“They are everything they claim to be!! Fast, professional, friendly and HONEST!!!! The technician told me that I really didn't need a new battery and even showed me why. I truly appreciated his honesty! I did replace the battery anyway, because I had been having problems with it. However, I was very pleased that the technician was honest enough to explain everything to me when Firestone and the Honda dealer were not. Way to go 1-800-Battery!”

“Very impressed! Easy to order; product delivered earlier than promised; clear, transparent and fair pricing; and outstanding service. The representative who installed the battery was excellent and very personable. You don't always see a company do exactly what they said they would do, and make it so seamless, efficient, and pleasant. Kudos!”

“I was surprised when the tech showed up in his own car, two hours early. He declined to jump start or test the battery, because he was "sure it was dead." But at least I got a new battery.”

“Five stars! From phone call to new battery install, the process was simple, fully explained, all my questions answered, took less time than going to my repair shop, and cost about the same. Install was top of the line professional, courteous, and friendly, and he took the old battery for proper recycling. I enjoyed meeting Robert. I'll be back. Hopefully not soon! But I'll definitely be back and recommend you to my friends and neighbors.”

“Charged for full price of battery swap even though they only provided jumpstart service. Been calling all week for refund with no success. SCAM company! Never use this company.”

“Show up late. Said my battery was good and to take it to the shop to have alternator replaced. Changed bill to 100$ for jumpstart service. But charged me $387 for battery and install that never happened. Still 2 weeks after and they still haven't refunded me the extra money. Total sham. Do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else.”
