Ordered Dimplex fire from this company. E mailed me a delivery date, then out of the blue they changed the delivery date. No reason given. The fire had very slight damage to the surround, which was only spotted by my eagle eyed mother in law. Phoned to complain, but didn't want to know. Contacted Dimplex direct to get it sorted. Pleasure to deal with. Would never use this company again.

Just try getting through to this company by phone when your order does not arrive, as mine didn't last week, despite paying well over the odds for a nominated delivery day... you will waste a lot of time and money attempting to get through to the call centre in Liverpool. Garbled, rubbish excuses, that changed each time,and still no goods. Order 'lost' with the supplier, then supplier unable to give any idea of delivery date etc., etc. Worse is the fact that the company promised to send me an email straightaway, confirming my credit card refund when I cancelled the order, and this has still not happened. Truly appalling customer service. Terrible company. Avoid like the plague.

Took the order and payment no problem. Advised by email the delivery date. However didn't deliver. When queried they admitted the item had not been sent. Another wasted day!!

I am reluctantly giving one star because there is nothing lower. I ordered basin taps and shower taps on 30 December last year. I received an email saying that these items would be delivered in 5-7 days. After chasing the order due to none delivery i was told the goods would be delivered on Friday 20 January. Nothing arrived. I contacted Plumbnation again on Monday 23 January to be told the fittings were not in stock but were expected Wednesday and they would phone back to give delivery date. It's now Thursday 26 January and I've had to contact Plumbnation again, only to be told delivery will be Monday 30th January. Nobody seems to care at Plumbnation which is very disappointing because 3 years ago the service was very good .... it's definitely gone down the pan.

Ordered boiler part, and selected and paid for next day delivery. I confirmed this over live chat when placing the order, and was assured all was ok. waited today all day no delivery , worse ever company i have seen , avoid.

Ordered over £1000 worth of goods, and selected and paid for next day delivery. I confirmed this over live chat when placing the order, and was assured all was ok. As soon as the order was placed, I received an email, then another stating the estimated delivery date, which was quite a few days after the one I paid extra for. Tried to use the online chat again and was blocked, as it is only for customers that haven't ordered yet. Emailed with no reply. Phoned, and after a long wait, was told I had not selected a delivery date (even tho I am 100% sure I did, and they charged me for it). I was told the order had already gone out so the date could not be switched for next day (Not sure why as they said they use their own courier on their site) but they could have it delivered a day earlier than the one they emailed and they would email a confirmation. I agreed to continue with the order. After finishing on the phone, and waiting for a confirmation (which didnt arrive) I read these reviews. Doubting the order would even turn up in a week, correctly, or at all, I decided to cancel the order. Have waited half an hour for a cancellation email (as promised) but none has arrived. I seriously doubt I will get a refund without a chargeback. If I dont receive a prompt refund, I will also be leaving an honest review on Trustpilot.

These guys are a collection of donkeys, which now that I think about it is offensive to donkeys! When I rang to place an order, I was explicit that I needed the items as soon as possible. They assured me that they would be delivered on a Wednesday and I've just been told they now won't arrive until the following Monday. I will definitely not be ordering anything from them again.

I ordered a Dimplex Club electric stove LED version from PlumbNation. It arrived promptly, put in situ, all fine. When emptying the paperwork from the box I noticed a litte slip of paper advising of which candle bulbs to use. I had ordered and paid for an an LED fire! On phoning PlumbNation I was advised to phone Dimplex to check. I refused to do this as my contract was with PlumbNation not Dimplex. My husband checked and we had indeed been sent the wrong fire. After calling PlumbNation on several occasions over a few days, they never returned my calls, I was eventually told that Dimplex had a problem with the LED fires and were not sending them out anymore. I called Dimplex myself who told me this was untrue. I had been missold and charged the higher price for the cheaper fire! PlumbNation offered a discount of £10.00 even though the bulb version was more than £10 cheaper. A complete shambles and it worries me how many people think they have purchased an LED fire which would never need bulbs replacing who will discover further down the line they were missold. I did thankfully get a refund but I was very angry that PlumbNation thought they could charge me for an LED version and send an identical looking fire obviously in the hope I wouldn't notice! Therefore I would not recommend this company.

