Approved for credit account of £500. 1st order received but returned in full due to wrong sizes etc. 2nd order accepted and confirmed delivery date. Just received an email on the day of 2nd delivery that they are cancelling my order and my credit account. Not very professional, is it?

Now only offering sizes 10 - 32 so no longer for mature women of a mature size! Will pass this year's catalogue on to my ultra slim granddaughter though I doubt these styles will suit her!

What a bad customer service. I been pick up collection from JD sports. My son order from his email ID and use my bank card. I got everything with my id , Bank card but they what my son photo I'd. Looks like they are the most secure company in with world, getting most secure items in this world.

This company should be investigated for their misconduct and lack of due diligence. They allowed fraud to occur in my name and dismissed my complaint. DO NOT use them, hundreds of similar complaints across social and web. They don’t give two hoots

Ah.... where to start? It's now 16 full days now since I unfortunately stumbled on JD Williams page selling a tv I was looking for. I think it was £28 cheaper than Argos. Oh man was that not the worst £28 I've ever "saved". Between them and their "carrier" I'm almost demented. They were supposed to deliver to me on Friday passed, this was a full week after I was supposed to get it. The van was too big to get under the railway bridge. There's a five minutes away (less) alternative route that they couldn't find (never looked for). I was then told it would need to go via a smaller van. It's now late Monday afternoon and not a peep about when I should get the tv. Emailed them and asked when should I expect it? Reply: "I have looked into this and can see a small van has been requested for you. Our small van team will then be in touch with available dates. Kind Regards, ArrowXL Team. I asked agin today. Reply: A small van is specially requested by our team as we do not usually operate from them. This can take around 5 working days or more for one to become available Kind Regards, ArrowXL Team. I'm now fairly confident that I'm indeed dealing with the Chuckle Brothers. I've contacted JD Williams to ask for my money back and they can hang on to their TV. I'm still waiting on a reply I won't hold my breath...... Don't buy anything from these people. Just order from Argos or pop in and collect. I'll probably not get the tv before Christmas now. Absolutely terrible customer service..... NEVER EVER AGAIN

Items ordered on the 18.11.22 and lost in transit. Lied to by customer services who said they had reordered (28.11.22) and were on the way. Nothing recorded on system! Spoke to another representative on the 1.12.22 who continually huffed down the phone. Said I could have refund but I would have to reorder the items myself as they are now out of stock, what a joke. Will not be using this company again and will sure everyone knows how bad they are. Get your act together JD Williams

As usual what a rubbish company. They are willing to charge you next day delivery but you never received it because they will not stop using EVRI to deliver their orders. When you get in touch with them they refused to help in any way and have no way of contacting the courier, which again is useless. I ordered next day delivery and it was supposed to delivered yesterday at my work between 5.00pm and 6.00pm. We close at 5pm but I stuck around as I was told that it might be a bit late and that they could delivered up to 8pm. I stay at my office in an unsafe place until 8pm and no delivery. I had conformation today 03/11/2022 that it would be delivered between 11.30am and 12.30pm. Wouldn't you know it, it did not arrive. Now they are saying anytime between 5.30pm and 6.30pm. I then had a very circular conversation with the webchat which was utterly utterly useless, with absolutely no resolve. What is the point in charging premium delivery when you do not get a premium service!!!!!

I do not have a credit account but pay for my goods before I get them I phoned to ask them why I was showing a balance of £27 when I didn't have an account I was told by a really rude woman that it was because I'd bought a dress in march on account I told her the dress was paid for by debit card and that's what is showing on my account and I haven't opened a credit account I was told to shut up and listen if I wanted her to help me and I needed to get proof from my bank she then cut me off I rang straight back and was told by someone else the charge had been removed no apology .I have shopped with this company for over 10 years but never again

