“They repeatedly tried to deliver after business working hours to a business. Trying to contact them is almost impossible. I ended up having to change the delivery address to my person residence just to get the package.”
“Dear DHL, if you don't want to lose more customers please make sure you prepare them ahead of time for a bad experience. Tell them in advance that their packaged will take longer to be delivered even when they paid extra to make it faster. Also, that at any point the company will not know where you package is because it was given to a third-party delivery company due to their city being out of the are of service. And that the follow up might never come or will come days after their stuff was delivered. You guys really dropped the ball on this one.”

“I sent box with my clothes and bags through DHL because I was sure this company is safe . So in one of my bag I forgot my diamond earrings, it was in one little bag’s pocket . I forgot to take it out because I was really on rush on this moment. And people from DHL just stole it . Because the box was taped with different tape on top when my mom received the box, so we can understand that box was opened. Now they are telling that I never declared this earrings so they can refund me only 2,66€ 😆! For what I’m paying 5 times more than I can pay to simple post??!! For safety which DHL CAN’T offer!!! “I ordered an item from Amazon, after checking status, Amazon showed DHL tried to deliver my package 10-11-2023 at 6:30 PM EST said no one home.
This is a lie we were home all day and at that time we were out front on our porch with our neighbors - Waiting to watch the GEO lights in sky. No one ever came from DHL.
So, I went to their web site using tracking number - very little information other than tried to deliver “Again a lie”. There was no tentative reship date, tried calling no answer.”

The idiotic driver continue to park across driveways on pavements preventing wheelchair users and mothers with prams from passing safely. From now on i will photograph every DHL van illegally parked and email it in to the police and local council parking enforcement department and they will issue fines to DHL Ltd, and i strongly urge everyone to do the same until, if ever, they get the message. There is only one language companies like DHL and others understand, profit and any cost, so hit them where it hurts!!

“Absolute hopelessness, Never again and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. The parcel was late. No contact with a person who can help you. On all telephone lines only an automated system that doesn't give a damn about you. The parcel was late, no contact from the courier, no information about the time frame in which the parcel can be delivered. No contact with the courier. No possibility of obtaining the courier's telephone number. A letter with the wrong date in the email, thanks to which nothing can be changed despite the fact that the parcel is already a day late. Despite choosing to pick up at the Service Point, the courier has already come to my home twice where he found no one and despite the fact that I have already indicated in the form twice that I want to pick up the parcel from the Service Point... today is Friday. I have been waiting for the parcel since Tuesday and in the next letter I received a message that I will receive the parcel on Monday, but again I cannot indicate where I want to pick it up Because I am not able to confirm my data to which the code for collection could be sent to me”
“I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with DHL. They consistently fail to deliver on time, which is incredibly inconvenient. Despite providing clear instructions, they seem unable to understand that “Flat 1” and “Flat A” are the same address. This lack of common sense and attention to detail is unacceptable for a delivery company. I would not recommend DHL if you need reliable and timely service.”
“I use to work for them and I would go to ups,FedEx, Amazon, or the postal service before I work for them again,! They don't know what there doing and I use too work for the Garland, tx location. They don't know how to treat people at all The supervisor Anthony and the manager Josh ,especially don't know what there doing because they are to young to run a company, they have an turn over rate that's to high and people don't want to work for these clowns”
