DHL tried to deliver parcel from Poland to Spain and failed to do it in time! Parcel finally arrived to Spain after 12 (!!!!) days , and courier just came when we were not at home. so he took parcel back without even a CALL!!!!!!!! Support have no option to offer - parcel return back , and then will be thrown! they do not care about your parcels, they just care before the moment you pay - after that the will give you a list of support numbers, which never works !!!! stay away from this fishing company!

If I could leave a 0 for this company I would!!!! Set up a pick up and delivery on line on Wednesday for the following Monday. Monday comes and no confirmation or contact. Called at midday to get an update and was told that they could not get hold of the depot but would call them and get me an update. 2 hrs later and nothing so second phone call made. Told that there was no update however a vehicle had broken down in the morning and mine was therefore re-scheduled for the afternoon and they would chase Another 2 hours later and another call to them. At this point the same story was told to me so escalated to customer service manager. At this point told that due to 2 vehicles having broken down, my collection was not gong to be done until the next day!!!!!! Apologies for the inconvenience!! Absolutely diabolical service for a company who claims to be stress free. Wasted a working day dealing with this ridiculous company for 4hrs! Here's hoping I get my refund quickly!

Rated 1 out of 5 stars DHL is a Disgusting company. Disgusting company. I sent a private letter/documents containing 2 sheets of paper sealed in an envelope. DHL deemed it necessary to cut open the envelope to read my private letter. The envelope was also left irreparably damaged after their assault on my privacy. No one at their front line selling me the product ( not cheap. cost me 40 pounds) warned me that DHL are like the KGB ( in my opinion) and probably read your private documents and slice and dice up your envelope in the process. It`s disgraceful. In my opinion DHL is like the KGB. I also spoke to one of the DHL staff today ( a courier who was coincidentally collecting from the high street stationery outlet Rymans, I used ). I felt I was treated like dirt in the process by the DHL courier. The customer care and manner of DHL is disgraceful. He said if you are an unknown customer then they will do this including opening `flat` envelopes and DHL will also cut open Xmas cards. He also said anyone including the Royal Mail staff who do cut open every letter every document that is posted are not doing their job. Anything travelling by air must be cut open. Indeed anything / everything must be cut open. My serious recommendation is DO NOT USE DHL. Find another courier if you don't want DHL cutting up your packaging and reading your private documents. Goodness knows, in my opinion, if they've copied my private letters and using the illegally gathered information for some illegal purpose. I cannot trust DHL. I WILL NOT USE DHL AGAIN. NEVER. Completely incompetent company! Not possible to speak to a person! Tried calling, Emailing even Facebook & nothing! Now I’m £1000 out of pocket because the parts for my job tomorrow didn’t arrive

Awful delivery experience! I was at home while they "tried" to deliver my package. All I got is the notification that I need to wait 4 days (!) and went to package station and get it myself. Worst user experience ever!

0/100 The worst company ever. There are no words left to say.I just tired to contact them every day , to speak with a different person without actual result or information.Have passed more than 15 days for my order and more than 5 days from their last official message that said that I have to go to pick up the parcel by myself to the post office. I don't know what happened with them ,have they lost the packet ? I am so frustrated because i have spent so much time in a circle of lies of a company that need to be closed for our own good.There are only bad reviews, people get angry and nobody cares.Please don't sent me another message you are unacceptable.

I totally understand why they need 5 days to transport a product inside Germany, from one city 300 klm distance, to another.When they achieve to reach the final destination, then it becomes so difficult : You have to leave your full time job , take a few days off, for holidays or something because dhl is coming to your house. Or maybe not: After few more days passed ,you will realise that they are not capable to achieve such an extremely difficult job.Maybe it is your turn to do something. Although you have to wait a few days more, because they will sent you , an email to inform you, that you have to go to the shop nearby to pick up your parcel.ok totally understand, but at what day , hour , minute you are going to sent me that email ?

Terrible service from DHL. No delivery timeslot other than "Before the end of the day" Parcel never turned up after waiting all day. Was left on doorstep 2 days later where anybody could have lifted it. Contained alcohol so that anybody could have been kids. AVOID

Avoid like the plague. DHL claimed to have tried to deliver to my office premises during the week at 2pm, but nobody was in?????? its staffed with over 37 people during the day, and it has a night porter. It was an urgent delivery. There is nobody you can speak to on the phone, you have to send an e-mail.

