I purchased a $1,000 watch online. I have had to call 4 times so far and send 3 emails just to supply them with the Watch / Clock Worksheet they requested. The seller of the watch is a watch dealer and provided them a Watch / Clock Worksheet but they also wanted the same form from me. After all that was over (8 days later) now they emailed me to tell me I need to pay tax/duty. But there is no way of doing that on their website, so I had to call them again! After getting transferred to 2 people they tell me it is going through clearance and they do not know if anything is due. What a waste of time dealing with these idiots! Unbelievable. I would never buy any product from outside the USA if it will be shipped through DHL. Stay away from them!! The worst experience ever!!!

They gave a delivery time of 1045 to 1145 so I waited. Having received a notification that they have not been able to gain access to the property they took it back to the depot!!! So the message if you’re not in we’ll try to deliver to a neighbour…is a total lie, and when they said they had tried I was actually sat in my living room with a full view of my open ungated driveway and of course no one came into the street at all, this has been checked with cctv cameras at the relevant time! So what’s the truth DHL? Lies and more lies. What is the point? If your driver forgot to load it on the van just say so instead of stealing my day off!! Still not received the parcel so I will not be using you again.

DHL SCAM - CONNING CUSTOMS PAPERWORK AND MAKING UP FALSE ITEMS TO SCAM THE PUBLIC !!! Please refer to the latest DHL paperwork sent from DHL Sri Lanka, 5 August 2022, for the 7 Airway bills Customs Documents ALL fraudulent scamming con. Lies… dishonesties, #DHLSCAM The following items were all made up by the scammers at DHL Sri Lanka to rob a further $1500.00, and false Customs Paperwork to scam the second hit of dollars. 1. Refer to page 1 – “Contents” – I never sent RS 76, 508.00 of biscuits – DHL fraud = $304.70 in aus dollars 2. Refer to page 2 - “Contents” – I never sent RS 105, 150.00 of coffee – DHL fraud = $ 418.77 in aus dollars 3. Refer to page 3 - “Contents” – I never sent RS 122, 875. 00 of chocolates – DHL fraud = $ 489.36 in aus dollars 4. Refer to page 4 - “Contents” - – I never sent RS 87.716.00 of chocolates – DHL fraud = $ 349.33 in aus dollars 5. Refer to page 5 - “Contents” - – I never sent RS 78.958.00 of chocolates – DHL fraud = $ 314.45 in aus dollars 6. The customer paid $1725.00 at DHL Express Mount Waverley on 27 June 2022. These jokers wanted more money, the second scam in Sri Lanka, made up of false misleading paperwork. This Is one of the biggest company scams going all over the world !!!! DHL IS DOING THIS TO ALL ITS CUSTOMERS! DHL BREACHES: Australian Consumer Law (ACL) – Act 2010 A. Section 18 of the Australian Consumer Law, (schedule 2) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, prohibits conduct by corporations in trade or commerce which is misleading or deceptive or is likely to mislead or deceive. B. Section 23 of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) now prohibits unfair contract terms in most of these contracts. C. Section 29 of the ACL sets out the types of claims or statements that may be false or misleading. D. The ACL Section 18(1) provides that “A person must not, in trade or commerce, engage in conduct that is misleading or deceptive or is likely to mislead or deceive.” E. Under Section 56 of the ACL when a person buys goods based on how they're described – without seeing what they're buying – the goods need to correspond with that description. F. Without the leadership guiding the rest of the associates, the organization has no direction or drive".

This is the worst company EVER! First asking for $109 taxes, duties and brokerage fees for a $206 item. I refuse and I self clear it at customs but myself. Then they say in 24-48 hours my shipment will be received. At the 48th hour mark there are no updates so I wrote an email. They say it’ll be delivered ASAP. My phone rings only one time on day 4 (after I paid the taxes) and I miss DHL’s call. Then an SMS stating that I wasn’t home and my package couldn’t be delivered. The next delivery attempt is in 4 days as it’s a public holiday Monday. Why don’t you knock the door? I am home waiting for this! How complicated can this be? Amazon does this on a daily basis and no problems so far. I’m terribly dissatisfied and disappointed with DHL. I’ll avoid it at all costs. I wonder when I’ll receive my item (if I ever)…

This company deserves no stars but that is not an option. Absolutely appalling service. Attempt deliveries miles from address, say they have attempted when they haven't, can't get hold of customer services easily and when you do they promise everything and nothing is done. I am a rural business and depend on deliveries. DPD, Amazon, Everi, Yodel... EVERY other company has no issue finding us or delivering but DHL can't manage the simplest of tasks. I've spoken to managers and it makes no difference. Promises that can't be kept and drivers who possibly shouldn't be allowed to live independently if their incompetence is anything to go by! How hard is it to take a parcel to one place to another? If any other type of business conducted themselves in this manner then they would be forced to close down due to lack of clients. Exeter depot. I suspect Revoo requests are only sent to satisfied customers because there is NO WAY they deserve an 8!

