“I didn't realize that they are secondary. Bought tickets thru them and then event was postponed for 5 months. Wouldn't offer moneyback, had to resell , then I was told that if I sell tickets soon, I have to wait until 8 days after event to get my money-back?. Great for stubhub, bad for consumer. Will never buy from your site again!!”

The seats ended up being decent but the parking pass was in a lot far away from the venue. We had to pay for a parking lot closer and these money hores would not refund my money. Listed tickets, sold them, couldn’t get them transferred after 3 tries and then told customer service only to be notified if they can’t be transferred I am responsible to compensate the buyer. “Tried to download my tickets two hours before the dodgers game. Tickets were not available. Online chat no help at all, said to contact customer service. After being on hold for several minutes , Stub Hub customer service rep told me I had to download the mlb app onto my phone, which made no sense and was of no help. After that didn’t work he hung on me while I was speaking. I eventually called enough time and got someone that did help me , two and hours later, causing me to miss the first two innings of the game. I would never recommend or buy any tickets from stub hub again !”
