Very bad customer service They promised to help, but they didn’t They don’t do their job, especially i got her name is Amanda and all her team. I will never and never recommend DHL Express to anyone.

My order from Mexico is bad dhl is not carful with the product they chargme alot of money and dont want to validate the warranty I paid for my product I have pictures and videos to prove the condition of my order is damage

This company is worse than Hermes. I had a product delivered that arrived completely destroyed at the receiver’s end, with the contents shattered into small pieces. It was as if DHL had driven over the parcel multiple times, and yet they still had the audacity to deliver it in such a state. What’s even more frustrating is that, despite constantly paying for "insurance," DHL refuses to take responsibility for rectifying the issue. It seems like this so-called insurance is nothing more than a money-making scheme, designed to fatten their profits and make their shareholders even wealthier—so they can buy their sixth home and tenth car, no doubt. Meanwhile, customers like me are left dealing with the aftermath of their negligence. To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely horrific. I’m not sure where they train their staff, but I’ve never encountered a ruder or more unhelpful bunch of people. The whole experience was beyond frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend DHL to anyone.

Sent 2 messages to drop the package at a neighbours because we are on vacation. No response. Package was left a a drop off point. It took me days to find out which one, because the website is not giving any information, and now I am on the 5th day of 5 natural days (of which 2 days the place was not even open) to pick up the package - while still on holidays. Thanks dhl, you outdo yourself every time.

I ordered a package weighing about 5 ounces last week and it was shipped out on the same day with DHL and don’t expect it til next week . How in the blue blazes on this day and age does it take a package 2 weeks to get delivered from California? Do they use pony express?

When ever a company uses dhl i know it will be a nightmare getting my package. To add to that you have to call a premium paid call line to speak with anyone to rectify it. The website is impossible to use. The app is terrible to use as well. Limited functionality. Will he deleting! I would recommend using companies that don't use dhl. Companies, please don't put your customers through the annoyance of using this company.

I had a package that required a signature. I canceled my appointment to be home. I waited outside from 3:30pm to 6:48pm only to get a text at 6:40pm stating ‘we are sorry we couldn’t deliver your package because nobody was home’ I got the message while I was still sitting outside the house waiting for my package. The driver never showed up but I got a text. This is so uncalled for. I didn’t know DHL sucks like this that I always use FedEx or USPS .

Rubbish company. - I wasn’t in when they wanted to deliver & they ignored my email that I promptly responded to, consequently my package got sent back & I had to swallow the courier cost as I was not refunded this. They lied to the company who used them, saying I didn’t contact them, omitting my first email of response giving them full details of my work address so someone will definitely be there to take it!

My shipment did not require signature just so it can be left by my door. DHL driver lied that they didn't meet anyone at home. Fine, I went online through the link texted to me to ask them again to leave by the door which was part of the options on their website. I received message today that it would be delivered before the end of the day. I called customer service at the end of the day. Tje agent cared less about my undelivered shipment and told me to go to the Smyrna office but not sure if I would be able to get my shipment basically telling me nonsense. Very unhelpful, I requested for manager, he said manager would call back and I received text message from someone saying they miss me by phone but no missed call.

By far the worst packaging delivery service I’ve EVER experienced. I ordered a product & scheduled my delivery date for Thursday, September 19, 2024. DHL repeatedly changed the delivery date without my permission & attempted to deliver my package 3 days in a row. On Monday, when the delivery guy called, I informed him that my package was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday 9/19/2024. He said “ok this is my route so I’ll be the one to drop it off again.”—— I received an email & text from DHL & had to reschedule the delivery. On Tuesday, I received ANOTHER notification via text & email that my “package would be delivered today” —— excuse me? What?! SMH I immediately called DHL to file a complaint & spoke with a representative who informed me she would fix the issue. The email I received from her/DHL stated “As requested, no signature is required for this shipment” and my pack would be delivered on 9/19/2024 on the ORIGINAL DATE without the need for a signature which I was ok with. On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 11:47am I received ANOTHER notification via email & text that my package would be delivered “TODAY from 1600-1800”.. At 12:08pm, I received a notification via email & text that my package was unable to be delivered. Honestly, I don’t think they tried. NO ONE CALLED ME. I immediately called DHL AGAIN for the second time to file another complaint & have the package delivered on the ORIGINAL DATE 9/19/2024. The guy was passive & pretended to care. At that point, I didn’t trust this company to deliver anything. 3 delivery attempts on 3 incorrect days!! So I scheduled to pick up my package from the V Street location in Washington DC. I’ve never dislike a delivery company so much in my life!! Incompetent is an understatement!! BEWARE!!

