NEVER USE DHL! They are sceevy and disgusting business that will allow customs to hold onto your package for WEEKS then make YOU pay for storing it. DISGUSTING AND DISPLICABLE. I HOPE THIS COMPANY GOES UNDER AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO OWN IT BLOW THEIR BRAINS OUT.

They committed to make an express delivery, charging accordingly, but delivered 47 hours after the stated delivery time. Crappy job, expensive and clearly unreliable. Will not work with them ever again.

The worst customer experience I've ever experienced. They can't give you an answer to simple queries, they are all trained to give you a set answer, like robots without a brain. Whether you contact them via email or phone, same unhelpful behaviour. The worst, would no recommend to anyone.

BEWARE: Purchased a $226.23 seat for a Honda Monkey and the foam used in the seat was HARD AS A BRICK, uncomfortable! The overseas seller gives FREE Shipping WORLDWIDE through DHL Shipping. I 9An American) went to DHL to do a return ship and they wanted over $400 to ship it back!!! How can DHL provide WORLDIDE FREE Shipping for the rich corporations yet wants to ream our rear ends out to send it back? Where are the cheap prices DHL gives to them but not Americans? That's highway robbery.

Worst company ever. They have my package and just refuse to deliver it, claiming that they don’t know how to use an intercom. The instructions are even on my intercom on how to search by last name and they still can’t figure it out. They literally stole my package and are deciding to keep it.

I would put 0 or negative stars if I could. I ordered from shein website. The delivery service came through DHL. Long story short. I never got my package. The day they said they delivered it I was home and was excited because it was a few days early. But they never delivered it and I never got it. I talked to the site I bought it from said Their was nothing they can do to contact DHL. N dhl told me their was nothing they can do because it says delivered so it was delivered to talk to the shipper. Lost out on a couple hundred from shein and dhl. It's ridiculous that this is allowed. I really think they stole it, sent somewhere else or lost it. Idk bt they don't care. Sucks. N now I see the reviews. Just wow.

DHL has terrible customer service. You can't get anywhere on the automated system. I finally just got transferred to the billing department even though I didn't have a billing issue, just to talk to a live person. Our package got returned to sender even though we emailed to requested documents before the dead line on the email received. So we tried to send it again. Now it has happened again. Now it's a 24 hour deadline. There is NO automatic email response letting you know that your email with requested documents has been received. So, when you try to call DHL to see if documents have been received. I was told that they will email you back once received. That was NO HELP. :( WELL... lets hope it's before THEIR 24 hour Deadline... THE WORST... I will be asking our customer to start using a different Carrier. DHL is Terrible!!!

Abysmal delivery company. Every time I order a £1000+ phone, for some reason it's shipped with DHL. Worst news ever. First issue: I live in a cul-de-sac street, I can see if a van is coming to my house from a quarter of a mile away. I get a message "We tried to delivery your parcel, but there was nobody home", yet there has been no delivery attempt, no van, nobody. Two days in a row and I was home both times. This also happens for a second year in a row when I order a new phone. Second issue: They give you a tracking number, but the tracking only tells you "your parcel is out for delivery by end of today" and that's it. No slots, no driver tracking, this was a thing 10 years ago. Wake up DHL. Retailers, please avoid using DHL!!

Terrible experience. The customer support is ass. They don't even care to read the mails. I had submitted every document that was asked for and everything was shown to be approved on their dashboard and yet I was getting mails asking me to confirm the documents, they did not even care to read my replies and always called once at some unprofessional hour of the day even though I had I mentioned my availability window in the mail. Besides due to the delay they were asking me to pay extra charges on my package because of all the above mentioned the 'free period of the package stay in their warehouse' had ended. I ultimately had to lose my cool and had to rant to their customer support which did not yield anything either. Received my package at the end but the outer packaging, which was important infact as it was a collectible, was horribly torn. Overall had the worst shipping experience.

Performance Grade: F I order from Amazon Germany very frequently, and 7 out of 10 of my orders that DHL is responsible for delivering never arrive. I always get a message via Amazon that my order is “Running Late”, then one to two weeks after my original original delivery date, I get a message from Amazon that my delivery is “Lost by DHL”, so I have to request a refund. WHY is DHL so incredibly unreliable, and WHY is the management at DHL not paying attention to their extremely bad reviews by customers and companies using them for shipping NOT paying attention and working to fix the major problems they are having??? Just look at the THOUSANDS of complaints about DHL on EVERY WEBSITE containing reviews about their service. It’s absolutely ASTOUNDING how they are still in business! Perhaps the executives at DHL should be paid on performance of the company and customer satisfaction, rather than the salaries they are getting paid no matter how poorly the company is performing. That would get things in order, and fast!

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Customer service promised to sort and phone me back. They didn't. Very disappointed.

Absolutely the worst and least dependable international shipping. Their customer service has no idea what they are conveying. I called multiple times and got different answers every time. Shipment sent from Greece to US before June 1st is still nowhere to be found July 16. And now it is given to a “third party” without any information of who and no tracking. I will never use them or accept shipments from them for my business.

This is a 2nd rate company at best. They were totally convoluted, unclear, and lack thoroughness in their needs to ship my personal articles abroad to Spain. By the time they made their unique and additional requirements clear it was too late (an additional 3-4 days) to receive the articles. Total incompetance from an outfit that should have this problem solved and streamlined. Of course, they jammed me with this information after I already paid the excessive shipping charges. I will never use (and I hope I never need to use) DHL EVER again. I would encourage others to explore alternative carriers as well.

I would give a -1 star if I could. I live in Lubbock TX, they deliver in the morning at 8 am. I work nights or I go to work at that time. Always inconvenient. I requested a redelivery and the carrier did not receive the notification. I left a note on the door and they disregarded it. They requested signature. Also, unpredictable: they state a date for delivery and then delivery 2 days early or late, never as listed.

Worst experience ever, an international deliver that was supposed to take take 4 days, delayed 9 more days because the system coulnt handle the hours, signature release, drivers coordination, and overall lack of competent personel willing to take responsibility, good luck trying to get their robbots to keep you on the customer service chat line. I’m still waiting on my package. They keep just putting it on hold after saying they tried to deliver and no one was home. That’s a lie. Me and my husband were home all day and never got a phone call. I keep getting told it will deliver the next day, the next day comes and they push it off again. Worse delivery service.

Worst service going . Must have rang these 100 times requesting a delivery for when i took 3 days off work waiting for the requested delivery , never came . Avoid at all costs , all lies and no communication , worst ever . Stay well away

Customer Service would not change an address, all I needed was a suite change. and the rep refused, telling me I had to call USPS, I waited 30 minutes for a rep, they absolutely suck!!!! Plus he did not speak clear english.