Do not buy anything at all of JD Williams they have become a credit card company for their high priced goods which means they start putting high amounts of interest and you will be paying off for years, been with them for 10 years and had no problems, now on my account which i pay every month i found my balance was not going down but up and sent an email to give me an explanation and still no further forward with it, wasting time with customer care because there isn't one, they are lying and also will reverse the charges of telephone calls to your mobile buffer, they are scammers, it amounts to fraud, this company should be struck off and not allowed to trade anymore, i stopped buying off them 9 months ago and i never will trade with them ever again. They are all foreign speaking people from a call centre and are taking your hard earned money each month to keep JD William in Business. The problem is who is in charge because it's not the catalogue it used to be, if you do not pay interest goes up with a £12 extra payment, i am going to take my complaint to the Citizens Advice, i suffer with health problems and high blood pressure and i have had a few mini strokes because of the pressure this company has put me through over the last 6 months. My balance on 18 October2021 was £671.78 my balance for 5 March 2022 is £638.-09 and payments each month i was paying £30 to £40 and then decided to just pay the minimum payment of £25 68 , but only £5.00 is coming off my account and the Interest of £20.00 goes to JD Williams until it can be sorted out, it is disgusting, they should be closed down, does the FCA know about what customers are having to pay, the answer i think is NO

AVOID JD Williams or Marisota or any associated company, they are useless, charge way too much interest and do not offer to help their customers they just take your money and don't care, worst company ever

I have been looking for a comfortable bra for a while. I have been ordering from other companies and sending them back it must be 5 companies one even took my payment but the bra never turned up. I will always look at JD Williams first as my bras arrived today and I tried on straight away as all my bras are uncomfortable and finding one with wide sides is so comfortable and at a very good price. A very happy and comfortable customer.

Please do not take on a account with this company .Before you know it they start adjusting your APR to ridiculous amount then moan that you should be paying more than the minimum payment(but still send flyers offering discounts etc....all in the bin)...yes I was until you lot got out of hand !....can't wait until its all paid off ,never having anything again from them! I'm sure half what they do is verging on illegal.

Absolute Rob dogs of a company do not use. Their interest rate are awful. I am currently having my account investigated privately. My payment is due today which will be paid as I do every month and last month paid a large amount of and still Have to pay a large minimum amount this month. A word of warning do not accept credit increases Jd Williams just rip you off. Once this I paid off will be closing my account will never ever order from this company ever again.

Oh dear I wish I had read these reviews before opening my account. Gave me a credit limit of £125, products arrived no problem, paid over minimum payment now credit facility has disappeared. Spoke to someone on their fb contact page, apparently my account is being "reviewed" so I cannot use credit facility, if I want anything i have to pay straight away. Who operates a company like this????!!! You can't cancel a credit agreement that has been signed and you've already sent me products, how ridiculous. Avoid at all costs if I were you.

Ordered iPad 9/2/21, bank authorised payment, J D Williams confirmed order and I expected delivery in 3-5 days. Three days later I received an email stating that my iPad would not be delivered because payment had been declined and I needed to contact my bank. I checked on-line banking, no problems there as the payment was pending so I rang J D Williams. I managed to speak to ‘Theo’, explained the situation but he insisted that there was certainly a problem with the payment card. At this point I was beginning to get paranoid thinking that hackers had got my card details so I wanted answers from Theo. He first said that I might not have lived at this address long enough (30 years) then my partner must have cloned my card (No) and then stated that they couldn’t send the order as my card was registered to a different address. I insisted that he tell me what address they held for my card and he said that he wasn’t allowed to tell me, referring me back to my bank. I then spoke to the bank again, no problems with anything at all with the card, in fact my account showed the money pending for payment of the iPad £329. The penny then dropped! iPads are in short supply so I’m guessing that either it was never in stock or somebody within the company has given preference to a ‘friend’ and cancelled my order. It would have been a lot less stressful for me if they had told the truth! This is my first and certainly the last time that I will ever use this company. Absolute shambles of a non existent customer service.

I was only trying to buy a bread bin. The site constantly demands that you take out credit. Can’t be bothered now. How many sales are you losing vs credit income? Best to you’re employees, friends and family ❤️

Awful customer service. Shockingly bad. I was sent a faulty wardrobe, I had to call them four times and kept getting told completely different things by every person in customer service I spoke to. Was told I could buy the same wardrobe but would have to pay out another £200. I explained their goods were faulty and I needed a replacement. Was told the returns team would call me in 24-48 hours, didn't happen. When I called again was told that the returns team don't call and would email me or write a letter "soon". Asked to speak to the returns team myself, was told that wasn't possible. Asked to speak to the complaints team, was told they didn't have one! A company this size doesn't have a complaints team?! Then when I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes and then cut off. This is the first time I have bought from them and would never ever use again. Still haven't managed to return the faulty wardrobe. Worst customer service I have ever received. Would never recommend to anyone.
