“We have a package we need with equipment we need and have ordered over a month ago. For the past 10 days, DHL has had our package and are claiming our business is closed because the main intersection is closed for MONTHS for construction and there is a detour. That all of my drivers, my customers, future drivers, other delivery people like FED EX and UPS find - everyone else except DHL can apparently figure out the detour to bring us our long awaited package. Worst service ever.”
“i placed an order on august 26th, on september 2nd i was sent the link to track the shipment but dhl never received anything.
i was told that dhl has lost the package and that they would arrange to send another one.

“Waiting for a delivery, get an email to say it's been delivered only it hasn't. Phone the 'customer service line, 22 minutes before they answer and they tell me the package 'was delivered to a porch with a brown door' (I don't have a brown door). They then lie to me, telling me they would sort it and get back to me, only nothing happened.
So I contact the company who sent the package, they contact 'customer service' and are told the driver will collect the package from wrong address and deliver to me at the correct address. That didn't happen.
DHL have lowered customer service to a new level of utter hopelessness!
Boycotted for life!”
“My package has been with them for days, drove round for 12 hours yesterday to only end up back at the depot. Service point closed an hour before advertised on dhls website. Customer services no help at all, taking over 3 times longer than their promises to be of no use. I'd rather walk to deliver a parcel than trust it to these jokers again”
“DHL is a nightmare. Sent 2 packages from Berlin to Amsterdam end of August they never delivered them and they sent them back to Berlin without knowing what was the problem. Paid again to send them to Amsterdam and again the same hapennt. They are sending them back to Berlin without knowing the reason saying that will start an investigation to know why. When I call them the only thing they say it's we don't know why we will start an investigation. They cannot contact the DHL department of the other country they ask me to do it. It's one company I paid to deliver me a box figure it out together. I will fill out a form for a refund, doubting that they will accept it and of course, I will send my packages with another service. It's more than one month without my personal stuff and clothes in a new city. I cannot believe there are services like this one!”

“Absolutely useless service. They add extra warehouse charges in India in addition to whatever you pay when you send the parcel. Even though you call them for 10 days asking them the status they will make you bear the cost. They inform you this only at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, you are at their mercy and land up having to pay.
Useless customer service agents who only apologise and provide no information.”
“TERRIBLE, UNACCETABLE service. It is the THIRD TIME my items have been delayed, and I am given no reason, even though this delivery was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. I have spoken with 8 different agents, each one saying they would "look into it immediately" and that I would get my order "ASAP". Clearly this is not true. I am still waiting for boxes with everything I own, and I am told that "unfortunately the manager's response timeframe is usually 48 hours." Frankly it seems I may have to go to the depot myself. What kind of customer service is this??

Try speaking to a human and it costs 7 pence per minute plus standard charges.
The human is none too helpful either as it transpires my non existent delivery is not DHL Express but DHL parcels.
The phone number for DHL parcels is 02476 937770 and all you get is an automated message of no help at all.

You must be joking! This is my first and last experience as in future any goods that I buy and find out if these clowns will be the courier then I will not go ahead with the purchase.
DHL are terribly incompetent losing my expensive parcel and horrible to deal with, as all you get is bounced around from automated Bot to Bot.

I’ve lost a £400 item that I paid for, using a credit card so I will have to open up a credit card dispute now to recover my £400.
Anyone else having problems with the sellers who in this case were Back Market and BEST4TECH based in France despite falsely claiming to be based in the U.K. and the courier DHL then I strongly advise you to open a credit card dispute by calling the number on the back of your credit card to recover all your money back.
As they say birds of a feather flock together and never more true than Back Market, BEST4TECH and DHL.”

“My sister posted me a parcel from England I got an email with all the tracking details. Then the parcel landed in Mexico and got to Irapuato on Monday morning. I got an SMS and an email plus the app said your parcel will be delivered today. Time went on at 5pm I went and sat outside my house. A DHL van drove past and I waved to the driver. He didn't stop about an hour later I got a message to say ' we couldn't find you ' I rechecked my address it was written 148 my address when in Mexico they write my address 148 so the driver hadn't been able to work this puzzle out. So I changed my address so it was written Mexican. Nothing Tuesday, Wednesday I used the chat button on the app Nancy, Luis, Salvador all wrote yes the parcel will be 100% delivered today all wrong no parcel. Today I chatted online with two people yes we have your right address it will be 100% delivered today. I have now sent pictures from the outside of my house the roads my house is on and what other buildings are close by. Then I had a phone call from Mexico City. I'm sorry but your parcel will now be delivered either tomorrow Friday or at the latest Saturday. Why why why should I believe anything that DHL tells me anymore!!!! So the parcel that drove past me on Monday will hopefully be delivered.”
