“If there was a no star option, I’d choose that! Failed to deliver for a week. I sent map with location of house (1/4 of mile from where they were attempting to deliver) but still failed! Tracking awful. Interestingly, I used a global tracking website that stated parcel was still at depot but DHL tracking stated it was out for delivery. Apart from day 1, no window for delivery time. Impossible to speak to human on numbers provided on website. Truly awful. I will definitely not purchase anything again where DHL are the couriers”

I purchased a large order from a coMputer store. Already paid $110 to get it shipped. From the terrible website to the not helpful customer service reps, it has been a terrible choice. My order kept getting pushed out further and further until they said “someone from customs had questions for me” and “they will call you in 2 hours or less.” Of course they didn’t. I call them back. “We’re closed” the annoying phone bot says. I wait until tomorrow, they say the same thing. Still haven’t received my order. $1500 down the drain thanks to them.”
“DHL is the worst company i have ever worked for. I was coming back after dropping the packages from Ludhiana. I stopped for water and three guys came and snatched my both phones (iPhone 5 & Iphone 12 )and airpods ,wallet everything that i had with me. They broke the glass of my truck and hit me and threw me out of the truck. I asked for help nobody stopped. then all of sudden one guy stopped and i used his phone to call my parents and DHL manager and police. In few minutes DHL manager came and my parents. They managed to take me home and did their part. DHL manager from Jalandhar was not happy that why the manager came from Ludhiana at the incident. It DHL reputation. So they were more worried about the reputation then someone's life. I am shocked that they didnt even want to talk to me and didnt even took care of anything. The manager of jalandhar DHL said that he didnt had packages with him so we are not responsible for it. So they doest care that i had the delivery with me and i dropped it and i was heading home. I in touch with the corporate in regards to the issue. DHL sucks!!!!!!!!!! They thinks that reputation of the company is more important than someone's life!!!Bulshit!!!!!!”

I am original from germany and live in the USA for now almost 9 years everytime when my parents send me a care package the items in the package are either broken, packages opend up and that not from custome ! Busted open on the side even presents for my children are stolen out of it. Worst of all they don't when you ask question they either becoming awefully rude or if you file a complain you never get a real answer from them. This comapny is not to recomment at all. I had so many other packages delivered with UPS, Fedex and yes USPS and had never any runaround at all. DHL is litrally the worst comany to ship packages world wide!!!!!”
“I posted my parcel by declaring that it contains laptops and batteries, but their agent didn't tell me that batteries are not allowed. My package was held at Heathrow for more than 3 days, no one bothered to contact me. I contact them and they said we cannot deliver because It contains batteries. I asked you guys should told me at the time of postage. Then I asked deliver my parcel back to my address or your shop from where I posted. And they said, we cannot send. Now, they are asking me to collect my parcel by traveling 3 hours, again wasting my money and time which is more important for every one. Very unprofessional service. “If you ever have to use a courier service, avoid this one by all means! I've made an order on different websites in a span of 2 weeks and they both use DHL delivery service. They make an update on date of delivery, so I stay in the house all day but they never actually attempt to deliver it. And then you had to rearrange delivery date yourself not knowing if the parcel actually going to arrive! In frustration i just contact the website to confirm the delivery and when the parcel is arriving! On both occasions this has been. I've had issues with them before these so I would never ever use their poor or no service at all, their lack of integrity is gonna cost them customers. You can't even contact any person on the phone to vent your frustration and help track where your parcel is. The 1st thankfully arrive after "redelivery" with no explanation as to what happened. Now, I'm waiting for the other items and see if this one will arrive as promised by Dunelm before 6pm, they have 1hour!”

On Monday 4/7/22 my parcel ($2500 Coat) was delivered to the wrong address in Potts Point. Some lowlife at the wrong address signed for my coat and stole it!

I have been informed that DHL outsources deliveries to third party couriers. My coat was delivered by a third party courier who obviously didn't check for correct delivery address nor the ID of the receiver!
Zero accountability shown by rude and dismissive DHL Customer Care staff who keep giving me lies and the runaround.
I have been informed that the courier who delivered my parcel only works on Monday. Apparently I have to wait until next Monday 11/7/22 to allow the courier to attempt a retrieval and redelivery - really?!?!!!!!
Failing that, I will be offered reimbursement or replacement from the shipper. I cannot receive a replacement coat as my coat has sold out completely.

“Horrendous customer service. My package was delivered to a service point nearby and I was told I had to have a code to pick it up. I have requested the code multiple times, rang dhl multiple times and all I was told is that another company send the codes so it’s not their problem?? I then asked for the contact details of this other company and was told they did not have them! The lack of communication is appalling. I have emailed them, rang them and messaged them on both twitter and facebook as per their contact information on the website and NOTHING has come of this. I am going to lose my mind if I don’t get this package soon. Absolutely do not recommend, steer as far away from dhl as physically possible if you want any chance of getting your package.”
