“Stubhub always makes getting last minute tickets easy and at great prices. Never any issues. Super easy to purchase tickets and it’s fast. Tickets emailed within minutes.”
“The process to purchase tickets was easy from start to finish. Website easy to use. I chose my seats..paid and there was a quick response on how to retrieve the tickets. They checked in with parking info and there were also reminders. I was very pleased with the service.”
“The show was perfect if I could see withe the group in front blocked our view 80% of the show had to watch the big screen which wasn't great. But the music was great! The seats were horribly uncomfortable. I'll never attend another concert there. People stamping g your hand at the entry way were rude. Sand n dirt everywhere ( I had no idea an wore heels!!) The walk from the parking lot to the concert area wasn't pleasant all n all
Music terrific but other than that we were miserable. I would never recommend the place. I had easy peasy ticket purchase with subhub no problems. Actually the were great reminding me to print my tickets..smooth.”
“Do not use StubHub. They screwed me on Master Tickets literally 15 hrs before Sunday event. Can’t get my money back. Excuse after excuse. Never again”
“These guys suck!!! I had some problems with a seller and they agreed to refund my money so i bought 2 new tickets. A few days later, i got an email stating they resolved the issue with the seller and i got a cryptic email with links to open the day of the concert. No more refund. Now I'm stuck with 4 tickets instead of the 2 i wanted and if i relist them, I'll have to eat $200 because of their fees. Stick with Ticketmaster. Way smoother!!! What a waste of time and money!!”
“Purchased pre sale Chris brown tickets for NJ in April. Got a text today saying the seller couldn't buy the tickets a month later and they offered me worse seats and a 11 dollar voucher. I opted for a full refund and I will be going through a different place to buy tickets in a diff state terrible business practice. Do better. If the tickets aren't garenteed don't offer them simple as that. And the fact they said you prob won't even get your tickets until day of the even absolutely not red flag all around will never be using them again”
“I have an old gift card worth $200 that they can see and access but I can not. SInce I no longer have the email with the access code, they say they can't do anything to help me access my gift card. I was originally told that they could fix it within 48-72 hours. After 3 months worth of calling and "escalating" my issue, I was told today that they can't do anything to help. Horrible customer service and a complete waste of time and money.”
