The desk I ordered was over $600 in total and upon receiving it I realized it’s made of incredibly cheap material. This desk should have been under $100 at best. It looks like worse quality than ikea. The price is not justified. I’m not thrilled with the purchase and had I saw the desk in person first I would never have paid this much for it. The shipping date was pushed back several times.

Do yourself a favor and just buy direct from manufacturer instead of through this company that drop-ships. So that, should an item arrive defective, you won't have to go through hell and high water to get a return label from Support (that treats the customer like a number, not a person) and then wait weeks to receive a refund, only for it to be the wrong amount.

I emailed customer service that the product I received did not match the description or picture on the website. However, I never heard back from them. This was frustrating especially since I spent $10 on shipping and when I returned an item previously I had to pay for shipping back as well which cost me almost $25. It is not worth it because you will be stuck with the item if you do not like it.

Very disappointing experience with delivery. We ordered the corridor 8173 home theater cabinet which came with white glove delivery ($290 charge). This was supposed to include delivery to room of choice (up to 2 floors), set up , and removal of packaging. When the person arrived he said he couldn’t take it up the steps and he doesn’t do set up. Customer service said they would get someone to come out to take care of it and that we were a priority. No body from the company or the delivery company called to follow up or schedule another person to come out for 4 days. In the meantime we had to get someone else to move it and put it together. Very disappointing and poor communication.

A complete failure from purchase to delivery, and now to pending repair!! Nothing but unnecessary stress and disappointment. I purchased three pieces from 2 Modern. The lamp, the Bernhardt Campania armoire, and the Bernhardt Campania King size bed. There was no trace of the bed purchase taking your team couple of weeks to finally find the purchase in your system causing delays in the delivery. The delivery company you work with is run by drugged out morons. They messed up the deliveries multiple times. I went through nightmares with the delivery of each item. First they send the heavy armoire with an old man who admitted the unit was way too heavy for him to carry, so we had to reschedule for the armoire to be finally delivered. Then despite my calls confirming the bed delivery details, they show up in the morning, instead of pm window, to only drop off the bed instead of the White Glove handling, so we had to reschedule again. We finally have the pieces delivered, but one of the armoire doors is not aligned properly and does not open and close smoothly. Now I’m struggling to have someone form Bernhardt to come and adjust the armoire door but no luck so far.

Made a purchase, only to be told it’s back ordered for 4-6 weeks… no way to cancel, no replies to emails. Thinking of contacting my cc company. This is ridiculous.

you find out that an item is out of stock AFTER you complete your purchase! and the wait time is close to 2 months. requested a cancelation of the order...... no response as of yet.

Very disappointed. It's very clearly said that the item I ordered would ship within one to two business days and 10 days later it hasn't even shipped. I will return this item as it will not arrive in time for the holidays and I feel the listing was outright fraudulent about the shipping time.

When I placed my order “Ships in 1-2 business days” is on receipt/confirmation. I sent and email requesting an update and called, I received an email with “estimated shipping date” then today received a new “estimated shipping date.” I placed the order 2 weeks ago, the item has still not shipped. 2Modern charged my Visa card when the order was placed. My expectation from 2Modern failed. Nice website - poor business transaction.

I’m very upset with your company!!!!!! We just ordered a 7k lamp which was stated in stock ready to ship…. I just received an email stating that it won’t arrive for another 6 months!!!!!! Totally unacceptable. I hope I will be refunded quickly unless you have another option

I have been trying to find out what happened to my order. Afer calling the company, I was told that a representative would look into it and get back to me, but I did not receive any further word. UPS can not track the package. What to do??

I put in an order, it was accepted & got an order number. Then I received a note that my order was canceled per my request. Not the case! i guess 2Modern does not want my business.

Items listed as in stock are not always in stock. Waited over a month for an item that “ships in 2 days” and after multiple new shipping dates, finally cancelled.
