DHL was suppose to collect my passport last Wednesday, it’s now Monday & I still haven’t received my passport, I was due to travel yesterday, but couldn’t without my passport !! DHL is one of the most unreliable, incompetent companies I’ve ever dealt with.

My parcels weren't delievered. I sent parcels from Groningen to Bratislava where I was moving so I sent them to my brother and was waiting at home but they were not deliered because delivery guy couldn't find my adress(idk how because it is in google maps). The delievery guy din't contact me that he can't find my adress. Parcels were sent back to Groningen and I've contacted consultant with live chat that advised me to wait some time until my parcels will be sent to service center from service point. They had to be in a service center already but I contacted consultant again and she told me that she doesn't see my parcels. I want to receive my parcels back because I'm waiting already more then 3 months. It was not my fault that delievery guy couldn't deliever because the adress that I indicated is correct and I was waiting at home. Now, my parcels are somewhere in sorting center and as consultant told me I have to wait again almsot 1.5 month to be them returne back. But the problem is that I don't even know who are living at my previous adress right now. So they will just be delievered to random people.I have medicines there that I need for my health but DHL doesn't care and they on't even know where parcels are because last time when the uptade on my account on parcels was last month and consultant from live chat doesn't even know where they are right now. They don't want parcels to be delievered to me. They just told me to wait 1.5 month more and hope for something. I don't even know for what to hope. The bigges problem is that noone wants to solve my issue and I can't even reach people who can solve this issue. They told me that IF people who receive my parcels will refuse them than I can ask my friend to come to servise point to collect them but what if they except parcels? Random people will just collect my personal staff? I don't even know what to say. They WORST delievery servise that I've ever used, if the problem won't be solved soon, I'll never use their sevices and will do everything to not DHL be used by my friends. It seems so stupi that parcels are lost, can't be delievered where I want(even with proofs that me is me), have to wait months to receive them and I even can't change my delievery adress with proofs that me is me or any other informaton. And the biggest shock is that noone can take care of such issues, I just have to wait. I hope that their customer support will see my review and make any actions to solve probem. It'll change my mind maybe but for now I do NOT recommend to use DHL. The worst servise ever

I arranged with the seller from Amazon for a return via DHL. I waited all day and no one attended. When I chased this up I was told the driver did attend but this was a complete lie as I had been at home all day. They then wanted me to drop the parcel off. I mentioned no one had attended as I have a Eufy smart door bell and this also showed this. For the poo customer service and lie about attempting I have provided negative feedback.

Soory to say but there is utter lack of co-ordination between customer care and pick up team. Customer care says pick up will be done between 1 pm to 8 pm anytime whereas pick up guy says the time has been chosen as per the customer's instructions. It has happened with me not one, not twice but last 3-4 times. Customer is like a pendulum for them I guess. Only the brand is impressive now, not the service.

They have lost my package and didn't take any responsibility for it, nor did they care. If you can't assure to transport a package from point A to point B then don't sell it. Poor product, poor customer service and largely overpriced. Since this incident I only use postal services which are much cheaper and better in every regard. I only give 1 star as there is no option for 0. DHL - your incompetence has cost me a lot of time and money to replace what you have taken from me. Never again will I use your services.

Parcel arrived earlier than email stated. I was in but driver threw it over my lane gate. No card left and delivery email said delivery had been accepted at no 2. I'm no 11. Not the first time this has happened. Driver threw a fragile parcel over my lane gate. No card or explanation. I wont be ordering in future from any company who use DHL.

ZERO STARS. The drivers are lazy, they don't do their jobs properly. Which causes unnecessary delays. 👎☹️👎

I wish I could give negative stars. DHL really screwed up on this one. I shipped a package to Canada. DHL contacted me a couple of weeks later and said customer refused to pay additional fees. Ok, I went ahead and paid the additional customs fees on behalf of my customer. Almost a month later I find out DHL discarded the package. What? Why? I called DHL and they said I had authorized it. What? Why would I do a stupid thing like that? Now they also say they do not deliver to PO Boxes. Well, then why was I able to buy a label? They should not have sold me that label. And,why did the DHL driver pick up, and scan in front of me, not say anything? Why was the label not rejected by their system? Why did they ask me to pay additional fees if the label was against their policy? Worst company ever.

