“The only positive thing i can say is that the correct battery was delivered. I would've been much, much better off installing the battery myself. I did end up helping and spending one an hour with installer.”

“Such an easy process of selecting what I needed online, making sure that same day service was available and then waiting for service. Antwan didn't mess around, he picked up the battery I ordered, drove to my house and expertly changed out my battery. Well worth the money!!!”

“When was placed and credit card info given, was approved. When went to website to check my order, I received a google message advising me your site had been hacked and hackers were trying to get my info(credit info) I called my bank(wells fargo) to cancel payment to your company and they immediately canceled my card. The reason:(possible fraud). All was done the date of online purchase( 1/8/25). Also, on your order confirmation, there was no phone number I could call, just email addresses.”

“It took about 2 hours from the call to 1-800-BATTERY until completion of the battery installation. The man who came to do the work was pleasant and competent. I now have peace of mind that I won't be stranded due to a dead battery in this cold weather.”
