“Placed an order on Sunday. Was told by customer service that a mechanic would pick up my car battery that day and replace it on Monday, which I was grateful for given that it was a holiday weekend. Received no other updates. Nobody contacted me or did the service on Monday. Now, I’m trying to get information from customer service on when a mechanic will actually arrive. I have already paid for the battery and service. Very disappointed at the lack of communication and honesty from this company.”
