“We had a great experience with our event in Atlanta. Our parking place at the State Farm Arena lot was absolutely amazing. I mean it was right there at the front entrance
of the venue after walking about two minutes.!!”
“Since the concert was taking place overseas, I was waiting for the tickets to be delivered to the local address, but the seller failed to send them by the promised date. However, thanks to StubHub securing replacement tickets, I was able to attend the show—even though the seats were a bit further away—and I also received a refund for the price difference. It was a truly satisfying experience.”
“The initial tickets i purchased were actually not the section that was delivered. Fan protect covered me and their first interaction seemed to be promising where they advised i would receive a ticket in the section i purchased or an upgrade. Once the replacement options were received however - they were not at or above the tickets i bought and instead were much worse and valued significantly less than what i was paid. Additionally i was given the option for a refund but it took a second call to figure out how to request the refund (it was buried under a very long list of bad ticket replacement options). Additionally the communication for them receiving my original tickets back was lacking and i was pretty worried that i was going to end up losing double my money. Ultimately i was refunded a few days later, and i was able to find much better tickets on my own for the same price i paid. The rating is because of a few things 1 - the original tickets should not have been able to be listed as they were without verification, 2 - they overpromised and under delivered with the replacement tickets and 3 - the communication was lacking and left me pretty concerned.”
