“If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely shocking service, inability to deliver a package and then the audacity to say that I refused the package. Initially “my house did not exist”, zero contact from them to try to find me and late updates saying they couldn’t find me. I am still waiting on delivery and they have now lost it. Use any other delivery service and don’t waste your time or money with DHL.”

“I was supposed to receive a parcel on the 28th December and it was delivered to an incorrect address and DHL was unable to reclaim the parcel that they had delivered to the wrong address. What a total waste of time. Do not use this company as the drivers as some driver are incompetent and do not actually deliver according to a postal address.”

“After never even bothering to deliver my parcel DHL left it in their depot for 13 days. I tried to email, Twitter, Facebook and phone to try to get my parcel delivered but I was ignored every time and finally the emailed me 13 days later to say it’s been returned to sender. Avoid this company at all costs their levels of incompetence is staggering and their refusal to do the job they have been paid to do defies all reason.”
“For 6 days on tracking my parcel is out for delivery but never arrives, then on tracking it says attempted to deliver, i have a video ring doorbell that proves its lies, I am not waiting in any more so they can return to sender and I will contact Argos for a refund on item, I would be more understanding if it wern't for the lies.”
“Absolutely horrible delivery and customer service. No help at all! The delivery driver dropped my package off at the wrong address and while trying to explain to them that my package was dropped, they insisted that it was the correct address then proceeded to suggest that I go home and look at my apartment to make sure it doesn’t match the picture. I’ve lived at my apartment complex for a year now, I think I know what it looks like. If I could give this company no stars, I would.”
“My Christmas order was a express delivery set to be delivered on December 22nd. We are now December 30th and I’m told the package has been sitting at the Kenner Louisiana warehouse for five days they are literally an hour and 10 minute drive from my home the customer service representative cannot even tell me when it will be delivered nor is there a phone number and they refused to connect me to the Kenner warehouse so I can pick it up myself this is the worst service for delivery I have ever had will absolutely never use Dhl again. And I still do not have my package it is still sitting in a truck The warehouse and the representative still cannot tell me when I will get my package this service sucks”

“Expected a delivery of pottery clay, tracking said it was to be delivered--- then changed to complete lie! The driver reported the delivery had been refused when he arrived as it was damaged! Completely untrue! I was in all day and at the time he/she claimed that I refused delivery - I was not only home, but working at the front of my house. Quite astonishing, unprofessional and unethical. Tried calling to talk to a human being but could not get past the answering machine! The last time I had a delivery they only delivered a part of the order. A very, very unreliable and unprofessional company!”
“DO NOT USE THIS CROWD. THERE DRIVERS THINK ITS ACCEPTABLE TO CHURN MY YARD UP BY IGNORING THE 5mph SPEED LIMIT WHILST DELIVERING TO THE NEIGHBOURS . TODAY WAS THE LAST STRAW WHEN THEY CAME INTO DELIVER A PARCEL TODAY AND SAID WE HAD REFUSED IT WHEN THEY NEVER EVEN ATTENDED OR GOT A PHOTO, SO IT APPEARS THEY ARE LIARS TOO. I AM NOW LOOKING FOR CONTACT DETAILS FOR HEAD OFFICE AS IT APPEARS THERE WAREHOUSE STAFF AND DRIVERS FEEL THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT INCLUDING DAMAGING OTHER PEOPLES PROPERTY AND YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SAY TO THEM OR THEY JUST DONT DELIVER PARCELS,
I WAS TOLD TO CALL THE COMPANY THAT SENT THE PARCEL, A VERY GOOD ( DHL CUSTOMER ) AND I WAS TOLD DHL HAD TOLD THEM THAT IT WAS A VERY RUDE PERSON AND THIS PERSON WAS ACTUALLY ME. SO THEY EVEN DISCUSS THERE CUSTOMERS CUSTOMERS……

“I ordered an alternator for my truck Monday evening and chose to ship it through DHL Express with the understanding that it would most likely be here sometime on Thursday. I came home from work today and it was sitting at my house. I had just checked the tracking this morning and it said it was in Cincinnati. It went from there to Omaha this afternoon and then up to me in South Dakota. All the while we have a crazy storm pounding the region with rain/ice and large amounts of snow. I am elated that DHL was able to pull off this delivery so quickly. I had the part sitting in my hand in less than 48 hours. My truck will be back on the road by tomorrow. I will definitely be choosing DHL in the future if I have the option!”
“DHL is horrible, I receive packages daily and they are by far the worst - even worse than the USPS. They lost my first package from Kent UK to ATL and then the replacement package ends up in Canada. They might have their sh*t together overseas, but not here in the States.”
“DHL are an absolute disgrace - we purchased a 4 days international delivery service, and 12 days later the parcel has not yet left the UK and DHL customer service are doing absolutely nothing about it.”
