Stole my package wasted 3 days of my time. Which I could of been payed £660 for refused to do anything about it useless company. Used to be good now just a mess

DHL lied, denied, swept me aside. I was overseas and sent a package homeward with DHL to arrive when I returned- it was small enough not to need to pay customs. DHL sent it back without informing me, lied about calling me 3 times, denied any wrongdoing, and refused to refund. I'm a poor student and had to pay over 100$ again. I went with FedEx next, which is far more reliable.

Never using this garbage service again. An "express" item was held between Poland and Dubai with ZERO communication that it was due to my MISSING SURNAME. I had to jump through hoops just to contact the correct customer service representative for them to add my surname to the order. ONLY THEN WILL IT TAKE ANOTHER 48 HOURS TO RELEASE IT, AND BECAUSE IT'S WEEKEND, THE HOURS ONLY START COUNTING FROM MONDAY. 0 out of 10.

It is a corrupt company, I got a sending from the UK with €55.55 douane cost, and DHL asked €44.50 for the invoice to make, and it is not the first time that DHL has asked a lot of money for an invoice and when you phone them they say " this is the way we work it normal that we ask money for the invoice"

Avoid like a plague. I requested a collection & delivery service to move out from my current apartment. They gave me a notice in the morning that they'll come between 11 to 12. Nobody arrived even after 14pm. I checked the situation online which said delayed. But when I called, the lady said the driver arrived at 14pm. And probably he won't be able to come and collect the parcels the same day. I decided to cancel the service and called them again. The different lady answered the phone sayiing the driver came at 11am. liers. I am living in a room facing the street so I can see if someone ever comes. What I can say is, they hire unreliable drivers, got broken systems, and dreadful management service. i hope nothing goes wrong at least with the refund process.

Parcel was supposed too be delivered today and waited in to sign for delivery. The driver literally just posted a card through the letterbox saying they couldn't deliver as no one home!! I got to the door and called out to the driver, who just got into his vehicle and drove off. I then received an email stating the driver couldn't deliver to my house. This was at just after 10 am. Spent all day trying to contact DHL but they never answer emails or messages on Facebook etc. The customer service number is just an automated premium number that offers no help whatsoever. All I got was the message saying they could not deliver, so contact the seller for information!!! Now in limbo as no idea what is going on. The worst company to deal with. No wonder they have such awful reviews on trust pilot. I will never buy from anyone that uses DHL again. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs!

Worse company for delivery your mail. If you want to lose your money and nervous use them. 2 boxes were stolen in different time.

Submitted courier charge but again they take extra charge in the name of customs. My items was around 80 euros and they took 160euros while sending and again took 98 euros while receiving. Totally scam.

Scheduled a delivery as I was not going to be home on the date listed for the estimated delivery. No sign of the delivery, despite it being scheduled days in advance. Called their CS line. Got told it had been rescheduled without any notification being sent to me.

I was waiting in for my delivery which I was given a hour time slot delivery and I was home all day so I was totally fuming when I received an email saying “sorry we missed you “ . According to then email the delivery driver said I was not in!!!! I then tried to contact DHL but could not speak to a human so hence could not complain about the poor work attitude of the driver who obviously didn’t want to be bothered delivering my package. Would not even give DHL one star more like -1 😡

If I could give a lower star rating I probably would. I waited in all day since I got a text in the morning saying my parcel was going to be delivered on 12/1/24 and they gave me an hour time slot for the delivery, good. The delivery van arrived approximately an hour and 40 mins late. I had been watching the tracking so went to the door as soon as the van arrived and said hello to the driver. He then routed around in the back of his van for at least 20 mins, spoke to someone on his phone, routed around some more, spoke to someone on his phone again and then got back into his van and drove away without telling me why my parcel was not being delivered or where it might be. Then my tracking updated saying there was no one home to sign for the delivery. That is a downright lie ! I was standing on my doorstep watching the driver all the way through this. It would have been nice if the driver had had the decency to come and tell me face to face what was going on rather than slinking off without saying a word. This is unbelievably poor service. Later that evening the tracking information changes to say the item has been delivered and I get an email telling me the same. Again this is a lie, it has not been delivered as later still the tracking says the item is at the delivery office and delivery was attempted but the delivery driver was unable to access the property. More lies, as mentioned above I watched the driver rummage in his van directly outside my house for 20 minutes before driving off without speaking to me. As the item was at the delivery office again I attempted to book a redelivery via the phone but the automated service said the item could not be booked for redelivery and I needed to contact the vendor. To make matters worse they say they can be contacted by phone but the service is automated and you never get put through to speak to someone. They say they can be contacted via Facebook but they don't respond to messages. I guess they just don't care. The item did get delivered safely several days later but what I object to strongly and what has prompted this review is the lack of communication from DHL and the downright lies DHL and their employees seem more than happy to tell about the delivery. I have to say that the vendor Thomann was great and very helpful throughout this whole thing. DHL did not respond in a satisfactory manner to my customer service enquiries. After this experience I would never use DHL to send a parcel and I hope that they are never the chosen courier for anything I buy in the future.