I would not trust these people to sit the right way round on the toilet. I needed to place a large order, I typed up the order using the codes off their website. I then rang to confirm my order was received and all the items were in stock and could be delivered the next day. All was confirmed. Over the course of the next day, 7 van drivers arrived at my house with parts of the order, all in the same vans, so the order came in dribbs and drabs, once I had two drivers here at the same time. When I unpacked the order I had several wrong items - because the photos on the website were the wrong ones! Also, I received 2 toilet pumps when I ordered central heating pumps. I phoned back and spoke to Dan who said nothing could be done until Monday, when the job was due to start on Saturday! Dan agreed to deliver the items to site on Monday. When Monday came, the items were not av available, they would have to come on Tuesday. We asked if they could now come to the house - no they had to go to site because of "the rules". So we waited at site to collect the correct pumps and hand back the wrong pumps. But they didn't go to site they turned up at the house instead - which is against their own rules. I have complained but have not had an acknowledgement. I asked to speak to a manager - but was advised there aren't any. Which is an absolute lie, the delivery drives advised that there are managers on site. I asked for some compensation as a gesture to retain future business from me - this is not possible, again another lie. All things are possible. If you want the correct items delivered as agreed - please save yourself all the stress and go elsewhere. They are cheap for a reason.

Absolute joke! Paid for gas fire nearly 3 weeks ago only to be told firstly it was out of stock and secondly to be promised 3 different delivery dates and still waiting now! I will never use them again and strongly urge others not to.

Ordered a Mira shower tray and was told 4 to 5 working days and it did not turn up, then told it will be here soon but it never showed. It took nearly a month by that time I lost the plumber to other work, I could have walked from Liverpool to the Mira factory in Hull with a wheelbarrow to get one in the time they took !! At the time Mira were celebrating the millionth shower tray off the line and I only wanted one, AVOID.

Do NOT use this company, they take your money, send you faulty goods then they don't refund you the money, I'm still waiting for over £400 they owe me, they have had the faulty goods for over 2 weeks now. The service is terrible, they lie, they are basically thieves.

Radiator turned up damaged but I didn't notice until unpacked. They blamed me for damaging while unpacking!! Finally threatened to get a Solicitor involved and they paid up. Nightmare look elsewhere before using these.

QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY SLOOOW... TO DO THE REST Messed my job completely,my customer WAS furious The Boiler was ordered on Friday,it could not be delivered on Monday so we agreed for Tuesday morning. 1 Tuesday the boiler didn t turn up so I rang them, they put on hold for few minutes and then said: YOUR BOILER WILL BE WITH YOU BEFORE 5 PM 2 Wednesday the boiler didn t turn up AGAIN!!!!!! I rang them, they put on hold for few minutes and then said: YOUR BOILER WILL BE WITH YOU BEFORE 5 PM I left the job at 5 pm and noone turned up i called them again BEFORE i left the job to tell them how unimpressed i was i said i wanted to cancel THE ORDER but they saud it would take 3 working days to get my money back so i demanded to talk to THE MANAGER and guess what HE WAS OUT for lunch at 2 pm,i told them to send my message to him and to call me back once he had finished his LOOOONG lunch YEAH RIGHT NO CALL BACK. 3 Apparently the boiler turned up at 5 50 pm on wednesday the customer told me,the driver said he got told about the order on WEDNESDAY 3 30 PM UNBELIAVABLE...MADNESS... what they care about is money only. NO MORE PLUMBNATION for me i d rather get the boiler 50 pounds dearer some wherelse

I am truly appalled by the way Plumbnation treat their customers. I ordered a Grohe Shower which was delivered to my house. The item was packed in brown paper to conceal the fact that the packaging was torn and the shower had clearly been used.After numerous emails and telephone calls, it has been 12 days and yet I have not received a refund. Be aware Plumbnation the customer service team lacks even the most basic training and when asked for a refund they aim to harass customers by delaying the process.

AVOID - LET DOWN - took 8 weeks to complete order promised all goods within 14 days - took 8 weeks.kept promising delivery had 3 days off work to receive goods which didnt turn up.Every time you chase them they charge you 10p a minute for the privilege. Now i have a faulty item and they will not replace it as its over 2 weeks since the original order delivery date very very very let down - no good comments from me
