“I purchased a ticket the morning of the show. Here it is 15 minutes before the show & I still don't have a ticket. I'm currently on hold with customer service. A refund takes 8 days & they're not offering me any other ticket”

The process was easy, quick, and had many affordable options. I received my tickets in an email within minutes. They also gave me the option of purchasing a parking pass for $29. I am so glad I got one because when we got to the venue the parking was double the cost if you didn’t have a parking pass. I will definitely be using this platform again and again.”

“Bought The Eagles show at The Sphere in Vegas. Traveled approximately 2000 miles to see show. Accepted my mobile tickets on line to find out at the gate someone else was in my seats. Missed first 20 minutes of show while on the phone with stub Hub trying to get resolved. Finally was offered a refund or replacements which I accepted. They offered a $2.00 compensation which I found insulting. Sent email when i returned home to VP of Operations who delegated a response which was simply "we are only a platform". The best they would do is $25 compensation. Will never use Stub Hub again. They took no accountability .”
