Poor coordination with their suppliers for delivery (3 delays, extending delivery date by 6 weeks), broken item upon delivery, collection of broken item firstly scheduled for the wrong date and secondly they did not turn up. Customer services friendly, but do not follow up with requested information within agreed timeframes. I strongly recommend that you use an alternative company.

APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Just sold us the wrong boiler then take no responsibility. Contact Sorghum Birch and treat us reasonably!

Tap arrived scratches and missing parts, phoned plumb nation to get a replacement. Lied to about a replacement being sent from manufacturers now trying to get a refund but being left on hold or promised call back that never happens. Only thing left to do is involve trading standards. Would never use this company again

Obdurate sums up Plumbnation's approach to after sales service in my case. They did not accept my complaint of incorrect supply and request for customer consideration. They repeatedly quoted terms and conditions of sale and exhibited total lack of empathy and goodwill. They state their aim of resolving customer complaints quickly on first contact and going the extra mile to resolve issues, but I experienced none of this. If you want quick delivery, they are excellent. Customer care and consideration I found are the complete opposite. I will not deal with Plumbnation again.

After ordering a cylinder from plumb nation, it took them two days to advise that the unit is not available, the refund still hasent landed back into our company account a week later after being advised otherwise. this company is quick to take the cash but slow to respond to customer complaints. I wouldn't recommend this company nor will I purchase from them. Enough said.

I ordered a Grohe tap, which took nearly a month to arrive. When It arrived it wasn't suitable. I sent it back via UPS, but unfortunately during transit the box got damaged and Plumb Nation are taking 40%! of the cost of the tap and refunding me the balance. They're customer service are very unsupportive and I wouldn't buy anything from them again. Why should I have to go through the hassle of trying to claim compensation from the courier service for my loss.

No address on my delivery? So I paid for next day delivery only to collect on the 3rd day and over a total of 2 hours travel to pick the parcel up. Also my phone number was on the package? Data protection act required, my number is my personal info and not free for everyone to see. Terrible service and I hope they learn that I shall not return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVEN IF IT'S CHEAPER.

Ordered item, waited 3 weeks, I phoned to ask where item was, told it was out for delivery and would be with me the next day, I phoned again 4 days later, told that they would speak to the distributer and email me with an update, no email came, I phoned again the next day and told that the item wasn't in stock and I would have to wait for over another week to receive the item. I cancelled the order with them and went else where. I don't deal with liars. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. Don't make the same mistake that I did. You have been warned.

See the guys are still consistently ripping people off and still trading😀. Having said that they are up to 1.6 out of 5 so at least they're trying 🤣 Scum bags ( travis Perkins owned btw)

Extremely poor customer support. After the sale was made, no effort to re-mediate the 13 day delay or the expenses incurred due to the delay (contractors + travel). Would strongly recommend never to do business with this company. The "customer support" employee (McGee) explicitly chose not to connect me with their manager, despite my persistence. Clear lack of business etiquette and customer support leaves a visibly considerable amount to be desired.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a product from this website as it was the cheapest I could find. Paid for next day delivery. Order did not arrive and then I received an email saying it would come the following week, which is 5 days after my order was placed.

ordered items on 13th March. confirmed they would deliver in 5-7 days. heard nothing from them. they then sent an email on 29th March that delivery will be on 11 April. I informed of such a delay. I also advise of delivery address is incorrect. It was my credit card address. despite several emails to change the delivery address they refused to do this. even though it was almost 2 weeks before the delivery date they gave. the customer service was very poor. the insisted I cancel the order as they would not change the delivery address !

Product not delivered and customer services team is incompetent. After 2 weeks being told that it can take 4 weeks for a refund. No product and left out of pocket

Warning! Do not use this company, they do not deliver the items and then advise that they must have been lost in the post. They will not refund the money paid and will not escalate to any management. This is a fraudulent company.

Unbelievably bad service. Ordered a shower pump 5 weeks ago and I've still not received it. It seems it has got lost by there carrier and there not willing to replace it or refund my money, consequently I've lost the work because of there incompetence. I will never use them again and if you reading this I strongly recommend that you don't either

The radiator arrived packaged for our new kitchen and when opened was damaged on the front panel with a large scratch. The packaging was not damaged at all so I assumed that the product inside would be in good condition. Evidently this radiator was packaged knowing there was a scratch on the front. When I asked for a replacement I was told that the item should have been checked straight away (within 2 days of receiving) and as it was not there was nothing they could do! Really?! This is a heavy radiator and I am a small woman who could not have possibly checked it on my own. Bad product and terrible customer service. Will never purchase from them again. Customer service is critical for retaining customers

Absolutely terrible and fraudulent. Item was faulty and CS was terrible. Had to contact the roduct manufacturer to get them to apply pressure to accept the return. They then organised the return of the faulty item to the manufacturer rather than themselves to circumvent PayPal buyer protections. 3 months I have been attempting to receive a refund for a faulty item through. I have even contacted the manufacturer who confirms they have released the payment to the company to refund me. They still have not refunded me and are now in possession of the funds fro the manufacturer also! Absolutely shambolic and fraudulent company. They need to go out of business.
