“From Doubt to a Great Experience
At first, I was quite hesitant to buy tickets through this website because I didn’t know it and was worried it might not be trustworthy. The prices where ok due to the time it was (19 days before the event). However, I decided to give it a try… and it turned out to be an excellent experience!
I received my tickets by email and they were better than what I booked. The customer service team was also very helpful — they replied quickly when I reached out to confirm the authenticity of the tickets.
On the day of the event, everything went smoothly and I had no issues getting in. In the end, the website proved to be much more reliable than I expected. I’ll definitely use it again in the future and recommend it to anyone who might have the same doubts I did at first.”
“DO NOT BUY HERE, very bad experience. I bought 2 tickets to see Ana Gabriel, row 10 "very expensive" to be close, and at the time of entry the tickets never arrived. I spoke with customer service and they gave me row 18 because the seller couldn't get the ones I bought... is this a joke or what? And if I didn't want them, they would refund my money even though I was already at the concert and had paid a parking fee of $54.”
“Our seats for the game were great. Everything came through on time and was easy to store on my phone. The service fee seems a little high, but Stub Hub did deliver what they promised.”
“I was able to purchase the week of the event. I got the floor seats for "The Boy is Mine" tour in Milwaukee. It was a spectacular show, and I was glad that the transaction was seamless and easy on StubHub.”
“Stubbing is great. They’re should not recommend the parking at 4000 S. Figueroa St. This parking place is convenient and that’s its only redeeming quality. They put so many cars in there that it is impossible to get out. There’s no order, people are stopped in the driveways waiting for people so you can’t get out til their people show up. It’s madness. If you park here wait at least an hour before you go to your car to get out.”
