“Hello, my driving belt broke yesterday near Colchester in Essex. Scott, the RAC representative, together with his trainee were excellent. They immediately diagnosed the problem, enabled me to get to the garage and facilitated a speedy repair. Many thanks, Scott & colleague for being so brilliant.”

“RAC breakdown. The lady on the breakdown helpline was very pleasant and helpful but sorry did not get her name. The patrol man got to me in 20 mins. Mark patrol number 4213 replaced my dead battery and checked oil which was in need of a top-up with great efficiency, what a lovely guy so helpful and knowledgeable, my car is now back on the road, thank you Mark & RAC”

“Amazing service off of the gentleman that came to our rescue. After breaking down on the A52 on our way to the Peak District for a family holiday, we couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and friendly recovery driver. He arrived pretty much at the time we was told he would and the service he provided was excellent. Even though he couldn’t fix the car at the side of the road he went above and beyond, to make sure we were able to carry on to our destination. This included getting a hire car for us, taking our car to a RAC approves garage. Absolutely Amazing service from this guy... soo helpful.”

“Brilliant service. Vauxhall corsa had a couple misfires on motorway but I carried on until St Mawes. I strongly suspected the coil system (again). Called out RAC at 4.15 and they promptly arrived at 5.20. Fitted a new coil and checked all levels on oil and water. Gone and sorted by 6pm”

“RAC PATROL MAN WAS A ABSOLUTE GEM FROM START TO FINISH. HE WALKED ME THROUGH REPAIRS AND POSSIBLE FAULTS ON MY VEHICLE. VERY UNDERSTANDING AND SYMPATHETIC TOWARDS MY CIRCUMSTANCES. 7 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ALL ROUND. THANK YOU SO MUCH. PATROL MAN: CARLTON. NUMBER: 2136.”

“Free service user with barclays RAC rarely dissapoint RAC came to home address to look at Car went into Limp home mode 2 hour wait and kept calling to keep me updated. They managed to reset fault and provide output of codes for my garage. No issues since with car since saved a repair bill”

“I have owned a car for almost 60years and never needed to call a breakdown service. Recently I changed my car and had free RAC Breakdown service included in the purchase price of the car. Yesterday, I needed to call the service and I received attention within the hour. The young man was very smart, polite and knowledgeable and fixed my car rapidly. I am most impressed.”

“RAC Key Insurance 5* - Thanks to KeyLocator and Soter PS (claims). Lost my keys, returned 3 weeks later after Xmas, but my car key £200 worth was making the lights flash, but not unlocking the door! RAC claim was dealt with by SoterPS with no tears or cost.”

“I've been stranded twice in the last 3 weeks,with what has turned out to be the same problem,each time,many miles from home!. The RAC on each occasion has been brilliant,and the contracted out teams to get my car to the(same) garage and me back home ... excellent!!!!......I've been in the RAC for ever!!!, and not had any problems!! Of course,you can wait for some time,but hey, without them you could get really stuck!!!”

“Patrol 5160 Lee... He rescued me. First class service from start to finish. The wait was less than an hour which is pretty good. Two texts and a phone call saying he's on his way. My problem was a wheel nut broke as I changed a wheel and I couldn't undo it. It was a bit tricky, actually broke his socket set handle, but he percevered. Really great service, Lee was friendly yet professional. Never complained, just got on with it. From start to finish it was a top service... Highly recommended.”
