“I bought a ticket to The Rolling Stones Concert from Stubhub on 6/11/24 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philly. I had booked an overnight hotel and purchased train tickets for this concert. The seller "Fidel" posted the ticket having a clear view. When I arrived at the concert, I had an OBSTRUCTED VIEW! A tent completely blocked the view of the stage and you could only see the screens on the sides of the stage I was VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED! I WAS CHEATED!”

“Bought tickets to Jake Paul Mike Tyson fight. firstly they scammed us by making the tickers look like they were front row when in fact they were 100 rows back. we thought we were paying $8000 then when we paid it shot up to $12000. 2 days later the real front row tickets were displayed and the price dropped to $100. “Stubhub is a shady business! Customer service was horrible and at the end of the day I never got into the Dave Matthews concert.
One of my tickets worked the other was invalid. Spoke to 2 customer service reps, the first the call went down and never got a call back. The second escalated my call 3 times and never received a ticket!
At the end of the day received a coupon, but never my service fees or taxes! There was no “100% guarantee” anything and never got into the concert!
Wonder if Stub Hub will be accountable!”
