“I got tickets for The George Lopez show. On StubHub it shows postponed. According to their policy at the show is postponed you cannot get a refund you can sell your tickets once the show is rescheduled. On every other site you look at there is already a reschedule date for the show but StubHub is not recognizing it so they are just holding on to my money and I can't resell or get a refund although I have sent them proof that the show has been rescheduled. Check out the Better Business Bureau before making a purchase. If the show does not get postponed you're fine.”
“Ordered tickets to see Alan Jackson's last concert in Nashville. Purchase was easy, but the tickets did not transfer immediately from the Seller. I contacted SH 4-5 times over the months from when I bought the tickets all the way up to 2 days before the concert... was definitely worried given that I purchased flights/hotel.