Been waiting all day for delivery that needed to be signed for. ‘Attempted delivery’ at 11:39. Was home! 12:58 parcel will be with you soon. No delivery. Customer services now says Tuesday delivery. And delivery times are ‘estimates’ so basically hang around all day again 😡😡😡😡😡 Useless service. Documents needed for travel 😡😡😡😡😡 Date of experience: 06 April 2023

I was messaged by DHL that the parcel would be delivered between 0943 and 1043. Due to my mobility and effects of the medication I am on I thought I would go upstairs to get ready and be downstairs ready for the delivery and not delay the delivery man. At 0925 I was in the toilet with the side effects working when the doorbell rang. I managed to clean myself up and before I got to my stairlift the doorbell rang again. The stairlift is slow and by the time I got to the front door my parcel was being delivered to my neighbours. As my mobility is reduced I shouted to the delivery man who collected and brought the parcel to me. He rudely said I was wasting his time. I pointed to my stairlift and said they're slow and I couldn't get to the door any quicker. Once again he said I was wasting his time which made me feel bad. What does he expect me to do? Put a sign on the front door saying that I'm slow and have reduced mobility? So much for customer care and consideration be given that the recipient may be disabled or reduced mobility and a little bit more time to answer the door. Or is it that DHL thinks more of parcels/money than people both delivery staff and disabled recipients. Not impressed overall.

They originally had the wrong address so I changed it on their website, but I forgot I wanted to change the delivery instructions so I did that but for some reason when I did do that it reverted my address back to my old one. Then when I went to go change it back it wouldn’t let me change the address as it said I reached the limit of delivery requests. While I tried sorting this out they already tried to deliver it to my old address once and my new address once (the one without delivery instructions). I contacted customer service and they changed the address and kept my delivery instructions. i got a notification saying they apparently attempted to deliver it today but they never knocked or rang the doorbell and I know that as I never left the house so I could make sure I get it. They either never showed up or didn’t follow instructions (neither would surprise me). Now they told me I have to go to another location to get it, but i tried searching for one on their website and nothing near me showed up. The nearest one is 3 hours away. I don’t think I’ve ever had a company stress me out more than this one.

I have sent important document to US, and they called me after 2 weeks and told me it’s lost. And there are no solutions to this. Don’t trust your shipments to them. Dont do the mistake I did, I have all supporting documents and I can prove their mistake.

They have terrible service. I see there are 95% of the reviews here with 1 star and don’t understand how may their headquarters don’t worry about this. I paid to Express delivery for 24 hours and it took 1 week to get it after a lot of emails and calls with their workers. Total disappointed with this service and don’t recommend to anyone to use it.

Prose shipped my order on March 20. DHL website indicates that I am supposed to get the order on March 27 (it is going to take a week). The order goes from zip code 11232 to zipcode 11235. About 2 hours away..... No comment...

"Ihr DHL Paket wird voraussichtlich innerhalb der nächsten 15 Minuten zugestellt!" Ich sehe den Lieferwagen von meinem Fenster in der Nähe meines Hauses aus. "Leider konnten wir Ihr DHL Paket nicht persönlich übergeben. Die zur Abholung benötigte Benachrichtigungskarte wird Ihnen innerhalb der nächsten Tage per Brief zugestellt." Die Zusteller sind so faul, dass sie nicht einmal die Benachrichtigungskarte zustellen wollen, so dass ich mehrere Tage auf den Brief warten muss. Und das ist nicht das erste Mal, Ihr Lieferservice ist für mich wahnsinnig schlecht.

I have been waiting in the house now for two days awaiting a delivery. Keep being told it in the area, although last night it was taken back to the warehouse, with no explanation. Again waiting in all day today and was told it would be with me between 0900 and midday, nothing. Then it would be with me between 12:30 and 2 p.m.still nothing. The claims team do not honour there policy. your items are not covered if you send via DHL. Speak to any DHL representative down the phone and they will all say "we know the claims process isn't any good and we are looking into it" DHL are aware that if they loose or damage your item, they will not compensate you. DO NOT USE DHL FOR ANYTHING OF VALUE - you have been warned

They're are horrible. My aunt sent me a care package and they opened up the box and sliced into all the food items and then threw it back in.Why bother after you opened it! Monsters!!! I will not recommend them