Worst ever. Driver never turned up for collection and said there was nobody at home. We have cameras to prove nobody ever arrived! Thursday delivery to happen on Monday now if they turn up to collect tomorrow

I have made the unfortunate mistake of using them 3 times. The last one, through no fault of my own. All 3 times I've had issues, and they are the least helpful bunch ever. Delays, packages lost or sent the wrong way, and this last one, documents stuck in Cincinnati, because of customs clearance according to them, except I actually spoke to a customs agent, and he cleared my package a week ago. No on can or is willing to help.

I am so angry because DHL never delivered and lied to me. I requested to deliver the items for yesterday 29th Nov 9 am-1 pm through the website, but they never show up, then on the day, the system sent me a message at 16:08 on the 29th that said "they tried to deliver but no one was home" while I was home all day and night! Then I rescheduled another delivery for 9 am-1 pm on 30th Nov (today), and they again never show up while I am home all day and night today, but their system sent me a message at 20:03 saying the same fake message "they tried to deliver but no one was home"! They are liars! Don't use them!!! Following up: I have rebooked a delivery for today 1st December. But, again, another no-show-up day on 1st December even after I contacted customer service, and a representative replied to me and asked me for the tracking number which I emailed them. Scammer!!!

The DHL service is absolutely ridicolous, have been trying to arrange the pickup of a package for more then 2 weeks now. They serisouly have issues as I recieved confirmation of the pickup many times, but the driver never turns up. I am also told many times that they will re-arrange the pickup but never do and still waiting for response! Do yourself a favour and choose an alternative. Shipment No. 51087012461107

I paid for 24hour delivery on 24th November. On the 25th the driver apparently noted that he had attempted delivery and couldn't gain access. Complete fallacy. I work from home and was actively looking out for the Van (I can see it approach my block of flats). Nothing. Anyway, it was the day England played their first game. Maybe that had something to do with. Im quite understanding and thought, ah well, ill just get it Monday. To save hassle and the drivers inaccurate status updates, I rearranged for delivery to a collection point. Monday comes. Gets to 8pm. I check. They say they have attempted delivery again. Couldnt gain access. What????? To a collection point? I wait till the morning and call through. Advisor says to me that it will be delivered today. I ask that the advisor messages the driver and requests they make sure the delivery is made today. I call several times over the day to make sure nothing is wrong and that delivery is still on. Gets to 8pm. Guess what? Driver claims couldnt gain access. Wednesday 30th November. Today. I call at 8am. I ask the advisor to call the depot and make sure my delivery is out today. They put me on hold for 40min. They come back and confirm its definitely out for delivery today. 40min later I check the tracker. It says delivery for tomorrow 1st December. I call again. Advisor puts me on hold for 15min this time. Comes back and says, no its definitely out for delivery today. Shortly after this, I get an email from DHL telling me the collection point doesn't have the correct machinery to accept my delivery. so I call again. This time the advisor lets slip that my parcel wasnt out for delivery. How??? Its saying its out for delivery on the tracking page? I've been promised several times already this morning. After putting me on hold they come back and say.... they can get it delivered today. Complete lies. I am now having to drive to their depot in Basildon to pick up my parcel. Literally doing their job for them. Absolute joke. I have now sent an email requesting compensation. Lets see how that goes. I'm not going away until I am reasonably compensated.

I arranged and paid for a pickup the other day which unfortunately I had to cancel. I did so through the helpline an hour after the booking and was assured that the cancellation had been actioned. However on checking my bank statement this morning I found that the payment had been deducted. No contact as yet from DHL to say that a refund is due.

After paying for next day delivery- doorstep to doorstep delivery… Recently, DHL won’t come on the expected date and they will deliver in nothing less than 2days after, of which next day delivery was paid for.. DHL is a total RIP OFF

First of all, they will hold your package with BS excuses because they don't have the man power to run the business, they get bottlenecked and put your package on hold with a dirty excuse. WORST OF ALL, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person on the phone or chat, simply because they don't have anyone to talk with customers, you get in a maze of bots and go no where. AVOID DHL BY ALL MEANS!

One star grossly over rates this extremely poor company. They are certainly based in china. They have a LOT of poor delivery ratings. Of course you are VERY lucky if they deliver at all. Mt rating is really “minus infinity” but I could’ve find a check mark for this high a rating for this rat trap company.

Dhl stealing valuable parcels!!! DHL falsely claims to have delivered two parcels to me at a time when I was at home nobody rang the doorbell and checking the security camera from our building nobody came at the alleged time and date of delivery. The parcels contained a new pushchair worth 1000€! The driver probably stole it!

DHL gave me more nerves than any other service currently! I am disappointed at a "well established" German quality! I will never ever trust DHL anything anymore! Thanks for your service! Also do not write that I should contact the customer service! I am not a tool, I already did 10 times!
