW and wasnt entirely sure about battery programming. Now I have to go and get battery programed at dealership wich I should have just went to in first place and paid dealership pricing.
