What did not make me happy is that I paid almost $30 for a premium parking pass and the lot specified on the pass turned out to be free. I would like a refund for the parking pass, and have filed a request for this.”

“First time using them. Never got tickets despite messaging them I never received a transfer email but despite showing evidence i never received it when it was already too late. Kept on talking to AI bots rather a human to handle case. The fan protect was not able to find tickets similar and ended up with a full refund but missed the event entirely. Really stressful ordeal. Would not recommend.”
