“After bought the ticket there was a specific row and parking space number, but when we tried to find this number while inside the parking building we noticed that only the row number exists, but the specific number of the parking space didn’t exist. So we parked in the first available space.”
“Not worth the money. The doors opened late. The show started late. The show ended before 9:45p. No meet and greet. No merchandise. Tracey did not meet expectations. His crowd work was weak. He read jokes off a sheet of paper and seemed more interested in impressing his girl who was just off stage than putting on a good show. He showed more energy at the Knicks game the next day. Maybe I’ll go see him there. The casino was ok. They did not offer drink specials. The crowd was stiff and boring. I would have left early too.”
“We had a good experience overall. The original seller did not provide the tickets to us by the morning of the event. However, Stubhub was able to provide us with replacement tickets and we had great seats and a great time!!”
“We got great seats at a great price the day of the Broadway Show we wanted to see. We weren’t sure of our plans so waited until last minute and Stubhub came through!”
“So here's the deal. I purchased tx 24 hours prior to my event originally with VIVID. They "Guaranteed" the tx to me by noon the next day. However, at noon they said they could no longer honor the guarantee. VIVID gave me a refund, which was useless to me as I had spent $$$ on accommodations and travel to my event. I then went to STUBHUB in which I got the Tx right away. THANK YOU STUBHUB!!!!”
“-0 out of 10 i do not recommend at all, had a delay with my tickets , missed over a hour and half of my event. They refused to give me any of my money back, if it wasn’t for ticketmaster i wouldn’t have got in, I stood outside over an hour all my friends were able to enjoy, and then there’s me stuck outside after i paid 345$ for a ticket NEVER again the absolute worst concert experience of my life thanks for nothing stubhub👎🏽”
“Ordered 2 tickets in a seated section for a show my wife wanted to see. Everything looked good until I got the email tickets: Seats were General Admission? A simple error I thought. I contacted stub hub via the chat bot. Wow! Just kept copy/Pasting some FAQ information about how tickets were not refundable. When I complained they told me I could just re sell them on stub hub. When asked how much that would cost me they said people often make money doing that! Really? When I tried I lost 35% the cost of tickets. Stay away from this company. Customer service is useless. They refuse to give me the number for head office”
“I highly recommend avoiding this platform at all costs for reselling tickets. I had purchased the same seats for back to back NHL games. For the first game I transferred the tickets to them for buyer transfer, which happened a month ago with email confirmation. They confused it with the next day seats where I transferred directly as requested (different sale times). After a dozen emails and 4-5 phone calls this remains unresolved and they are threatening to $ penalize me along with not providing ticket proceeds. Stick to Ticketmaster and other platforms. Never again.”
“Very concerning experience with StubHub.
On March 14 at approximately 8:18 AM, I was browsing tickets for the Sting Concert May 6 and attempting to check the final price before deciding whether to purchase.
Instead of showing a clear confirmation step, the payment suddenly processed and my credit card was charged $433.
This transaction went through without any fingerprint or biometric confirmation, which is normally required on my device for purchases. In other words, the charge was processed without my authorization.
I immediately contacted StubHub and requested that the order be canceled. I explained that the purchase had not been authorized and that I had only been trying to view the final price and compare options.
Without knowing the exact seat assignment, final total price, or checking other platforms, I would never have finalized a purchase.
The tickets were sent but I have not accepted them and they remain unused. Despite reporting the issue immediately and not accepting the transfer, StubHub refused to void the order.
To make matters worse, the same tickets are available on other platforms such as Vivid Seats for around $366, meaning StubHub added over $80 in service fees.
A responsible company should investigate and reverse a charge that appears to have processed without proper authorization, especially when it is reported immediately and the tickets have not been accepted or used.
Instead, StubHub chose to enforce the charge and refuse cancellation. Because of this, I am now forced to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and file formal consumer complaints.
Buyers should be extremely cautious when using StubHub, as their checkout process can result in unauthorized purchases and excessive hidden fees, with little support when problems arise.”
“This company is arguably the worst company I've ever had the unfortunate experience to mistakenly use their service for tickets. Infind them to be scammers and crooks buyer beware and inrecommend other companies”
“Fkn horrible. My 6yo granddaughter was let down after DAYS of excitement and a 4 hour drive. Wtaf are y'all doing?! A refund and then sold out? I already knew it was sold out. You forced me to take another gamble or a refund and my granddaughter cried for quite awhile after we were in the parking lot of Garret coliseum ready to go in with full KPOP inspired outfits. Fk y'all, respectfully tho.”
