“My tickets would not transfer. I spent 3 hours troubleshooting with customer service. They kept saying that there was nothing more they could do because they were just a third party. I tried everything they asked never got my tickets. I went to another vendor, bought tickets, transferred with the same process and received my tickets. I have bought thousands of dollars of tickets from Stubhub, but this will be my last. Can't believe they take no responsibility when they take people's money.”
“Very happy with the entire process. Would use again. Great front row seats to the Morgan Jay show in Rochester. Front far right side when looking at the stage. Chairs comfortable. I wish the show was longer! Great venue! Great performer! Would go there again and see him or other acts also. Entrance/exit process was very fast and organized. Beautiful old theater! The venue is not huge so basically any seat gives you a nice view. Lots of parking in car parks near by the venue and food places.”
