“The representative who helped us (Anna?) was exceptional. Our issue was complicated and she was able to solve it even though our call was disconnected in the middle. She followed up, took care of our issue and even called me back to tell me what to do next. I was extremely pleased and very happy.”

“Tried to download my tickets two hours before the dodgers game. Tickets were not available. Online chat no help at all, said to contact customer service. After being on hold for several minutes , Stub Hub customer service rep told me I had to download the mlb app onto my phone, which made no sense and was of no help. After that didn’t work he hung on me while I was speaking. I eventually called enough time and got someone that did help me , two and hours later, causing me to miss the first two innings of the game. I would never recommend or buy any tickets from stub hub again !”
“I ordered a parking pass for a Cincinnati Reds game. There web site said it was the Riverfront Central Parking Garage which is right under the stadium. After they charged my credit card, they sent me a confirmation but it was for the Central Riverfront West garage which is in the other side of the stadium. I called them right away and they said I must have hit the wrong button. They are scammers and cheat you out of money then blame you for ordering the wrong thing. They should not be in business. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!”

“I would give them a zero if could! I bought two tickets December 25 for the Rock The Country concert. I paid $587 for them. Before the concert I had knee problems and I knew it wouldn’t be able to go. I re-sold them, Although I hadn’t received the tickets yet. The seller was not going to send me the tickets until the day before the concert. But according to StubHub, I was able to do that. I sold them at a lower amount, $150 apiece. StubHub took their charge which left me down to $270 for both. I never received any tickets and was assured that the new Buyer had his tickets. However, Stubhub CHARGED me $270 instead of paying me $270. I can’t. I have contacted them eight times now. Three days ago. They said they were in the process of refunding me the $270 and paying another $270 which they owe me. I am waiting a few more days then contacting Better Business Bureau. I am out $857 and have no tickets whatsoever and no refund!!!!!!!! Do not buy from StubHub!!!!”

After I bought tickets to a show I could not attend to, I listed them for sale.
Two weeks later I got a notification that my tickets have sold for the price I put them for, so far so good.
A week before the date of the concert, I opened my email to TONS of threats from Stubhub, saying that if I do not upload the tickets, as their customer policy states, I will be charged for either 100% of the ticket's price or for the alternative ticket that Stubhub would have to find in my place.
Confused and shocked, I talked to customer support who said they saw *2 sales* from my account, for the same tickets, at the same date.
I was told that for 1 sale, they uploaded the tickets for me, and marked the other sale as "pending ticket upload"
Let's leave aside the fact that it's even ridiculous that the SAME user can upload 2 listings for the same EVENT, the same SEATS and at the same PRICE. I know that I NEVER made 2 listings for the tickets, but one.
After more than an hour and a half of back and forth with their so-called customer support, they said there's nothing they can do since they see that I made 2 listings, at one point of me begging for help they hung up, saying there's nothing they can do. after talking to my bank company, they said that I could sue the company but nothing is guaranteed out of it.
to sum things up, I:
1. Paid 2,260$ for 6 concert tickets
2. Was charged for the 6 tickets I "Could not sell": 1,000$ - Meaning I got a total of 1,260$ back.
IMO nothing screams out scam more than this.

“I bought a ticket to The Rolling Stones Concert from Stubhub on 6/11/24 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philly. I had booked an overnight hotel and purchased train tickets for this concert. The seller "Fidel" posted the ticket having a clear view. When I arrived at the concert, I had an OBSTRUCTED VIEW! A tent completely blocked the view of the stage and you could only see the screens on the sides of the stage I was VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED! I WAS CHEATED!”