I'm gonna have to say, while I’ve had pleasant experiences using DHL whilst living elsewhere, DHL MALAYSIA is TERRIBLE. This is probably the second time my parcel had been confiscated by customs (both times through DHL!). I have purchased regularly from abroad (makeup, skincare, clothes etc), always using other couriers like FedEX, LWE, Royal Mail, etc and NOT ONE has had this issue like with DHL. DHL seems to have a tendency to say the pharmacy department has confiscated my order and then does nothing about it. If you’re in Malaysia and you want to buy things from international sites, DO NOT USE DHL. Even when they release your parcels, the tax bill is always a lot higher than other couriers.

Please don't use this company. They do not respect pick up times and then when you call CS, they casually give you a new pick up time for 2 hours later. Quite apart from no apology, the reason given was "weather". The rain today hardly constitued "weather" and now the sun is shining. Extraordinary. May I also add that, a text message to say there was a problem with the pick up is the bare minimum one would expect if they indeed had any intention of picking up my parcel.

DHL Poland is a company which charged my money and provided no service. Courier simply does not come. Nobody cares in support. They simply stole my money. Never never use dhl.

If there’s a will power that can just shut down this fraud of a company, it will be the greatest. This by far is the worst shipping company ever! Zero customer service. The way they do business - read informing customers of potential customs payments - is through a msg that contains a link that expires within 48 hours. If you don’t open the link “on time” you will pay fine for them sending you the invoice via post. Their employee who handed me the package couldn’t say a word?! How do such companies even exist?! Just awful.

Good price for express delivery. I had great customer service after discovering I'd put the wrong delivery address on the package. After a phone call they changed the address for me only 20 minutes before delivery and it arrived at the correct address. Brilliant. I was so pleased. Thank you DHL

The worst shipping company in the world, first they can't deliver and locate the parcel from abroad that they have in stock, they ruined my medicines worth 350 euros. And now they can't deliver the parcel in the same country on time, your courier marked on the Internet that I was away even though I'm still at home here! Telephone service works in limited time and cannot communicate in English and Dutch, what's more, he doesn't know anything, so why do they work there? And the worst is the Internet Bot because it's the only one left after their ridiculous working hours and it won't help you with anything because it doesn't understand your questions just like the employees working there on the phone. What's more, I paid extra for the shipment to be delivered on time, you ignored me when you lost my medicines and again you are not fulfilling the contract and the opinions on the Internet do not impress you, so on Monday you will be in the Dutch newspapers.

DHL ecommerce is terrible!! I ordered an item from a merchant and was provided a tracking number. I tracked it and there were no updates for 4 days. I contacted DHL ecommerce and was told I'd have to contact the merchant!! Unbelievable!! They have the package but you need to call the merchant to to get an update if any! Imagine UPS, USPS or FedEx telling you to contact the supplier to track a package that they have!! This company is incompetent and refuses to take ownership for items in their position. Stay away from DHL ecommerce as much as possible! BUYER BEWARE!!

Nobody came … and they say I was not home 😡 Package was supposed to be delivered on the 5th January, very late in the day, after 17:00, I received an email informing me that they will deliver on the 8th January. On January 8th I STAYED HOME ALL DAY … no tracking info … and finally at 17:30, an email telling that they tried to deliver, but I was not Home 😡😡😡😡 VERY POOR SERVICE !!!! NOBODY CAME TO DELIVER Tracking number JJD014600011389590184 NOW I need to pick it up … I am not staying home an other full day !
