What a horribly incompetent company. They delivered a package to the wrong address yet "confirm" to me it was sent to the right GPS! Yes, the right state, city and complex (of 20+ buildings) but wrong building and apartment number. And they refuse to correct this and place the blame on me because I allowed delivery without need for a signature regardless of its incorrect delivery. When I confronted the "supervisor bot" and asked if her lack of concern was because she thought I was "stupid." She admonished me to watch my "bad language!" I am sure she has heard and will continue to hear worse. DO NOT USE DHL - EVER!

DHL issues: 1. Website tracking does not update the customer with any useful information. 2. Drivers have no idea what they're doing, unable to find an obvious address, no calls, no notifications of failed deliveries. 3. 6/7 customer service staff I spoke to regarding this issue showed me a shocking display of rude attitude and poor customer service. 4. Delivery depots do not respond to DHL headquarters for up to 48hrs at a time, not acceptable. 5. No available reps to speak to if you're parcel has been assigned delivery as the automated system tells you the ETA and kicks you off the call. I have now lost multiple customers and over £1750 in sales due to this series of errors by DHL and to make it worse I have received 2 bad reviews as rightfully they were left waiting for a week and received no goods, these 2 recent bad reviews will no doubt turn away a large portion of future business. Absolutely shocking service received from DHL. 0 stars, neither I or any of my staff will be using DHL in future. I have also made every single one of my affiliates aware of the situation by email and encouraged them to do the same.

Would give a 0 if possible. Said they attempted to deliver multiple times. I was at home and nothing. No bell no knock no note. Such a pain when delivery drivers are too lazy to do their job and the customer suffers. Avoid if you can

If I could give zero stars I would. DHL is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with and their customer service is awful. I was to have a package delivered to my door May 5, nothing came even though I received the email saying it was delivered. I looked at all doors, community mailbox and asked neighbor. Nothing. Called company and they said they’d look into it. They sent me a pic the driver took for proof of delivery- a blurry picture taken at an angle showing half a door. It wasn’t my house color so driver obviously delivered it to wrong place. (This is something I do not understand- Nowadays, if you are given an address all you have to do is punch it into gps and it will take you directly to it, so how can you deliver something to the wrong address?) It is now May 18, after many emails with no information on where my package is, I called to talk to someone, they are giving me the runaround. No one knows anything! They are saying it can take a month for them to come to a resolution. This company is a joke, I don’t know how they are in still in business. If you would like your package delivered, DO NOT use DHL. In the future I will be asking companies who they use for deliveries and will not be purchasing anything if they work with DHL. You have been warned!

Delivered my parcel while I wasn't in so delivered to one of my neighbours didn't leave a card to tell me which one having to chase support to find out is a nightmare

Terrible service if i had read the reviews before i would never have used DHL terrible in every way and you need to keep up on top of it as your deliver or tracking will just disappear really i will never use that company again .

WHERE IS MY PKG This is the srecond day in row, your tracker and messages tells the driver is on his way to stop and make the drop off, and this disappears and shows the pkg is back in transite, what is going on? yesterday the guy's car broke down, hope he is not dying today. The help center contact number you provide on your website, is as useless as your delivery drivers, it is just an automated system and no live agent to answer enquireis.

Worst delivery company ever absolutely disgusting, 4 months and I’m still waiting for a refund after you lost and damage by passed away mothers stuff. Do not use this company you will never get you stuff, you will never get a refund and you will be treated with absolutely no respect what so ever. DHL Directly hurting life’s For profit

My son's birth certificate was sent from Jamaica which was suppose to be delivered to me by the means of me signing to receive same. On my personal profile with dhl it was saying that the package was delivered to the office in Orlando and when I made enquiries they stated it was delivered to me which I didn't receive. I called customer service and they told me that it was in their warehouse in Orlando and they will make sure i got it and up until now I'm yet to receive my package from December of last year and they sent an email again stating it was delivered again in which case it wasn't. So I want to know when and how am I going to receive my package which they lost.

The most useless delivery company in the world. Can't deliver to an address. Tell me it's the wrong address but it isn't. Don't seem to be able to ring a doorbell or a map.

Fundamentally incompetent. Their systems are flawed. Individual staff try their best (or at least some of them do) but they can't make up for the basic rot at the core. Try using someone else, that's all I can suggest.

Same story as many others have told. Claiming to have tried to deliver the parcel but no one was home (not true), and then delivering it somewhere else entirely, location unknown, showing a photo of my parcel propped up against a concrete wall... my bike parts have disappeared :(

Great company for b to c companies that sell fragile products. I manufacture glass items and send them through Ecom Express. It has been 2 years since I have been using their logistics and I have absolutely no complaints. Great going Ecom Express!

Sent a package for elderly parents in Philippines. They never got it because DHL held it for all kinds of ridiculous reasons that didn’t make sense (I later talked to a top supervisor who admitted those reasons were not supposed t have stopped them from delivering, but she did come up with a new one). They abandoned it at a warehouse without my knowledge and only told me a few days before it had reached its holding time limit and now I had to give them hundreds of dollars back and personal documents (that would take days to weeks to acquire) to maybe get it back or maybe never in a few weeks. How does that make sense when it was all their doing/errors that caused this? They always point back to the customer saying its their fault. Even if you reach out to them, they won’t help you in any profitable way. I sent that package to help my parents physically and one parent ended up in the ER and might have been prevented if she had had what she needed. DHL is evil. Don’t use. I lost almost a thousand dollars with shipping, contents, and international phone fees dealing with them for 3 months and they didn’t give back one penny. It is a evil organization.

Totally untrustworthy. We’re a small farm looking to expand our beef sales. The last two deliveries have been ‘lost’ in the system. The latest one was due to be collected on Wednesday; the wrong parcel was collected. On Thursday the beef was collected and due to be delivered on Friday. Now, on Saturday, still hasn’t arrived so it will be unsafe now and no one is in the office to trace it. I’ll never, never use DHL again.

3 alleged attempts to deliver to a pick up point, knowing I would not be at home I thought this would be easier and safer.. Big mistake. Website when it gets updated, said attempted delivery and card left... I called shop who are open 7 till 11, no DHL been here all week. At the moment, no communication from DHL, if parcel is lost. Stolen or damaged. Asked sender to put a claim in, send out new pack but with a different courier. Incompetence is being kind to this awfull outfit.

I had a warranty repair that I had to send to Italy, organised by the manufacturer there. No problem with that. DHL picked it up and off it went. The manufacturer sent the repair back and the problems started. The item was stuck in customs at first, and now is in Leeds being held for ‘shipping related fees’ to be paid. The manufacturer has authorised DHL to charge this to their account, but DHL appear to be inept and a week later still won’t resolve the issues for delivery. One minute they say they are dealing with it, the other they tell me to contact the manufacturer again. Their customer service is useless and if the agent on the chat is being asked questions beyond their intelligence, they just terminate the chat. They refuse to tell me what the problem is as I am not the sender. How the hell am I supposed to contact an Italian company to explain there is a problem with a parcel when I don’t know what the problem is? I am in limbo with my property stuck in a depot. Extremely poor service.

Do not send anything from Germany to Spain. My mother sent 2 parcels, both were returned (paying extra) to Germany, while I never received a notification that the parcels had arrived in Spain in order to pick them up. Calling the customers service, they just told me that they do not leave a note in the mailboxes anymore (!). But when sending the parcel, my mother (84 years old) was NOT asked to supply my phonenumber, so they could send an SMS. For me, this is fraude.
