We purchased tickets to monster jam, this was done through StubHub, the tickets were sent through another agent agency, without any warning from StubHub, and I could not get the tickets because StubHub had no clue. They said it’s their sister partner, but it’s not I finally got them off of Ticketmaster, which once you get them there you just download them to the phone hopefully StubHub gets it together and does the same as Ticketmaster because it felt like a fraudulent purchase through Stub Hub and we did not want to get our grandson to the gate and have them tell us tickets were not valid.

Stubhub is absolutely terrible with customer service and satisfaction. I accidentally made two of the same listings and my tickets sold twice and obviously I couldn't supply the second listing. They charged me the full price of my tickets as a penalty, when I explained the situation to customer service, they were not willing to help me at all. For me, I just made an honest mistake for the first time and it cost me more than what I would have taken had I been able to supply the second listing. Personally, I think that being charged the full amount is unfair considering the fact that no service was provided and the customer was refunded. I thing Stubhub needs to be more forgiving for those kind of situations and that there needs to be an overhaul in the customer service department otherwise they will be losing a lot of customers. I know that I am never listing my tickets on Stubhub again after my experience.

They sold me a parking ticket that was invalid, the address was also 1 mile away from event center. The QR code never worked. I did not have any access to the parking garage, and had to leave to find another parking lot and made me 1 hour late to the concert. On top of having to pay For the parking again. I’m very upset will never purchase anything from StubHub again. Fraudulent sales. Will be reporting this to my credit card so I can get a refund.

This was the worst ever I wish I could give it a zero it never gave us our tickets ever and it was many empty promises and it was not worth it do not use this app

The worse app to order from. Customer service was horrible. Whenever you did get through to someone they would tell you that they would escalate the issue with their “internal team”. Would never do business with them again!

Disappointing Experience with StubHub – Avoid at All Costs! I recently purchased tickets from StubHub to see Bad Bunny in Puerto Rico as a surprise for my wife on our honeymoon. As a huge fan of Bad Bunny, this concert was meant to be a highlight of our trip. We flew all the way from the United States, filled with excitement, only to be met with a terrible situation. When we arrived at the concert venue and tried to scan our tickets, we were told that they were invalid. Imagine our disappointment! I immediately called StubHub's customer service, hoping for a quick resolution, but all they did was send me an email indicating that a refund would take 72 hours. This was beyond frustrating! To make matters worse, I had actually called customer service three days prior to the concert to verify the legitimacy of the tickets, and they assured me that everything was fine. It feels incredibly misleading and irresponsible on their part, especially given the special occasion for which I bought the tickets. If you're considering buying tickets from StubHub, I'd strongly advise against it. My experience was a complete letdown, and this company does not seem to have reliable customer support. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your tickets!

Absolutely loved how easy and quick the process was to retrieve tickets. Out of all concerts and shows I have attended this was by far one of the greatest due to the price, convenience, and seating!!!!

Never got whatever it was that I was to show at the parking lot. I was allowed to park anyway. This is the second time advance parking ticket purchase for Sutter Health Park was messed up. First time directions took me to the wrong lot

Purchase process went smoothly, received tickets well in advance of game, 3rd row seat location next to Cubs dugout was awesome, amazing 5th row parking and best of all: CUBS WON!!!

this was a great experience when you called and said the original tkts in the second row were not available after I ordered them but, you and the broker came up with tkts several rows back and a credit of $100. Certainly evidence of your ability to take care of a problem on two quick phone calls. thank you.

I purchased tickets for WWE event from StubHub and spent nearly $900 for 2 tickets and then another $30 for parking. When my son and I arrived at the event, we were told that the there was an issue with the tickets and that the venue couldn’t do anything to assist- so we needed to reach out to StubHub for help. When I called StubHub I sat on hold for 10-15 minutes, and was then connected to an agent that was hard to understand and sounded like he was speaking to me underwater with marbles in his mouth. After much back and forth about the issues with the tickets, I was told that StubHub would offer me “comparable” replacement seats since they couldn’t get my tickets to work. However, the “comparable” seats were not even close to where my original seats were nor were they priced in the same range of where my initial seats were. I asked if I would get a refund for the difference and was told that was not an option. After much arguing back and forth, I told the agent and eventually his supervisor that I just wanted a refund. They tried to guilt me into taking the replacement “comparable” seats and said that the refund may not be approved. I stuck to my position and insisted on a refund. It’s been 5 days now and I still haven’t received my $ back, but I was advised it would be refunded eventually. I was fortunately able to buy tickets at the box office of the event, but they were not great seats like I had originally purchased- so that was a bummer - but they were significantly cheaper. I will never buy tickets again through StubHub. My son and I were very upset and embarrassed after being denied entry as a result of the fraudulent tickets StubHub sent me. Moreover the customer service at StubHub was terrible.
