“I got an email saying they tried to deliver my package but no one was home even though I have been sitting here, in my house, for the last 2 hours. I called customer service to try to get the driver to come back or to see if I could even find him to get my own package as I am leaving the country in an hour and need this package before I leave. They were either unable or unwilling to help and said they will deliver the package without a signature tomorrow. Why did they require a signature today then?!? I am so upset as I really need this package. I will never use DHL again if i don't have to. Unbelievable.”

“I arrived at Seeb branch nearly 10 minutes before their official closing hours, and the lady there have decided to close and start her billing, so she refused me service. She asked me to drive to another location. That’s about 5 km away so that I can send my letter from there. So disappointing. This is on top of the $50 charge to send ONE A4 paper.”
“On Monday at 2.48pm your driver walked in behind a resident, right past our concierge without a package and put a "Sorry we missed you " note on my mailbox. I spoke to customer service who assured me note had been put on my file that the parcel would be handed to the concierge to day (22 August). On Tuesday 22 August your driver came into the building and handed a package ( not mine ) to the concierge and left. At exactly that time I received an email, stating " sorry we missed you " There was No sticker on my mailbox. WE have this on camera and it's disgusting service from DHL. The parcel is now 2 days late due to no fault of mine . My own number and buzzer number are supplied.”

I love that I have creative, flavoursome meals, with not much thought my end. It’s all there with simple instructions. I love Gusto it’s convenient, their variety and it’s good value for money as well as the food being good quality. It makes mealtime more of an experience and you learn a lot about flavour combinations. We get excellent meals each week. We are now eating a great variety of tasty meals each night. The price is good, certainly when you consider the wastage if you buy yourself. the portions are good, plenty of food, but not excessive. It is great that we don't have to decide on meals each day.”
“I have had a roller coaster ride. the 5 stars is not enough for the London branch. I had a very important document that was being delivered from Pakistan.. something I needed to travel with. I was following my package from the first day. On Friday it stated it was in Hamilton, so I called and was told I could pick it up to in Hamilton make things faster. I was told I would have it 100 percent so I booked my flight.. to see my Mother in law who is palliative. The customer service rep said 100 percent it’s here, come get it. I drove to Hamilton… they couldn’t find it. Ok not in a panic, I fly out Wednesday at 8 am.. I was told they would hold it at the staples store in London… would be there Monday morning. Friday night I get a notification stating my package was in the Middle East… what??? I go online to chat with someone.. thinking it was a mistake. Oops they are closed until Monday morning. All weekend I fretted and lost sleep.. but thinking it’s ok it’s a mistake. Called first thing Monday morning and was told “ we are sorry there was a scanning error” it is in fact in the middle East… Panic set in. I took the day off work and spent countless hours on the phone.. this time being told they are not sure where the package is but not to worry I will have it before my travel. I was told it would be at Staples in London on Tuesday. Another sleepless night.. woke up early.. states it’s in Ohio USA, but will be in London today… and held at Staples. I got yet another notification stating it was delivered to Toronto… call and was told yup it will be there in a few hours. some one will call you soon. 4:30 comes.. get a call saying my package was delivered in London.. go to the depo in London by 6 pm and pick it up. Perfect. I get there at 5:04… it’s closed…,what??? no problem a lot of workers. A very nice gentleman asks if he can help… explain the story.. he says “ no problem” goes to look for it… no where. The same man then went and spoke with the lead person name Chris… who had already left for the day. Chris was there in 10 minutes ( came from home) to assist me. Chris then got Val and Roy involved in searching for my package. Chris made several phone calls and stated he would drive to Hamilton himself to get it. after several hours of getting a run around ( chris not me) Chris called and stated I found it!!! Chris informed me that he was going to meet the truck at 2am to make sure i received it. I had to change my flight to a later flight( which cost me an arm and leg) but Chris said if he had to meet me at the airport he would. bottom line DHL London is so lucky to have such amazing dedicated employees like Chris, Val, and Roy who went way above and beyond to make sure I make it to say goodbye to my Mother-in law. i must mention none of this was the Londons fault Hamilton dropped the ball several times but Chris and his team went above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. DHL is lucky to have such amazing dedication from it employees.”
“Parcel due 27/7/2023. Didn't arrive. Driver said he left card. Unfortunately he was NOT seen posting it on cctv. And the card never arrived. Parcel now due 31/72023 sent from USA costing a ridiculous amount. No real people to talk to, only A.I .Finally got someone on twitter who was told where the parcel was in the UK. Maidstone to be exact. After being told next working day today 28/7/2023 now waiting until 31/72023

“WORST SERVICE,MISSING ITEMS, UNREASONABLE EXTRA CUSTOMS,STORAGE CHARGES_____We had to send a parcel to India from the UK as we were moving back. It had all our 4-year used DIY furniture and boxes, clothes, books, and some kitchen appliances. We had five 60x60 cardboard boxes. We spend a fair amount on courier service fees and insurance. Parcel reached India after a week after our arrival. But instead of sending it directly to our address in Kerala, it sends it to another hub in Bangalore. Then they kept the parcel there and contacted us saying they need to open it and we need to send some affidavits to Banglore address. We were on the last days of covid treatments and it was holidays here in Kerala. So the process is delayed for 4-5 days and as soon as all cleared and holidays are over, we send the affidavit to the email and the address. After we couriered the documents, they asked to remodify the documents with some extra copies and signs and because of that, we had to do the whole process again, which took around 5 more days to send it again. After that, they probably opened the parcel and asked to pay customs duty for the furniture, toys, and some kitchen appliances which are already 4 years old claiming that they are new. After some arguments, we came to an agreement with an amount and at that time they asked to send the 2 weeks storage fee as well, when the delay in the process is not completely our fault. They could have understood the holiday situation here or could have informed the required documents even when we couriered them first. They couldn't do it even after receiving the huge payment from us. Moreover, the agent was very rude to us and he was like he have no time for this. Finally, it sends from Banglore to Kerala and we got the courier at our address after 20 days. We noticed that 2 packet's sides were drenched in rain (As the delivery person claimed, it happened while he was moving the parcel boxes to the vehicle, we didn't make it an issue for his sake of him). And surprisingly, one packet size was reduced to 3/4th, and at first, we couldn't accept that it was our parcel. But the address was ours and the items were ours - so, it was ours, but the parcel size was reduced. We wondered what happened and concluded that maybe we had left too much space while packing and the size changed when they organized after repacking. Obviously, after travel and covid issues, it took another one week to open the parcel. We felt something is off, but couldn't figure out what it is. As we stuffed all the used items from there, we couldn't even figure out whether some items are missing out or not. Later we noticed one of my handwritten personal books was missing. Then eventually we figured out some of the kitchen items, toy sets, and some personal items such as the face tweezer set, etc are missing and still figuring out new items. Obviously, those items were used and nobody gonna get benefitted from it, and still, items were missing. They missed packing some pieces of stuff while repacking after opening it. These all happened when we paid around 1500 pounds[200x5 pounds for parcel service+insurance+customs duty+extra storage fee]!!!! Such a worst experience after spending a lot of money. Work customer service, worst issue handling, and super delayed and unreasonable pay for various reasons including the customs duty for used stuff.”
