“Stubhub sold me a parking lot space for my event. It wasn't close to the event, and it was a parking lot that wasn't open. It was 6 miles away. It was in a sketchy neighborhood. Stubhub said I couldn't get a refund. I had to pay $30 at another parking lot. Stubhub customer service hung up on me twice. I gave up after that. They lost me as a customer.”
“Terrible service. Bought tickets to the Toronto Maple Leafs. Never received an email that the tickets were canceled. Did not know until we were at the stadium and had to scramble the last minute to buy tickets at the venue. No assistance from StubHub. Was not reimbursed for inconveniences. Will not use StubHub again. Would recommend another service provider.”
