“Disgusting service. First they arrange for me to drop off a parcel at a shop that doesn't accept DHL. I found another drop off point and received a receipt. Parcel appeared on the DHL system as dropped off, then the next day updated to say it was collected. Then tracking added a note to say the parcel had not been received. It is impossible to contact anyone in any way - the only phone number wouldn't accept my tracking number from the drop off receipt, email is useless, live chat doesn't understand what you're asking - after 3 DAYS OF DEMANDING AN ANSWER!!!! I finally received an email saying we refused to collect your parcel, go and collect it. But the drop off shop doesn't have it and DHL refuse to tell me where my parcel is. The whole point of next day delivery is that it arrives the next day, not gets lost for over a week! Dreadful, hideous, awful company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!”
“This is the second time I got stuck having to use DHL to ship something from overseas, it arrive today in a plain cardboard box with a sticker that said “DHL repackaged” it’s a new Sony PlayStation 5 Pulse headset and the manual is missing the wires are missing the USB dongle that makes it function is missing and the headset appears that it was wet at one time and it’s completely unusable. I waited three weeks for this Christmas gift to come and it was brand new “In Original Box” when shipped !
DHL is the worst shipper in the world (in my opinion) and should just go out of business right now and save everybody a whole bunch of headaches, yes I will include photographs !”
“Worst delivery company I've ever seen. Even though I was at home, the driver left without delivering my parcel. He rang my bell and I asked for the name on the parcel. After saying my name, I opened the door and realized that he had left without delivering my parcel. A few minute later I have received a message from DHL that you are not at home, we could not delivered. For this reason, I connected to the customer service chat twice. Alex, one of the customer service agent, although it was their fault, Alex said that he could not reach the driver's phone that he cant not deliver my parcel today. I don't understand how they can't reach a driver working in their own company during working hours. After that, I connected to the chat again. One of the customer service agent his name is Chris. He asked my tracing details and I sent him my waybill number which he can see tracking details easly with this number. He just turn off the chat to my face and left the conversation.”
“Worst experience of my life, waiting in work for over 48 hour for next day delivery for the delivery driver to just decide finishing early is more important, none existent customer service and endless automated services. They still have my £1,000 order. I would rate 0 stars if i could”

“We have a package we need with equipment we need and have ordered over a month ago. For the past 10 days, DHL has had our package and are claiming our business is closed because the main intersection is closed for MONTHS for construction and there is a detour. That all of my drivers, my customers, future drivers, other delivery people like FED EX and UPS find - everyone else except DHL can apparently figure out the detour to bring us our long awaited package. Worst service ever.”
“i placed an order on august 26th, on september 2nd i was sent the link to track the shipment but dhl never received anything.
i was told that dhl has lost the package and that they would arrange to send another one.

“Waiting for a delivery, get an email to say it's been delivered only it hasn't. Phone the 'customer service line, 22 minutes before they answer and they tell me the package 'was delivered to a porch with a brown door' (I don't have a brown door). They then lie to me, telling me they would sort it and get back to me, only nothing happened.
So I contact the company who sent the package, they contact 'customer service' and are told the driver will collect the package from wrong address and deliver to me at the correct address. That didn't happen.
DHL have lowered customer service to a new level of utter hopelessness!
Boycotted for life!”
“My package has been with them for days, drove round for 12 hours yesterday to only end up back at the depot. Service point closed an hour before advertised on dhls website. Customer services no help at all, taking over 3 times longer than their promises to be of no use. I'd rather walk to deliver a parcel than trust it to these jokers again”
“DHL is a nightmare. Sent 2 packages from Berlin to Amsterdam end of August they never delivered them and they sent them back to Berlin without knowing what was the problem. Paid again to send them to Amsterdam and again the same hapennt. They are sending them back to Berlin without knowing the reason saying that will start an investigation to know why. When I call them the only thing they say it's we don't know why we will start an investigation. They cannot contact the DHL department of the other country they ask me to do it. It's one company I paid to deliver me a box figure it out together. I will fill out a form for a refund, doubting that they will accept it and of course, I will send my packages with another service. It's more than one month without my personal stuff and clothes in a new city. I cannot believe there are services like this one!”

“Driver pulled up on opposite side of street took a photo of work shop shutters down and sent a message saying sorry we missed you .we were open and waiting for parcel .dont use dhl they obviously employ photographers not delivery drivers .didnt get out of van .disgusted”

“Absolutely useless service. They add extra warehouse charges in India in addition to whatever you pay when you send the parcel. Even though you call them for 10 days asking them the status they will make you bear the cost. They inform you this only at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, you are at their mercy and land up having to pay.
Useless customer service agents who only apologise and provide no information.”
“TERRIBLE, UNACCETABLE service. It is the THIRD TIME my items have been delayed, and I am given no reason, even though this delivery was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. I have spoken with 8 different agents, each one saying they would "look into it immediately" and that I would get my order "ASAP". Clearly this is not true. I am still waiting for boxes with everything I own, and I am told that "unfortunately the manager's response timeframe is usually 48 hours." Frankly it seems I may have to go to the depot myself. What kind of customer service is this??

Drive "could not find address" house is over 200 years old - has been on the main road for a long time.
Would not ask driver to call me so I could give him directions. Did not save notes for other team members. Awful service”