Just adding another 1 star review to the enormous pile. I hope businesses start taking the hint and using other companies to deliver their goods. DHL always - without fail - claims that they attempted delivery but "recipient was not home". Funnily enough every single time I receive this text I am literally sitting at home (as I work from home ...). They can never be trusted to bother to deliver on time, or even attempt delivery, really. Chat is no help either - they take forever to respond with rehearsed replies. Trust me, complaints get you nowhere. Today I was connected to "Alex" on chat and when I explained my issue, they literally just left the conversation with no response, LOL. Great customer service, guys.

I bought a phone and they were delivering it and it said it was delivered to my house but it wasn't, it was sent to a strangers house and they had signed for it. 1/10 highly don't recommend

Sent a food charity donation on 27 June 2022, with 7 food boxes to Sri Lanka from Melbourne Australia. DHL Express was a door to door service for 4 days, delivering on 4 July 2022. The 7 boxes arrived in Sri Lanka on 3 July 2022. The customer paid $1725.00 to DHL MOUNT WAVERLEY on 27 June 2022. The food cost $900.00, and all sent to family members and some poor people. Once the $1725.00 was paid to Mount Waverley 3149 Victoria Melbourne, DHL Australia washed their hands off. Once the boxes arrived in Sri Lanka, the customer was held to ransom for a further $1800.00, if not paid, the food was going to be creased or sent to an auctions for sale. DHL AUSTRALIA fraudsters and SRI LANKA cunning fraudsters acted together to scam and misleading rob a further $1800.00, The customer was never notified that a fee of $1800.00 would be required if the 7 food boxes donated. This is a major DHL scam, and DHL use Customs as an excuse to rob their customers. When 25 letters were sent to the DHL CEO IN AUSTRALIA, and various senior management for 46 days. The food boxes were meant to be delivered in 4 days, on 4 July 2022. The 7 food boxes were held to ransoms for 43 days, and only released once the $1800.00 ransom was paid to Sri Lanka. DHL EXPRESS AUSTRALIA are the worst fraudsters scamming are trained to rob their own customers. DHL EXPRESS ARE THE WOREST SCAMMING THRIVING CROOKS. DO NOT USE DHL PLEASE AS THIS MOB WILL CON BY DECEPTION AND MISLEADING FRAUD. 5 DAY SERVICES DOOR TO DOOR WAS 44 DAYS... AND A $4000.00 SCAM. NOW DHL IS BEEN SUED IN MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA

Each time i have to deal with DHL it is a complete cockup. As a recipient of parcels and in my business function for a big company. Yesterday once again they returned the parcel to the depot and claimed they were there 2 times. LIE. Someone was sitting there the whole day waiting.What a waste of a whole day.Today they cant find the parcel and it wont be delivered again. MY ADVISE: Stay clear of DHL as a business and as a customer. Do not order from businesses using DHL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was misled by DHL about the delivery date. They said it's 2 days to the Philippines after they didn't deliver as long as 10 days. They are liars

I have a parcel from Tunisia and it has been stored in Frankfurt for 2 months and they refuse to send it to me or bring it back to Tunisia!!! very bad service

The lady Tonya at the shippers warehouse in grand prairie was awesome. I had a appointment and was going to run out of time and she called to see if they could take me and they did. Thanks Tonya F for helping me out. I was loaded in 3hrs.

If there was a no star option, I’d choose that! Failed to deliver for a week. I sent map with location of house (1/4 of mile from where they were attempting to deliver) but still failed! Tracking awful. Interestingly, I used a global tracking website that stated parcel was still at depot but DHL tracking stated it was out for delivery. Apart from day 1, no window for delivery time. Impossible to speak to human on numbers provided on website. Truly awful. I will definitely not purchase anything again where DHL are the couriers

The worst delivery experience I have ever been In. I purchased a large order from a coMputer store. Already paid $110 to get it shipped. From the terrible website to the not helpful customer service reps, it has been a terrible choice. My order kept getting pushed out further and further until they said “someone from customs had questions for me” and “they will call you in 2 hours or less.” Of course they didn’t. I call them back. “We’re closed” the annoying phone bot says. I wait until tomorrow, they say the same thing. Still haven’t received my order. $1500 down the drain thanks to them.
