“Honestly, I wasn't going to write a review, until I received a THIRD annoying email begging me to, so here it is.
1) Stop with the emails. I just went to one game on vacation. I don't want to hear from you again.
2) Why do you think I am interested in watching the NBA when I attended a baseball game in [checks notes] .... TOKYO?
3) Your pricing is manipulative and should be illegal. I appreciate there are inevitably going to be fees, but you should be forced to display this egregious almost 100% mark-up while browsing, not at the point of sale.
So there's your review, thanks.”
“Easy process to get tickets with preview of seat’s view. The only downside is the anticipation of when to get the tickets transferred. I bought tickets back in April but didn’t get them until a few days before the concert. I know it gives guarantee but it still made me nervous, specially hearing horror stories from other people who got scammed. BTS was great that I ended up purchasing tickets for the second day the next morning. Those tickets got transferred instantly. Overall, very happy with my experience.”
“Easy to get too and safe. Alittle longer walk then expected, but it stretched the legs after sitting for along time. Thank you for letting us park in the lot.”
“Easy transactions through the Stubhub app. Although I didn't use the parking (took light rail due to the walking distance to theconcert from the spot I chose),my Stubhub transaction was fast and accurate.”
