“Bought a ticket on stubhub to a show that required a physical wristband. Once I purchased, I immediately got a notification from FedEx that a package is on its way to me. I received the wristband in 2 days, for a great price! Walked into the festival no problem, was a great experience”
“Bought tickets July 27th for a concert on October 19th. Stub hub showed that tickets would be released at 4pm on the 19th. Day of show 3 hours before show started. Checked at 4 then again at 430. No tickets. Had to text with auto bot many times before getting a human. After 6 different times of having to text with auto bot then a human. Finally got a person to call me and finally at 710pm I was able to get different tickets than what I originally purchased. Had to go through all this while working. Extremely frustrating especially since I purchased the tickets 3 months in advance. For all my trouble I was sent a $15 coupon for another purchase. Not sure that I feel comfortable ever buying thru Stubhub ever again. I will say the person that finally called me and handled it did a great job. Other than that it was an awful experience!!!”
“Loved the show! Seats were great! My only issue was that I purchased a parking pass when I purchased the tickets. The parking pass NEVER arrived. How can I get a refund for that part of my purchase?”

“The purchase process was smooth, overall I didn’t get my tickets till like 20 minutes before show. Very upset normally I like to arrive 60 minutes before it starts to avoid long lines. Wish you all would get mobile tickets to customers sooner if there tickets have to be replaced.”
