StubHub is a huge ripoff. I bought tickets. Day before show I get an email. The email says pick 2 new tickets because the seller can’t deliver. None of them are even close to what I had purchased. No where did it say that I could get a refund. I call to ask for the difference back because the tickets aren’t comparable they say they can’t do anything. Never purchase from here. Deceptive emails and ripoff

I purchased tickets for the Rolling Stones. I shared the tickets with my husband who shared them back to me at which point they were inaccessible. I called multiple times and was told not to worry, we would get the tickets. That never happened. So we are just out money with no recourse

Bought tickets to Jake Paul Mike Tyson fight. firstly they scammed us by making the tickers look like they were front row when in fact they were 100 rows back. we thought we were paying $8000 then when we paid it shot up to $12000. 2 days later the real front row tickets were displayed and the price dropped to $100. Fight was postponed to a date we couldnt make and so we had to cancel our Flights from south africa and now stub hub refuse to refund us. they wont even give us the tickets so we can't sell them. DO NOT DEAL WITH STUB HUB THEY ARE DECEPTIVE

Absolutely ABYSSMAL customer service. I ordered 3 tickets and never got one of them. I spent all day on the phone with these clowns trying to get my ticket and never got any answers about what happened. I will NEVER purchase tickets through stub hub again.

Bought "great seats" for 10xs what they are selling for. The $100 service fee is a joke. Wanted to resell them but was told my listing is inactive as it is 24 hours before the event, and I can't sell them anywhere else because I bought the tickets Sunday and 5 days later I still don't have my tickets. Customer service is absolutely useless. I will never buy or sell here ever again. Stay away

Sadly can’t give zero stars! Steer clear. Ripped my mate off 13-14 June. No tickets now and a £500 fee to pay for nothing. She has lost her 2 tickets and has been charged a £500 fee. And the purchaser of her tickets knows nothing about the transaction being cancelled. Something underhand going on here!

worse ticket agent- they allow their sellers to lie about what they are selling.....bought tickets for NCAA Women's final and when i got the seats, it was a diff section. and stubhub did nothing about it

Stubhub is a shady business! Customer service was horrible and at the end of the day I never got into the Dave Matthews concert. One of my tickets worked the other was invalid. Spoke to 2 customer service reps, the first the call went down and never got a call back. The second escalated my call 3 times and never received a ticket! At the end of the day received a coupon, but never my service fees or taxes! There was no “100% guarantee” anything and never got into the concert! Wonder if Stub Hub will be accountable!

Stubhub’s payment processing and communication is horrible. I sold tickets and am still owed almost $2000 and I can not access the Payment section of my account to get updated payment information. Worrying the heck of me right now.

I purchased tickets to the Pacers Knicks game. I drove 4 hours to attend the game. Paid to park, reserved a hotel room and rented a car…all to find out the scumbag sold the tickets twice! There should be a way for the tickets to have to go through a 2 step process if a person has paid for the tickets and the seller hasn’t released them immediately. I hate scammers and will protect myself in the future and not purchase from Stubhub.

I would give them a zero if possible. They are rip off artists! Hands down the most useless customer service. They lie and do not live up to their guarantees. They are extremely rude. Save yourself the time bc if it were up to these people they would let your event come and go and you would still be waiting for your tickets. They are a complete and total fraud!

Ordered ticks to see hozier in April, couldn’t go due to my father’s passing. Was told I’d get a refund. Still two months laughter and it’s in review. Trash company. I’ve called every single day since trying to get my refund and everyone is either highly rude or doesn’t speak English.

The worst customer service…would give it 0 stars if could! Don’t trust them! When I asked for a refund, more than 3 months before Rolling Stones concert after my son’s HS announced his graduation for the same day - they refused to refund my money! Even though I had NOT claimed the tickets yet. I was forced to resell them at a deep discount! They’ve lost my business.

I ordered tickets in October of 2023! On the date (one day before the event) I still HAD NOT received the tickets. The event was in June of 2024! I have been informed by 3 different people that my tickets would be available for print today at 4pm, 7pm, and 10 pm. It is now almost 8 pm the day before the event!!!! We’ve called 6-8 times today. At no time were we able to get our tickets!!! We’re hoping at 10:00 tonight we will be successful! I will NEVER do business with this company again!!!!!!!

I have had the absolute most ridiculous, awful experience using Stub Hub. I would stay as far away as possible and would not put any trust in them WHATSOEVER. I am now out $600 for an event that I am not even attending. They do not care about their customers in any way, shape or form. Steer clear! Absolutely ridiculous.

Do not use this company they are thieves and will take your money for no legitimate reason. I had to have my bank dispute a fraudulent charge beware of this company they are very unethical.

will NEVER ever use them again… bought two concert tickets a few days before the concert. each day i would get an email stating that the seller cancelled the tickets but stub hub was reaching out to get new ones.. on the day of the concert at 550pm, i received a email saying the seller canceled my tickets but stub hub would ensure my tickets arrived on time (concert started at 730). placed a phone call at 6 pm sat on hold for over 40 min only to be disconnected and therefore never got tickets because once you’re a few miles out from where my venue is, there’s no service. reached out to stubhub who said there was really nothing they could do since i reached out after the concert, even though i explained the entire timeline as stated above. spoke with them through chat and this unprofessional “ricardo” literally stated that our convo was going in circles and therefore he was disconnecting our chat. absolutely rude and unprofessional and i never got any money back. i don’t recommend them whatsoever and their “100% guarantee” is a huge scam

We spent almost $1000 on two tickets for an event 7 months in advance. Upon learning that the event DID NOT GUARANTEE US SEATS despite paying almost $500 per ticket, we decided to sell out tickets. We also learned that the tickets, paid for 7 months in advance, may not arrive by Sept 19th, at which point we would be at the event, out of state, and not able to receive them. Horrible arrangement. I spent 2 hours on the phone tonight trying to find a person who spoke clear English and who understood the policies of releasing a ticket for sale. Finally, at almost midnight, I asked for a supervisor and was told, "I don't think one will be available to pick up your call". When I asked, several times, if he meant there were no supervisors on duty, he said no, there were supervisors but "they are busy". I said I'd wait. He said I shouldn't bc they would remain busy. Repeatedly I asked if there were any supervisors even on duty, as they are a 24-hour number, and he finally admitted after 15 minutes of going round and round that NO, there aren't any supervisors on duty for the next 12 hours. The people I spoke to were unhelpful and gave conflicting information. Everyone refused to back up what they were saying with a written email. They made $350 selling me the tickets in the first place and now stand to make 15% of the value if the tickets sell. The person who buys them will also pay 10% of the sale to them. Stubhub sucks. Zero stars. Never againl
