“The battery died on my car. My other vehicle is in Florida so I couldn't pull the battery and go to the auto store to buy a replacement. My wife went online to search for a service to come over our house to change the battery. She called 1-800-Battery. She made an appointment for the afternoon. The tech replaced the battery. The whole process was flawless. I was very happy with 1-800-Battery and would definitely use them again.”

“I called this company for my car battery to be replaced. they told me the estimated time was 2hrs. I waited 5hr. I called them for them to tell me they can’t get hold of their technicians. They wasted my whole day. They told me someone would be available the next day. I called them to verify the next day for them to just tell me they can’t get hold of the technicians. They wasted my precious two days. Don’t even try them”

“1-800 Battery Too expensive! I waited the whole day on Saturday. I booked the 9am morning appointment, and ended up calling back 4-5 times during the day to obtain updated ETA. Once the installer arrived about 5:05pm, it took less than ten minutes. I think the scheduling aspect of the operation needs vast improvement. I requested but never received a copy of the 36-month warranty. Installer could not provide any warranty.”

No one charged your card. We authorize funds only. You were quite the impatient person on Xmas and canceled due to being rude. 100,000 installs later and we are a scam.... Christmas brings out the best in people.
