You are charging for shipping even do you are displaying free shipping on all orders over $50. My order was over $800. And got charge for shipping, did call and why no right explanation That is very misleading ( free shipping on all orders $50.00 ) I will think twice before ordering anything again. Very misleading

The message “Free shipping on all orders over $50*” appears on the website and is linked to shipping details page that provides additional information indicated by the asterisk. Included in that information is “2Modern offers FREE SHIPPING on items $50 or more, unless otherwise specified on the item page. Items $50 or less have a $5 per item shipping charge. Some manufacturers require a mandatory shipping charge.”. In reviewing the order, we see shipping is applicable to the items. If you have any questions, we are happy to look into this further. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! Ordered an in stock Bernhardt piece through their trade rep. The order was delivered incomplete by CEVA logistics without the glass table top. They did leave a 72” Bernhardt credenza in a box in my clients living room clearly addressed to a customer in Chicago, Illinois. When my client brought the error to the drivers attention, they refused to load it back onto the truck. Fast forward over 3 weeks later and I am still getting the run around from their customer service. The trade rep is nowhere to be found. Mistake happen and how we handle them says a lot ola out a company’s integrity. Shop somewhere else.

Well.. your welcome internet page says “free shipping over 50$”. Honestly remove that statement!! I bought coffee mugs, well over 50$ amd there was a $20 shipping fee! Don’t advertise what you can’t offer!!
