“These people are totally unprofessional, they lose your parcel and there's no way to contact them because there is no telephone number in their website. And if you manage to find a telephone number on other site, you call them and all you get is a robotic voice telling you that your parcel was already delivered, goodbye. This is outrageous, I didn't sign anything, so therefore I haven't received yet, you thieves! And the online forms for lost parcel are a joke, they basically blame you and give you all the responsibility for losing the parcel.”
“DHL have managed to not deliver my parcel to my nominated pick up point despite it only being two miles away from the depot. They have notified me four times that the parcel is out for delivery and four times I have later in the day had a notification that it is back at the depot and will try again tomorrow”
“If I could rate them less that one star I would. They have the worst customer service imaginable that is not helpful for even the most basic enquiries. They damaged a package I shipped, completely ignoring the obvious handle with care sign on the box, placing very heavy objects on it and refusing to take responsibility for the damage caused to it's contents.
The cost of their service is not cheap and for that reason I am extremely insulted by the the lack of care and lack of humility in the way they handled my situation. They as a company has gotten too big for it's britches and is taking advantage of that fact. I will not be using their services ever again. After years of consistently using their services, to this disgraceful experience, they are not worth anything more than a poor rating. You are better off using absolutely any other delivery services.”

“This company could improve its service by going out of business. Its impossible to resolve any problems by using its chat. Allowing just one minute to type your problem is unworkable, don't even try to reach a live person. DHL is even worse than FedEx or UPS. DHL passed my parcel on to another courier to deliver, who ended up returning it to DHL. DHL then lost it when returning it to the sender. After complaining, I’m told they apologize, and that’s it. So I’m out of a package, and out the shipping charges as well.

“The most terrible experience I've ever had with parcel deliveries. Said it was attempted delivery but it never came and they never attempted a second time. Had to search all over their website and go down to shops to inquire on my parcel, only for it to be wasted trips. Even now, 1 month later, I'm still searching for my parcel.