Package requiring signature stuffed half into my letterbox and signed for by the delivery person. I contacted customer care to make them aware of this, hoping for an explanation or an apology… I was simply passed from pilar to post and got neither on my first attempts. Eventually I was told that it was the mistake of the company that sent the package for doing it wrong, despite DHL express messaging me during the shipping process to make sure I was home to sign for the package. There was no accountability or apology

My shipment status says delivered yet I have not received the package. DHL does not even provide proof of delivery I have no idea where my package was delivered. Customer service is not helpful they've been ignoring my enquiries.

I have had another shipment that was shipped through your company and was messed up by shipping from a city just a few miles away from me to another city that was 407 miles away from me before it was transferred to the USPS. This has happened multiple times and is really unexceptionable and extremely frustrating. This happened multiple times so I take it that DHL is just that unorganized and dis functional. I am extremely disappointed.

Please keep in mind when using DHL, they use USPS to deliver their packages so maybe you should use USPS to begin with...

What an absolte joke!!! My name is Christopher cordner i reside at 193 main street west listowel ontario canada. N4W1A2. I ordered from a customer over two months ago which js fine it was custom work. So its friday had been waiting for delivery or out for delivery all week already to find out i owe another 21 dollars for duty after already paying 40 bucks for delivery???? I then was at work and i received a notice my package was out for delivery i usually never use dhl mainly due to that reason no other company double charges for delivery other then dhl! I then get home from work at 1238pm qnd truthfully from then on i waited over 5 hours and 45 minutes for an apparent delivery wothout proper tracking all the tracking states is out for delivery service ontario no estimated times of delivery or anything other then it will be at my destination by September 16th??? I then got tired of waiting i then run upstairs contact customer service live chat i got message from rebecca we discussed everything and i also gave her my phone number which i already have an account and its already on file ,then i also gave her my buzzer number and everything. I then go to washroom quickly and with mo longer then 10 seconds i recieve a message stating they attempted a delivery that quick? Thankgod i live in a rural community and my neighbors watch out for eachother. I then contact customer service immediately to ask what the heck happened we discussed all information that was needed was supplied by myself and my acclunt information so why did the driver not call me ? Leave me a slip? Plus i also found out from businesss across from me told me they saw the truck during first apparent delivery attempt they slowed down to a crawl didnt leave truck and drive off and just pretended they did theyre job? Like i stated i went immediately to customer service agent live again and i couldn't believe i got the same agent named rebecca. She really truly tried to help she said that should not have happened she tjen contacted dhl driver and such and put an exception and within an hour and a half i was then supposed to receive a call and the druver bot only ignored a confirmation that he had been confirmed to come back didnt even bother attempting to didnt call or text or nothing and agajn my weekend and package i was double charged for is still not in my hands? So another question if we happen all customers who live in buildings what are we supposed to do if your druver is lazy wont even get out of truck for a proper delivery,wont call? Wont leave truck even with all information needed to make my delivery and now im out of luck until monday tuesday maybe so how am i supposed to be ready for a package when i have no idea when and how your delivery driver is supposed to show up? Your tracking jsnt tracking all your reviews say the same thing and your company does nothing to change anythjng! Too bad your company was great years ago now its just a joke sorry but come on what if it was you waiting and you oaid twice and the driver didn't even bother gwttjng his fat ass out of his truck to do his job he is paid to do? Im sorry for my frustration and anger but what if it was your father ,sister brother mother father? With sincerity and respect Christopher Cordner.

No updates, package was supposed to be delivered 9/12. It's 9/13 now & no updates what so ever It has taken 14 days for a package to get from Illinois to Indiana. Pathetic company.

Going forward, I will ask upfront before I order anything online - if they use DHL as their delivery partner, then I won’t bother ordering. I get really annoyed/upset when I see this awful company is delivering. Was sent an alert this morning, telling me that my parcel would be delivered between 12:36 hours and 13:26 hours. I waited in all day and just now decided to check my emails. The parcel was left on my doorstep at 22:11 hours - didn’t bother ringing my very loud doorbell. The parcel would have been left out all night - and probably stolen, had I not checked.
